The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of burnout on the turnover intentions of tax consultant employees in Bali with emotional intelligence and religiosity as moderating variables. The location of the research was carried out at the Tax Consultant Office in the Bali Region as a representation of the Tax Consultant Office in Indonesia, which was registered with the Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI) in 2021 which was obtained through the websitewww.ikpi.or.id. The population in this study are all employees who work at the Tax Consultant Office registered at IKPI Bali Branch. The data analysis technique used the MRA test. The results of the study indicate that burnout has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention or in other words, increased burnout will increase turnover intention. The higher emotional intelligence is not able to reduce the high turnover intention due to the increased burnout of tax consultant employees. The interaction between burnout and emotional intelligence has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention or in other words, high emotional intelligence will reduce turnover intention due to increased burnout.

This study aims to research determine the effect of emotional intelligence against teacher efficacy in elementary school with curicullum 2013. Variable studied were emotional intelligence as the independent variable (X) and variable teacher efficacy as the dependent variable. The method used in this study is quantitative research with technique cluster sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The data analysis technique are used to test the hypotesis is a simple regresission analysis using Rasch Model with winstep version 3.73 and SPSS version 16.0. Based on the calcullations, emotional intelligence effects teacher efficacy by 6% and the remaining 94% is in influenced by factors other than emotional intelligence.

As long as humans live, they need interaction with other people both individually and in groups, as social beings humans will go through stages of life that influence one another. One of them is the adolescent stage which has a big influence on his life. This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between emotional intelligence and social skills with self- adjustment in youth youth organizations of Bina Muda Desa Ngrawan. The population in this study amounted to 30 adolescents. Data collection techniques used in this study were emotional intelligence questionnaires, social skills questionnaires, and self-adjustment questionnaires that have been developed by researchers. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Kendall-tau technique which is processed with the help of the SPSS program. 26.0 for windows. Based on the research results obtained r = 0.560 and p = 0.000 <0.05, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and social skills with self-adjustment in youth youth organizations at Ploso Hamlet, Ngrawan Village, Getasan, District Semarang. From these results it can be concluded that the higher the score for emotional intelligence and social skills, the higher the score for self-adjustment. Conversely, the lower the emotional intelligence and social skills scores, the lower the adjustment scores will be.

This research is motivated by the high turnover among Y and Z generation caused by the level of. work stress caused by workload and unclear work procedures. This study aimed to determine job satisfaction as a mediator of the relationship between work stress and turnover intention. This study used quantitative methods with full sampling and respondents as many as 65 employees. The data analysis technique was performed using SEM test with WarpPLS 7.0 software. Based on the test, results showed that work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction is evident to be intervening variable.

This study aims to determine the moderating ability of emotional intelligence to time budget pressure and compliance pressure to the auditor. The population in this study was the entire auditor auditor IIIA at the Central BPK office. The number of samples used in this study were 68 respondents from 68 auditor auditor IIIA at the Central BPK office. The size of the sample is based on the technique of determining saturated samples. Data collection in this study was conducted by questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that time budget pressure and compliance pressure negatively affected auditor auditor auditor IIIA Central BPK and emotional intelligence were able to moderate the influence of time budget pressure and auditor compliance judgment auditor auditorat pressure IIIA Central CPC. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of e-filing on compliance of individual taxpayers in North Badung Primary Tax Office with tax dissemination and internet understanding as moderating variables. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents out of 26,624 populations of individual taxpayers in North Badung Primary Tax Office in 2019. The data analysis technique used are simple linear regression test and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) interaction test. The results showed that the application of e-filing has a positive and significant effect on the compliance of individual taxpayers in North Badung Primary Tax Office. Tax socialization and internet understanding was not able to moderate the effect of implementing e-filing on the Obligatory Compliance of Individuals in North Badung Primary Tax Office. This research was conducted to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of role stress on turnover intentions of tax consultants in Tax Consultant Offices in Bali Province with organizational commitment and emotional intelligence as moderating variables. This research was conducted at 35 Tax Consultant Offices in Bali Province. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling method and based on the specified criteria obtained a total sample of 185 respondents. Data collection is done using the questionnaire method. The hypothesis is tested using simple regression analysis techniques and the Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that role stress had a significant positive effect on turnover intentions. Organizational commitment and emotional intelligence show weakening the positive influence of role stress on turnover intentions.

This research is a school action research that aims to improve teacher achievement through academicsupervision. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 009 Teluk Pauh, Cirenti District. The subjects of thisstudy were teachers of SD Negeri 009 Teluk Pauh, Cirenti Subdistrict with a total number of 12 people,consisting of 4 men and 8 women. This research was carried out in two cycles carried out based on the stages ofplanning, implementation and reflection. The data used is physical data. The average data analysis technique isdescriptive method. The results showed that teacher achievement motivation in the first cycle was 60.1% withgood categories and the cycle increased to 81.6% with very good categories.

AbstractThis study was conducted to the influents of the Islamic symbolisms toward the decision of consumption buying of the food products. This is a quantitative research. A survey was also involved in this research. Data are also collected through questionnaire to gain an accurate information. Data analysis technique used was a simple regression. The research findings show that Islamic symbolisms have significant influents toward decision to buy food products. That is, t value of p significant is < 0,005 (0,000 < 0, 05) while R square is 0,273 or 27,3 %. In conclusion the influents of Islamic symbols toward the decision on buying have influents as of 27, 3 %. Keywords: Islamic Symbolism, Decision on buying, food products.

The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.
