Research relevance. The high-level competitiveness of Russian oil and gas sector enterprises in the global economic space is impossible to reach without accelerating the restructuring of existing air-cooling apparatuses and developing new ones. It should be carried out with regard to modern technology introduction and advanced achievements in mining. The cost of gas cooling during its transportation via main gas pipelines in the cost structure reaches 22%. Besides, annual energy wastage on compressed gas cooling by fan installations is commensurate with the cost of the air cooling devices. It is essential to develop active means of air conditioning units control in order to improve their efficiency and aerodynamic adaptability that affect the competitiveness of oil and gas enterprises. ISSN 0536-1028 «Известия вузов. Горный журнал», № 4, 2021 99 Research aim is to develop a mathematical model for fan unit parameters active control. Research methods are based on the experimentally proven hypothesis about the dependence between the control flow rate on the impeller blades and the position of the rear critical points of the blades. Research results. A method was developed based on conformal transformations, the theory of residues, singular equations, and hydrodynamic analogy. The dependence between the position of the profiles critical points and flow circulation was obtained. The dependence of the aerodynamic adaptability of the fan units in air conditioning devices on effective critical point position and the energy characteristics of the impeller blades flow controlling source has been established. A patent was obtained for the fan unit impeller with active circulation control from air flow sources from the fan casing. High efficiency of the developed circulation control method for increasing the operational efficiency and aerodynamic adaptability of air-cooled fan units has been proved. An aerodynamic scheme of ОV 121TN was developed. A fan unit OGM VU2.7-1.8K4 with aerodynamic adaptability increased by 34% was created.

The energetic capabilities of a high-speed jet of an aqueous solution of polyethylene oxide (PEO) with varying concentration and different outflow pressures from a jetforming nozzle were investigated using the length of the forming channel in the model of the casing of an oil and gas well, cement sheath and rock layer, as well as impact of the jet force on a metal plate fixed on a physical pendulum. The experimental data made it possible to obtain a calculated dependence in a dimensionless form to determine the quality (initial sections) of jets of aqueous solutions with different concentrations and molecular weights of PEO, considering the real parameters of the jet-forming nozzles of the hydroperforator. A comprehensive study of the perforation process made it possible to substantiate the mechanism of the high destructive capacity of a high-speed jet of polymer solution. It has been established that the mechanism of the high destructive capacity of the polymer water jet is not due to the Toms effect, but caused by the destructive action of the dynamic pressure of the polymer water jet «reinforced» by strongly unfolded macromolecular chains under the action of a tensile flow in the inlet area of the jet forming nozzle of the hydroperforator. Purpose of the study. Optimization of the parameters of high speed fan units of air coolers, the combination of which achieves the highest economic efficiency of fan units and, accordingly, the most rational range of specific speed values for the modes of maximum efficiency of fan units in combination with the relative diameter of the sleeve. Development of a mathematical model for determining the local values of the parameters of the efficiency of highspeed fan installations. Sustainable development of territories with active subsoil use is closely related to solving the problems of improving industrial safety and the efficiency of cooling the compressed gas at compressor stations of main gas pipelines, which actualizes the problem of mathematical modeling of energy conversion processes in the impellers of fan units of gas air coolers (AVO) to increase the competitiveness of the oil and gas complex RF in the context of globalization. Research methods. To optimize and determine the limiting combination of calculated parameters, the mathematical method of searching for the area of local maxima of a multiparameter problem in this part was performed in two stages: a mathematical model was built for determining the local values of the parameters that ensure the highest efficiency of fan installations with high speed; the most rational limiting combination of design parameters was determined, at which the highest economic efficiency of fan installations is achieved. Research results. The possibility of increasing the economic efficiency of axial fan units of high speed, made according to aerodynamic schemes with one impeller for gas air cooling devices, has been established. Using the mathematical analysis of the basic laws of axial turbomachines, equations for the efficiency of a fan unit and a fan are obtained, depending on the specific speed. Formulas are obtained for the maximum values of the efficiency of the fan and the fan unit of various specific speed depending on the coefficient of the consumpconsumption speed and on the relative diameter of the impeller sleeve. A method is proposed for constructing aerodynamic schemes of axial fan units for air-cooled gas coolers of the "K" type with maximum maximum values of efficiency for given values of specific speed, relative diameter of the impeller sleeve, aerodynamic quality of the impeller profiles, coefficient of aerodynamic resistance of the flow path of the coefficient of flow velocity. The possibility of creating a fan installation with a speed of ny ≥ 400 with an efficiency of at least ηy=0,86. Application area. Enterprises of the oil and gas complex of the Russian Federation for cooling compressed gas using AVO compressor stations of main gas pipelines.

To solve the problems caused by high temperature in the cutting zone during high-speed milling of Titanium alloys, some cooling methods are employed, such as cold air cooling, high pressure coolant jet impinging, MQL, etc. But all have their shortfalls, both in cooling efficiency and environmental pollution. Here a new high efficiency cooling technology-cryogenic pneumatic mist jet impinging (CPMJI) cooling technology is offered. In this technology, a little quantity of coolant is carried by high pressure cryogenic air (-20) and reaches the machining zone in the form of mist jet. This paper mainly focuses on the cooling effects of CPMJI in high-speed milling of Titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V, as compared with dry, cold air cooling and MQL conditions. CPMJI greatly reduced the temperature in cutting zone and flank wear of tool.

In oil and gas exploitation, the multiphase pump is a vital piece of equipment to guarantee production with high efficiency and stable operation. The complicated pattern of multiphase flow in the multiphase pump affects the pump performance; for this reason, the multiphase performance and the inner flow should be sufficiently investigated. In the present work, a liquid-gas multiphase pump is designed and manufactured, and then tested in a specialized test rig to reveal the transient pressure characteristics of the multiphase pump. Results show that the dominant frequency under water and water-air conditions is the blade passing frequency, which is induced by the rotor stator interaction. In the downstream of the impeller, the pressure fluctuation is obviously weakened, because the splitter-blade design could improve the control ability of flow pattern in the downstream region. In comparison with water condition, the pressure fluctuation of water-air condition greatly increases, and the multiples of impeller rotating frequency are stimulated due to the movement and merging of air bubbles. Finally, the correlation of transient pressure and phase distribution in impeller is revealed by using a high-speed camera. With the gradual pressure rise from impeller inlet to outlet, the relative movement and separation of two phases induce violent pressure fluctuations.

Abstract An oil-bearing structure in the southwest of Bozhong Sag in Bohai Oilfield contains large oil and gas reserves. It will be a key area for Bohai oilfield to increase reserves production. The main target layer in this block is the fractured granite formation in buried hill. Exploration work in this block is faced with many operational problems such as "deep burial, high temperature and high pressure (HTHP), low penetration rate, difficult reservoir protection, and low accuracy interface determination". Through technical research and field practice, aiming at "all well sections drilling rate speed-up, operation safely and efficiently, and releasing production capacity", a set of key technology system suitable for offshore oilfield deep exploration is formed. Since the application of this technology system, it has effectively improved the efficiency of well construction, greatly reduced the cost of exploration and operation, facilitated the discovery of oil and gas in multiple mid-depth strata. It has achieved a good operation effect on social and economic benefit.

Indosat will continue to develop and expand network coverage and a larger investment that the company will achieve excellence in the field of integrated telecommunications services.    Ranking by region of the IP Providers can be seen by grouping IP Providers, and management over IP Providers prefer to choose providers based on where it orginates as an example for the region of the U.S if it will be preferred providers that come from U.S. providers.With the commencement of the internet network optimization start early in 2008 with the selection of the appropriate IP Upstream Provider criteria, it is up to date according to data obtained from Indosat, seen any significant changes to the cost of purchasing capacity of the IP Upstream.    Based on the data obtained that until Q3 or September 2008, the number of IP Upstream Providers that previously there were 20 to 10 IP Upstream Provider, IP Transit Price total decrease of 11% to the price of IP Transit Price / Mbps there is a decrease of 78%, while from the capacity bandwith an increase of 301% capacity from 2008.

One of the ways to achieve safety and comfort is to improve on-board air conditioning systems.The use of air cooling machine determines the air pressure high level at the point of selection from the aircraft engine compressor. Because of the aircraft operation in different modes and especially in the modes of small gas engines, deliberately high stages of selection have to be used for ensuring proper operation of the refrigeration machine in the modes of the aircraft small gas engines. Into force of this, most modes of aircraft operation have to throttle the pressure of the selected stage of selection, which, together with the low efficiency of the air cycle cooling system, makes the currently used air conditioning systems energy inefficient.A key feature of the architecture without air extraction from the main engines compressors is the use of electric drive compressors as a source of compressed air.A comparative analysis of competing variants of on-board air conditioning system without air extraction from engines for longrange aircraft projects was performed at the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University).The article deals with the main approaches to the decision-making process on the appearance of a promising aircraft on-board air conditioning system at the stage of its conceptual design and formulated the basic requirements for the structure of a complex criterion at different life cycle stages.The level of technical and technological risk, together with a larger installation weight, will require significant costs for development, testing, debugging and subsequent implementation, but at the same time on-board air conditioning system scheme without air extraction from the engines will achieve a significant increase in fuel efficiency at the level of the entire aircraft.

Subject. The study analyzes generally accepted approaches to assessing the value of companies on the basis of financial statement data of ExxonMobil, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Occidental Petroleum, Devon Energy, Anadarko Petroleum, EOG Resources, Apache, Marathon Oil, Imperial Oil, Suncor Energy, Husky Energy, Canadian Natural Resources, Royal Dutch Shell, Gazprom, Rosneft, LUKOIL, and others, for 1999—2018. Objectives. The aim is to determine the specifics of using the methods of cost, DFC, and comparative approaches to assessing the value of share capital of oil and gas companies. Methods. The study employs methods of statistical analysis and generalization of materials of scientific articles and official annual reports on the results of financial and economic activities of the largest public oil and gas corporations. Results. Based on the results of a comprehensive analysis, I identified advantages and disadvantages of standard approaches to assessing the value of oil and gas producers. Conclusions. The paper describes pros and cons of the said approaches. For instance, the cost approach is acceptable for assessing the minimum cost of small companies in the industry. The DFC-based approach complicates the reliability of medium-term forecasts for oil prices due to fluctuations in oil prices inherent in the industry, on which the net profit and free cash flow of companies depend to a large extent. The comparative approach enables to quickly determine the range of possible value of the corporation based on transactions data and current market situation.

A study of the quality of the development of estimate documentation on the cost of construction at all stages of the implementation of large projects in the oil and gas industry is conducted. The main problems that arise in construction organizations are indicated. The analysis of the choice of the perfect methodology of mathematical modeling of the investigated business process for improving the activity of budget calculations, conducting quality assessment of estimates and criteria for automation of design estimates is performed.
