Unplanned layout of the facility and not paying attention to the distance will be able to experience an increase in time during the production process. From the results of observations that have been made at CV. Faris Collections needs to improve the facility layout in department E, namely the grouping of fabrics, due to frequent piling up of fabrics. Lack of utilization of area and distance of material transfer that is too long for department I, namely cloth embroidery. This proposed layout planning uses the TCR method, which is the calculation of the closest associated distance to each production department, which is described in the ARC which requires the relationship between each activity in the area of production so that it fully refers to the TCR calculation results. This planning also uses the CORELAP Algorithm in order to obtain a proposed layout plan that is able to convert qualitative value data into quantitative data. The results of the CORELAP Algorithm are the main basis for knowing the initial lay-out coordinates and the proposed layout, and the coordinate values will be entered into the WinQSB software to determine the level of efficiency. The efficiency level of the CORELAP Algorithm is 9%, and the efficiency of changes between departmental distances in the initial layout and proposed layout is 18%.

Good equipment and product design are meaningless if there is no good layout planning. Problems owned by PT. Pilar Kekar Plasindo occurs in the production of small polyethylene. This is because small polyethylene production has large material total transfer distance. Small polyethylene problems include the distance between stations, cross-movement, backtracking, and the broken machine that is still placed in the production section. These conditions make the material handling costs and distance large. Therefore, this research aims to produce a layout design of production facilities that can minimize the distance and cost of material movement. The method used in this study is Systematic Layout Planning (SLP). Three alternative designs were compared, and the second proposed facility layout was chosen because it can reduce the total cost of material transfer by 68.3% and reduce the distance of material transfer by 59.6% from the initial facility layout.

PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia is engaged in the construction sector by producing concrete and construction. Layout design is needed so that the existing land can be utilized optimally and material transfer is more effective and efficient. This can affect the distance and time of the transfer so that the cost of moving can be minimized. In practice, the company's trajectory condition only has one path (trajectory) for alternating current and crossing production lines, so it is considered inefficient to move both goods and workers, coupled with the existence of land that is not used properly, therefore improvements are needed to the production floor layout. in order to minimize the cost of moving goods and have a definite path (trajectory). Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) is a method for redesigning a layout (re-layout) based on the results of distance optimization and Material Handling Costs (OMH). The amount of OMH in the initial layout (now) is Rp. 2,614,200 with a total track distance of 39.82m and OMH in the proposed layout with a total track distance of 19.17m, the result is Rp. 1,534,200, this proves that the proposed layout can be applied because there is a decrease in total OMH by 35.44% or Rp. 926,580. PT.

This research discusses the redesign of facility layout on metal smelting SMEs that experienced changes in the type of products produced due to shifting consumer needs. Changes in the type of product produced affect the flow of the production process and result in decreased productivity. This study aims to redesign facilities adapted to the type of product produced. Re-layout processes using the conventional method is started by making the operation process chart, drawing the initial layout, and calculate the total moment of product using the From-to Chart (FTC). By using some trial obtained a trial layout that can increase the productivity based on the total moment of the product and the number of output that can be produced. This study also determines the Cost of Production (HPP) for all metal casting products and compares them with previous conditions. This study shows that by re-layout, the output will be greater and the cost of production is cheaper.

The business unit's black tea processing of Perkebunan Nusantara suffered a loss of approximately Rp.60 billion. This is caused by the failure to achieve the quality and quantity of production which has been targeted by the management. Black tea processing factory "Pahit Madu" is required to improve the performance of the production process. To improve the production of black tea starts from improved production equipment through improved equipment utilization. One method ofmeasuring the effectiveness of using an apparatus is Overall EquipmentEffectiveness (OEE). OEE calculation results show that black tea factory "Pahit Madu" for four (4) years under the standard. Means, the effectiveness of utilization of equipment in the factory black tea "Pahit Madu" was still very low. This was shown by the low performance equipment in the milling unit, drying unit and sortation unit. Toimprove the performance of the plant should begin by increasing the Cutting Tearing Curling (CTC) machine in milling stations, machines Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD) and Heat Exchanger (HE) at the drying stations, and Winnower machines at the sortation stations.

How effective is Russian state television in framing the conflict in Ukraine that began with the Euromaidan protests and what is its impact on Russian Internet users? We carried out a content analysis of Dmitrii Kiselev's “News of the Week” show, which allowed us to identify the two key frames he used to explain the conflict – World War II-era fascism and anti-Americanism. Since Kiselev often reduces these frames to buzzwords, we were able to track the impact of these words on Internet users by examining search query histories on Yandex and Google and by developing quantitative data to complement our qualitative analysis. Our findings show that much of what state media produces is not effective, but that the “fascist” and anti-American frames have had lasting impacts on Russian Internet users. We argue that it does not make sense to speak of competition between a “television party” and an “Internet party” in Russia since state television has a strong impact in setting the agenda for the Internet and society as a whole. Ultimately, the relationship between television and the Internet in Russia is a continual loop, with each affecting the other.
