The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of destination image on revisit intention and intention to recommend through satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research used is quantitative research with a sample of 269 respondents. Using a 5-point Likert Scale and Path Analysis was used for analysis and hypothesis testing. The findings of this study indicate that destination image has an effect on revisit intention, intention to recommend, and satisfaction. While other findings, satisfaction acts as a mediation of the relationship between destination image to revisit intention and intention to recommend. For further research, it is possible to enter the tourist attraction variable.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of E-Promotion, E-WOM and location on consumer satisfaction through purchase decisions as intervening variables. The research used is quantitative research with a sample of 384 respondents. Using a 5-point Likert Scale and Path Analysis was used for analysis and hypothesis testing. The findings of this study indicate that E-Promotion, E-WOM and location have an effect on consumer satisfaction and purchase decisions. While other findings Purchase Decisions act as a mediation of the relationship between E-Promotion, E-WOM and location on consumer satisfaction. For further research, it is possible to enter the buying interest variable.

This research was conducted to find out the relationship between the patient and self-esteem with the aggressiveness of a football supporters because many phenomena that occur as a result of the aggressive behavior of soccer supporters that are often negative and harming others. The subjects in this research there were as many as 102 football supporters with snow ball sampling technique. This study used three scales, the scale of patience, self-esteem scale and scale of agressiveness. Form of the scale used is Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression of analysis. The results showed that the analysis results sig 0.000 < 0.05, or higher score of patience and higher score of self-esteem in a football supporter, can be a predictor of low score of aggressiveness.

The development of Islamic economics in banking practices in society develops innovatively. Various sharia banking products have become the people's choice in supporting their daily economic activities. The same thing also happened to students. The purpose of study is to analyze the religiosity effect of students' interest in saving for Islamic banking with knowledge as intervening variable. Multiple linear regression is an analytical technique used here, with hypothesis testing and path analysis to support its conclusions. The result of this study is that the level of religiosity significantly effects on students' interest in saving for Islamic banking with positive relationship. Likewise, knowledge is able mediate the relationship between the religiosity variable and students' interest in saving.

This study aims to investigate and explain festival qualities that are applied to festival organizers that affect the destination image and the tourist revisit intention. This research uses a quantitative approach through statistical analysis of PLS-SEM and distributed questionnaires that have been designed to 200 tourists. The findings of this study indicate that the constructs of the variables that shape the quality of the festival, namely program content, convenience, and staff, have a positive and significant effect on the image of the destination. In addition, the relationship between destination image and revisit intention has a positive and significant effect.

This study aims to analyze the destination image and memorable tourism experience on revisit intention through tourist satisfaction at Maimoon Palace. The type of research used in this research is associative research. The population in this study were tourists who visited the Maimoon Palace with the samples taken in this study were 135 respondents. Withdrawal of the number of sample sizes is done by non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through a list of statements and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS version 3.0 analysis tool. The results of the study directly show that destination image has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, memorable tourism experience has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, destination image has a negative and significant effect on revisit intention, memorable tourism experience has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, and tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. Then the results of tests carried out indirectly indicate that tourist satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between destination image and revisit intention, but tourist satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between memorable tourism experience and revisit intention. The high potential for growth in the digital economy through e-commerce has penetrated various aspects of business life. This research focused on image interactive technology because using animation and image design through social media can provide an attractive nuance to the viewer and generate more trust. The sale of goods online requires an active and attractive nuance of content so that customers are happy and choose online sales media as a convenient online shopping medium. This research was conducted in Malang City, East Java, with a sample of 190 respondents, all of whom have transacted online or bought their necessities online. The data were analysed through path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results demonstrate that image interactive technology influences perceived trust and behavioral intention, either directly or indirectly. Every company wants high-performing human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Putra Karella Mare directly and mediation. This study uses a quantitative approach that aims to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship between one variable with another with the intention to test hypotheses that have been formulated previously. This study will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the analysis method used is path analysis (PATH) using the help of the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program. The results found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive effect not significant on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance if mediated by job satisfaction

Organizational commitment is the willingness of members to have a relationship with the organization. High organizational commitment will lead to high on aspects like performance, discipline and achievement. A positive psychological state must be possessed because it can affect organizational commitment. Psychological capital is a developmental condition of a person’s positive psychological state and the emergence of self-efficacy, hope, resilience, and optimism so that it is related to organizational commitment. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between psychological capital and organizational commitment in ASN samples. Quantitative research in design and the data gathered from 125 ASN participants with at least one year of working experience in an organization or agency. Data were collected using psychological capital (PCQ) and organizational commitment scale (OCQ). Hypothesis testing was carried out with Pearson’s product moment correlation using SPSS. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between psychological capital and organizational commitment in state civil apparatus (r=0.87, p=0.000). It means the higher the psychological capital, the higher the organizational commitment.   Keywords: Organizational commitment, psychological capital, state civil apparatus

Madura is one of the sharia tourist attractions in Indonesia, so many local and foreign tourists come to Madura Island to carry out sharia tours by visiting Islamic places such as mosques, tombs of the great Madurese clerics, and halal culinary places. In the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic which has been going on for one year, government policy has closed these sharia tourist spots. However, since the number of Covid 19 cases, especially on Madura Island, has decreased significantly, the government has allowed opening these sharia tourist spots with the provisions of health protocols. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between service quality, destination image, and customer satisfaction on the revisit intention of tourists to tour destination religious in Madura. Data were collected from a questionnaire survey and empirical studies were conducted using structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the hypotheses, as well as the structural relationships between these factors. The results of empirical studies confirm that service quality and destination image make a positive contribution to tourist satisfaction, then that the service quality contribute to the revisit intention, but the destination image does not contribute to the revisit intention, and tourist satisfaction contributes positively to the revisit intention. Furthermore, this study also contributes to the managers of sharia tourist destinations in Madura to analyze the relationship between service quality attributes and destination image to revisit intention by improving the services provided, thereby contributing to increasing the number of tourists, and implementing sustainable service quality policies.

This research aims at investigating the influence of e-WOM and product quality on buying interest through the customers’ trust. This research used a quantitative research design with survey method. This research employed descriptive and verification research methods. A path analysis was conducted to analyze the interval data in this research. The result of data analysis and hypothesis testing revealed that e-WOM and product quality had an influence on customers’ trust in online shops, e-WOM had an influence on the customers’ trust in online shops, product quality had an influence on customers’ trust in online shops, while e-WOM, product quality, and the customers’ trust had an influence on buying interests in online shops, e-WOM had an influence on buying interests in online shops, product quality had an influence on buying interests in online shops, and the customers’ trust had an influence on buying interests in online shops.
