Abstract In a locality wherever intense low process is completed while not appropriate waste management measures, low effluents area unit the principal reason behind organic pollution. Low husk contains caffeine, tannins, and chlorogenic acid, creating it a dangerous exposed husk. The low method has been delivery environmental issues to the environment thanks to the discharge of pollution with a large quantity of organic waste. the target of this work is to research the negative impacts of low husk on the atmosphere to scale back environmental pollution in step with the planet Health Organization, one among the foremost vital problems that enterprises confront as they look for ways to limit their use of the artifact by changing it into value-add products/applications is that the harmful impact of low husk on the atmosphere (WHO).The significance of the experiment is to form low husk as an alternate resource to switch fiber. Methylene chloride liquid-liquid extraction was developed to avoid caffeine, tannin, and CGA spectral overlapping within the three hundred -700 nm wavelength vary. The results indicated increment deadly materials that have an effect on the atmosphere. From the experiment performed low husk are often used as an alternate resource for getting composites for might applications and solve the environmental issues.

The spread of Coronavirus in faster pace has made the World Health Organization to declare the outpour as Pandemic. Due to the drastic increase in the number of cases reported, it is clear that lockdown is most helpful to stop the spread of the disease. Our research focusses on the protective measures to be taken to safeguard against the coronavirus, positive and negative impacts of lockdown in the education of children and its management measures. All the data for our study are taken from the websites of WHO, Centers of Disease Control & Prevention, US Food & Drug Administration, National Air Quality Index of India, NASA and ISRO. The research was made on the Air Quality Index of Ashok Vihar, Delhi on the normal day and during the lockdown day, through this study its clearly evident that there was an enormous reduction in environmental pollution. Even though the government officials and the health care professionals are taking much pain to save people from this virus it is the duty of every citizen to follow the instructions in fighting against this dreadful coronavirus.

ABSTRACT In this article, I argue that attempting to solve real problems is a possible approach to bring social and natural sciences together, and suggest that - as Environmental Impact Assessment necessarily brings together social and environmental issues - this debate is a strong candidate for such a task. The argument is based on a general discussion about the possibilities and limitations of Environmental Impact Assessments, the social-environmental impacts of mining activities and three case studies. The analysis of the cases indicates possibilities and limitations of the dialogue between scientists from various areas - and of the collaboration with social movements and affected communities - in avoiding negative impacts of mining projects and, eventually, increasing their sustainability.

In HCMC, there are 958 factories in 12 industrial parks – export processing zones (IP-EPZ) (2006), 1,011 large factories, 6,202 small and medium factories out of IP-EPZ with 24 various industries. More than 700 factories operate in field of buying and recycling solid waste. Besides, there are 21 licenced and series of unregistered factories operating in field of collecting, transporting, treating, and burning industrial solid waste - hazardous waste (ISW-HW). There is the survey deployed in 24 districts (HCMC). The scope of that inquiry is 278 factories in IP-EPZ, 96 large factories, 1,142 small and medium factories out of IP-EPZ. The quantity of industrial solid waste is 1,044 tons per day with 12 percent of hazardous waste. After analysing the advantages and disadvantages of 05 methods used for predicting the quantity of ISW-HW, according to the ability of collecting data related in HCMC, the research has compared and chosen the best method. The results are: 1,641 tons per day (2010); 3,196 tons per day (2015); 7,318 tons per day (2020). With more and more ISW-HW, doing overall researches in order to establish the effective ISW-HW management measures in HCMC, minimize the negative impacts to environment and public health.

Construction is one of industries that have negative impacts on the environment. Relevant organizations both in Thailand and other countries have been trying to minimize these impacts. Developing green building assessment systems is one of efforts in reducing environmental impacts and using natural resources efficiently. Currently, there are many green building assessment systems with different objectives and assessment scopes in some details. This could cause some confusion in selecting the suitable system for the project in accordance with its environmental, social and economical contexts. This study was aimed to compare and provide overview and components of these systems. The comparison results can be used as a guideline for further development of green building assessment systems. It is found that most major green building assessment systems still concern only environmental issues while newly developed systems have included social and economic issues in their criteria. Furthermore, the system which is developed in one environment could not be used with full capabilities in another. This will lead to more research in developing the assessment system that is more comprehensive and adaptable enough to be used effectively in various environment.

Maltese Youth and the Environment: A Qualitative StudyThe present study attempted to highlight the main processes of the acquisition and development of various environmental perspectives and puts forward suggestions on how youth can be better addressed in the light of the research findings. The present paper involved the use of a number of focus groups and a contextual study that examined the development of environmental education on the Maltese islands, considered the main local environmental issues and subsequently analysed the main causes and mechanisms that have shaped the development of the local environment and the Maltese people. The present research identifies a number of geographic and socio economic trends which have a strong impact on young people's knowledge. The results indicate relatively low positive behaviour towards the environment, and the main issue appears to be what is seen as the ‘costs’ involved in performing such pro-environmental actions. A pervasive sense of futility in environmental actions emerged with issues relating to the Maltese government and politics being the main reasons for this feeling. An environmental perspectives model was designed employing the technique of graphical display. The model illustrates how young people perceive the future of the Maltese environment through three Cartesian axes.

<p>The consumption of meat has serious implications for environmental issues. It contributes to carbon emissions, soil degradation, and habitation loss. Meat consumption also has negative impacts on health, and animal ethics. Despite these issues, meat is still the preferred source of protein for many, and this reliance on meat will likely lead to food security issues in the future. Meat is not only a source of sustenance for some but is strongly connected to their identity. Due to this connection, meat remains an important part of diet, regardless of price increase and availability of protein alternatives. In order to reduce meat consumption, connections between meat consumption and identity must be understood. Using the Social Identity Theory, this research investigates how identities are connected to meat consumption, how they interact with different motivations for vegetarianism, how they can change to include vegetarianism, and how they resist protein alternatives. One-on-one interviews were conducted with a mixture of vegetarians and omnivores, followed by an online anonymous survey focusing on masculine, ethnic, and socioeconomic identities. Results indicate that these identities interact with both the three core concerns for vegetarianism and the perceptions of protein alternatives in different ways. The implications of this research suggest that identities can assist in efforts to reduce meat consumption, but this depends on the identities.</p>

Orientation: Similarity of leaders and members encourage positive relational exchanges. However, the role of different time-use preferences, and how leaders and members adapt to the preferences of others in relational exchanges have not yet been studied.Research Purpose: This research explores how time-use preference plays a role in the dyadic relationships between leaders and members within leader–member exchange (LMX) theory.Motivation for the study: We argue that differences between the time-use preferences of leaders and team members result in relational adaptations.Research approach/design and method: The qualitative research design employed semi-structured interviews with nine leaders and 11 employees in a major retail bank in South Africa and data were analysed through thematic analysis.Main findings: The research shows the nature of time-use preference in varying relational exchanges, discover how time-use preferences manifest and how leaders and members adapt to one another’s preferences.Contribution/value add: The study contributes to time-use preference literature by illustrating how polychronic and monochronic preferences may manifest in the workplace. Furthermore, we contribute to an understanding of the nature of relational exchanges in LMX theory by illustrating the influence of polychronicity on dyadic relationships and discuss how leaders and members adapt their preferences.Practical/managerial implications: We propose a framework of the dynamics of time-use preference-based relational entrainment and provide practical considerations to help mitigate the negative impacts that differing preferences can have.

Parthenium hysterophorus, often known as congers grass, is a noxious weed that is a member of the Asteraceae family of plants. Its natural habitats include the areas surrounding the Gulf of Mexico, Central America, Southern North America, the West Indies, and Central South America, among other places. Congress grass has risen to become one of the world’s seven most destructive and deadly weeds, according to the World Health Organization. This invasive plant is also a significant concern in India. It is responsible for a variety of illnesses and allergies in both people and animals. Aside from that, there is some potential for this plant to be used as an insecticide, herbicide, fungicide, wood preservative, anti-amoebic, and even for medicinal purposes. If any species, particularly an invasive weed, is to be evaluated for its ability to benefit living organisms, it is necessary to have a thorough understanding of both its positive and negative impacts. As a result, this review paper is an attempt to describe the present state of knowledge regarding the hazardous and helpful effects of Parthenium hysterophorus on people and animals.
