Pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran merupakan salah satu kompetensi profesional guru yang penting untuk mengukur kualitas hasil belajar siswa. Pada mata pelajaran kimia, evaluasi pembelajaran tersebut perlu dilakukan secara detil hingga diketahui sejauh mana pemahaman konsep yang dimiliki siswa. Salah satu instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan adalah tes diagnostik bentuk bertingkat atau multi–tier. Beberapa penelitian di Indonesia melaporkan bahwa guru cenderung mengalami kesulitan dalam mengembangkan instrumen evaluasi yang berbasis diagnostic multi–tier. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) berikut bertujuan untuk membantu guru menjadi terampil dalam mengembangkan instrumen evaluasi diagnostik multi–tier. Peserta kegiatan adalah seluruh guru kimia dari MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) Kimia Kabupaten Barito Kuala, Kalimantan Selatan. Kegiatan PkM dilaksanakan sebanyak dua kali secara daring. Metode kegiatan meliputi: (1) Penyampaian materi oleh narasumber; (2) Diskusi dan tanya–jawab antara narasumber dengan peserta; (3) Penugasan kepada peserta; dan (4) Evaluasi hasil penugasan. Instrumen evaluasi diagnostik multi–tier yang telah dikembangkan oleh peserta kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat diharapkan dapat menguatkan kompetensi profesional guru Kimia Implementation of learning evaluation is one of the teacher's professional competence that is important to survey students' quality of learning outcomes. The evaluation in chemistry subject needs to be done detailly in determining how students understand the concepts. One of the learning evaluation instruments that can be used is multi-tier diagnostic. Several studies in Indonesia reported that teachers experience difficulties developing evaluation instruments based on multi-tier diagnostic. The following community service activities aimed to help teachers become skilled in developing multi-tier diagnostic evaluation instruments. Participants in the activity were all chemistry teachers from the MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) of Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan. The activity was carried out twice online. Methods of activity included: (1) Delivering material by the speakers; (2) Discussions between speakers and participants; (3) Assigning participants; and (4) Evaluating the assignment's result. There was expected that the multi-tier diagnostic evaluation instruments developed by participants of community service could strengthen their professional competence.

[Bahasa]: Penyusunan instrumen evaluasi hasil belajar dan pelaksanaannya secara daring merupakan salah satu kompetensi profesional yang harus dimiliki oleh guru saat ini. Sebagian besar Guru MTs. Al-Ma’arif 1 Aimas belum terampil dalam memanfaatkan media daring sebagai media penyusunan dan pelaksanaan evaluasi hasil belajar. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para Guru MTs. Al-Ma’arif 1 Aimas, Sorong dalam menyusun instrumen evaluasi hasil belajar secara daring dengan menggunakan media Quizizz. Metode yang digunakan dalam upaya peningkatan kompetensi para guru adalah melalui kegiatan pelatihan. Tahapan yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah tahap eksplorasi, elaborasi, dan konfirmasi. Tahap eksplorasi diawali dengan pengajuan beberapa pertanyaan melalui Google Form yang berkaitan dengan pemahaman para peserta pelatihan tentang evaluasi dan berbagai media yang dapat digunakan untuk melalukan evaluasi hasil belajar. Tahap elaborasi adalah berupa penjelasan dan pelatihan penyusunan instrumen evaluasi hasil belajarn dengan menggunakan media. Pada tahap konfirmasi para peserta pelatihan diminta untuk menyusun instrumen evaluasi, mengatur waktu pengerjaan, membagikan link dan kode room kepada siswa, dan menganalisis hasil belajar dengan menggunakan penggunaan media Quizizz. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan kompetensi para Guru MTs. Al Ma’arif 1 Aimas Sorong meningkat secara signifikan, yaitu dengan rata-rata awal 25,9% menjadi 86,6%. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat dijadikan salah satu model pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional para guru. Kata Kunci: pelatihan, evaluasi hasil belajar, Quizizz [English]: The preparation learning evaluation instruments and its online implementation are some of the professional competencies that must be possessed by teachers. Most of teachers in MTs Al-Ma'arif 1 Aimas are not yet skilled in utilizing online media as a medium for the preparation and evaluation of learning outcomes. This community service program aims to improve the teachers’ competence to compile an instrument for evaluating learning outcomes online using Quizizz. The method used was training which consists of several stages: exploration, elaboration, and confirmation. The exploration phase began with the submission of a number of questions through the Google Form relating to trainees' understanding of the evaluation and various media that can be used to carry out evaluation of learning outcomes. The elaboration stage was in the form of explanations and training in the preparation of evaluation instruments for learning outcomes using Quizizz. At the confirmation stage, the trainees were asked to compile an evaluation instrument, arrange working time, share links and room codes with students, and analyze learning outcomes using Quizizz. The results show that the teachers’ understanding and competence in MTs Al Ma'arif 1 Aimas Sorong have increased significantly, with an initial average of 25.9% to 86.6%. The quality of teaching and teacher plays a significant role in enhancing students’ cognitive and motivational development. The purpose of this study was to identify longitudinal trajectories of student perceptions of mathematics teachers’ professional competence, and to examine how these trajectories were related to students’ engagement and achievement in mathematics and their choice of college major. The data used for analysis were obtained from the Seoul Education Longitudinal Study, a study of 2714 secondary students who were followed up for five successive years. Results showed four heterogeneous trajectories of students’ perceptions of teacher competence, and these trajectories were associated with students’ engagement and achievement in mathematics. In addition, those who consistently perceived their mathematics teachers to be highly competent and whose perceptions of their teachers’ competence became more positive over time were more likely than other students to choose math-intensive majors. These findings imply longitudinal links between mathematics teachers’ professional competence as perceived by their students and students’ choice of college major as well as their engagement and achievement in mathematics.

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the pandemic era, innovation is needed in thedevelopment of technology-based evaluation tools. One of them is the ispring suite 9. Evaluation tool isimportant because it can help the process of evaluating educators to find out information on theachievement of results during the learning process. In addition to learning outcomes, evaluation can alsodetermine the ability of students to understand concepts. One of them is a two tier multiple choiceevaluation test. Two tier multiple choice is a form of two-tier multiple choice evaluation test. The purposeof this study is to develop a learning evaluation tool that can find out students' understanding of conceptsand can be used online. The research and development model used is 4D. The research instruments usedwere interview sheets, validation sheets, test instruments, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniquesused qualitative and quantitative. The result of this study is a two-tier multiple choice based mathematicsevaluation tool using ispring suite 9 which is seen from: (1) the percentage of validation results frommedia experts is 90.5% and material experts is 96.5%, both of which fall into the very feasible category.(2) the quality of the items seen from the validity obtained 8 valid items with a reliability of 0.815.Judging from the level of difficulty, the percentage is 10% difficult, 80% moderate and 10% easy, thedistinguishing power is obtained 5 questions are included in the good category, 3 questions are quitegood, 1 question is very good, and 1 question is bad, and the effectiveness of the distractor has 9distractors who selected > 5% of all students. (3) The percentage of students 'conceptual understandingafter evaluating two tier multiple choices is 50.5%, which is in the sufficient category, and the results ofthe students' responses are 82% which is included in the very interesting category.

Classroom Action Research is one effort that can be done by professional teachers in improving the quality of learning. The purpose of community service is to improve teachers' understanding in understanding PTK and can carry out PTK. This activity is intended for math teachers who are members of MGMP in High School. The form of service activities carried out in this activity is in the form of material delivery, practice of making proposals and consulting tasks. The workshop activity was attended by 30 high school mathematics teachers in Solok City. The results of this activity manifested 30 class Action research proposals.Keywords: PTK, MGMP, Mathematics Teachers.�AbstrakPenelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan guru profesional dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menigkatkan pemahaman guru dalam memahami PTK serta dapat melaksanakan PTK. Kegiatan ini diperuntukan bagi guru-guru matematika yang tergabung dalam MGMP SMA Kota Solok. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah� berupa penyampaian materi, praktik pembuatan proposal dan konsultasi tugas. Community service activities aim at increasing the capabilities of HPI Karimunjawa members so that they are able to develop their potential to improve the welfare of tour guide entrepreneurs in the Karimunjawa Islands. The method used is the presentation of the concepts of administration and bookkeeping management, the concept of business and business administration systems, the concepts and strategies of business marketing, and the guided practice of assisting the filling of various business administration documents, and the practice and assistance of technology-based business administration management for HPI Karimunjawa using the online method. the job training and peer tutors. Based on the results of evaluations of the community service activities, it was found that: 97% of participants were able to explain the concepts of administrative management and bookkeeping able to master the material well, 85% of participants were able to explain the management of business and business administration systems well, and 97% were able to demonstrate the skills of marketing strategy management good business. Community service activities have been carried out properly in accordance with the planned program but to improve the use of technology it is necessary to improve the quality of internet network infrastructure in the Karimunjawa Islands.

Micro and small businesses are growing rapidly in the community but have weaknesses in the process of recording, accounting and compiling financial reports in accordance with applicable standards. The purpose of this activity is to provide training and mentoring on bookkeeping and compilation of simple financial reports to the micro and small business in the Kampung Pulo Geulis area, Babakan Pasar, Bogor as the activity partner. Community service activities seek to improve the ability of micro and small business managers and expected to improve the economic quality of the community in the area which has processed of developing into a tourism area in Central Bogor. The method of implementing activities are training and assisting of the activity of the participants which can provide optimal results to improve the community's economy, especially for those who need additional funds for their business. The selected samples are 25 micro and small businesses as the participants. The training was in the form of lectures and practicums accompanied by consulting and assisting in preparing a simple of financial report. The results of this activity will be in the form of simple bookkeeping guidelines and preparation of financial statements for micro and small businesses that can be understood by the participants.

Tengar Village Nguntonadi sub-district is one of brem-producing centers in Wonogiri region with high quality. However, in the management of brem production many experience barriers in addition to technology and marketing problems. The purpose of this community service activity is to transfer technology to improve the quality of brem production, and marketing management training to increase brem sales value. The method used is through training, mentoring to partners and monitoring although community service activities have been completed to maintain the sustainability of the program. The impact of community service activities is that there has been a transfer of technology from traditional to modern so that brem making becomes more hygienic and quality, as well as changes in marketing patterns from direct sales to sales through social media.Key words : Wonogiri’s brem, technology, marketing.

Kualitas pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kualitas pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan guru di kelas. Optimalisasi proses pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan penggunaan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu sangat penting melatihkan penggunaan google classroom kepada para guru. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan penggunaan google classroom untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran di SMK ISFI Banjarmasin, dan menghasilkan modul google classroom. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para guru SMK ISFI Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini, antara lain memberikan pelatihan pengetahuan mendasar mengenai penggunaan google classroom, memberikan gambaran pengalaman bagaimana penggunaan google classroom secara sistematis dalam pembelajaran, serta menghasilkan modul google classroom. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan modul google classroom yang digunakan oleh para guru dalam pelatihan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berkontribusi meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran. Penggunaan google classroom diharapkan dapat membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, serta meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru. The quality of education is very dependent on the quality of learning carried out by teachers in the classroom. The optimization of the learning process can be done by integrating the use of technology as a learning medium. Therefore it is very important to train the use of google classroom to teachers. Community service aims to provide training in using google classroom to optimize the learning process at SMK ISFI Banjarmasin and produce a google classroom module. The target of this activity is Banjarmasin ISFI Vocational School, teachers. The methods used in this activity include providing training in basic knowledge about using google classroom, providing an overview of experiences on how to use google classroom systematically in learning, and producing a google classroom module. This activity produces a google classroom module that is used by teachers in training. In addition, this activity contributes to increasing teacher knowledge and ability in using Google classroom as a learning medium. The use of google classroom is expected to make the learning process enjoyable so that it has a positive impact on student learning outcomes while improving the quality of teacher performance.

Retno Hartati, Edy Supriyo, Muhammad Zainuri, in this paper explain that many salt industry is currently undergoing a inefficiencies process in the production system. Declining quality of salt from the salt ponds and lack of homogeneity in the iodine content of salt briquettes and much KIO3 wasted. So it is necessary to increase the iodine levels in salt. This activity aims to design, create and test a iodized salt machine with a capacity of 1-2 tons per hour and perform quality control on products. Community service activities have been successfully implemented by creating iodized salt machine. The process is done by means of iodized salt machine in the salt product becomes higher and meet ISO standards, in which prior to iodized salt machine the content of KIO3 is 0 ppm and become 50 ppm after using KIO3. <em>The low results of learning mathematics shows not achieve the purpose of learning is optimal. It can be seen from the results of the daily test scores of grade IV SD Negeri Ronggo 03 on ordinary and mixed fraction material , it shows that 9 out of 24 students or 37% complete and 15 students or   63% are incomplete with KKM 70 The aim of research to describe enhancer of an outcome study of mathematics material fractions plain and mix in with the model pembelajarann Realistic Mathemathic Education (RME) with media objects nyata.Penelitian have implemented two cycles with the phases of planning , implementation , observation and reflection . From the results action shows an increase in mathematics learning outcomes of ordinary fractions and mixed materials through the RME learning model with real object media , it can be seen from the results of student learning evaluation in pre- cycle reaching 37%, increasing in cycle I 75%, cycle II 100% so that there is an increase from pre- cycle. cycle until cycle II amounted to 63%. The RME learning model with real object media can help students improve learning outcomes and improve the quality of learning on ordinary and mixed fraction material.</em>
