One of the most socially important types of work is the work of medical workers. Due to the presence of a significant number of harmful and dangerous factors, the medical profession is divided into a separate group, which in turn is characterized by unique aspects of work. The work of doctors and nurses of different specialties of the dental profile differs significantly in the density of the working day, the volume and nature of professional activities; responsibility for the life of the patient, which affects many physiological processes. The purpose. Assessment and comparative characterization of the presence of occupational risks in the dental field, which are daily exposed to factors of aggressive and dangerous nature, as well as the development of a set of preventive measures aimed at reducing occupational morbidity. Materials and methods. Hygienic research of working conditions of medical staff of the University Dental Clinic in the form of a questionnaire. Statistical analysis of data of special assessment of working conditions; sanitary and hygienic characteristics, acts, maps of cases of nosocomial diseases; laboratory and instrumental research conducted as part of production control; dosimetric control, air sampling with subsequent sowing on the nutrient medium of IPA. Results. It was found that in the studied premises, the total microbial count varied from 756 ± 0.8 CFU / 1m3 to 6497 ± 3.4 CFU / 1m3. In most medical institutions, the level of artificial lighting in the workplaces of medical workers was insufficient. The largest negative contribution was provided by such production factors as: labor intensity and intensity - 26.41%; physical: noise, vibration, non-ionizing and ionizing radiation - 25.32%; chemical - 12.77%. The total contribution of the main factors was 91.78%. Assessment of working conditions is based on hygienic criteria to assess the degree of deviations of the parameters of the production environment and labor process from the current hygienic standards, as well as after analysis and processing of data submitted by employees in the format of their questionnaires. In this regard, the distribution of harmful production factors and their degree of impact on the health of medical personnel was established with the help of multifactor analysis. Conclusions. Thus, the research interprets the results, which clearly in the format of a specific percentage, identify those factors that have a strong driving impact on the health of dental professionals. The most substantiated are such production factors as: chemical (exposure to drugs and chemicals), physical (noise and vibration, non-ionizing and ionizing radiation), the severity and intensity of the labor process, lighting (non-compliance with regulations for artificial lighting in the workplace) and microclimate and biological (work with biological, potentially contaminated material, samples, patients), non-ionizing and ionizing radiation, labor intensity (tension of the visual organs).

Special assessment of working conditions (SAWС) is a set of measures to identify harmful and (or) dangerous factors of the production environment and the labor process and assess the level of their impact on the employee. SAWС is regulated by the law of the Russian Federation and is mandatory for employers organizations. The current rules have been applied in practice relatively recently, since 2014. Despite a lot of comments on the legal aspects of SAWС, there is little research on the subjective perception of customers and performers of problems related to special assessment. The article presents some of the results of a survey of experts who conduct SAWС and representatives of customer organizations. The difficulties and reasons for dissatisfaction arising during the SAWС are identified, which relate to the choice of the contractor, the interest and involvement of customers, and compliance with procedures and deadlines by both parties. Based on the results of the survey and regulatory documents, step-by-step recommendations were developed and presented to help customer organizations. Recommendations contain a list of common errors that should be avoided. They will allow you to properly prepare and conduct all the stages of the SAWС, starting from the formation of the Commission to the application of the results.

The methodology for assessing occupational risks currently occupies a priority place in assessing the impact of production factors on the health of workers. The main sources of information for assessing the levels of occupational risks include data obtained in the course of state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance, a special assessment of working conditions and production control. To date, there is a need to harmonize legislation on a special assessment of working conditions and sanitary and hygienic requirements in terms of the list of factors of the working environment and the labor process subject to research and measurement. An adequate assessment of occupational risks is possible only on the basis of the use of consolidated databases on working conditions obtained from various sources.

Introduction. During oil production, drillers are exposed to harmful occupation production factors: noise, vibration, the severity and intensity of work, microclimatic conditions, oil, and components. The purpose of the study was to conduct comprehensive investigations of working conditions and health status, to assess the occupational risk of drillers at an oil production enterprise. Material and methods. The work was carried out within the framework of the special assessment of working conditions carried out according to the plan. The influence of occupational factors of the production environment on workers’ health was assessed by indices of occupational morbidity and the results of periodic medical examinations of drillers servicing the drilling rig for oil production driller 5000.320 ERO for the period 2013-2018. Results. Analysis of the measured parameters of harmful occupation factors indicates noise, vibration, and psychophysiological indices to be the leading indices of working conditions that affect the employees’ health. The general assessment of employees’ working conditions corresponds to the class- 3.3 (harmful), the category of occupational risk - high (unbearable). The source of harmful effects on workers is the equipment of the drilling rig 5000.320 ERO. Analysis of medical documents drillers over 5 years revealed a link between working conditions and the development of occupational diseases (vibration disease, sensorineural hearing loss); between operating conditions and the development of career-related diseases: musculoskeletal system (arthrosis, arthritis, osteochondrosis, etc.); the peripheral nervous system (radiculitis, plexitis, polyneuritis, etc.); diseases of the respiratory system (bronchitis, pneumonia, asthma, and respiratory diseases, etc.). Conclusion. To prevent the negative impact of harmful production factors at the enterprise it is necessary to provide many preventive measures: automation, mechanization, sealing of equipment, employees have to be equipped with personal protective equipment, improving the quality of preliminary and periodic medical examinations.

The work carried out the comparative evaluation of sanitary and hygienic working conditions of mining workers of breakage face and machinists of shearer mining machines of the SE "Lvivvuhillia". The technology of underground coal mining caused by the interconnected set of basic and auxiliary production processes of extraction and transportation of coal, as well as conducting appropriate preparatory works. The main mining occupations, without which it is impossible to carry out the coal mining cycle of works, include "mining worker of breakage face" (MWBF) and "machinist of shearer mining machines" (МSMM). The aim of the study was the estimation of the influence of sanitary and hygienic working conditions of MWBF and МSMM on the development of deforming arthrosis. The research evaluated the sanitary and hygienic working conditions of mining workers of breakage face and machinists of shearer mining machines of the SE "Lvivvuhillia" on the basis of the processed and generalized data of 40 sanitary and hygienic characteristics of labor activity (29 MWBF and 11 МSMM) for 2015-2017. The obtained data were compared with the normative values of the State Sanitary Norms and Regulations according to the Order № 248 dated from 08.04.2014 "Hygienic Classification of Labor on the Indicators of Hazard and Danger of the Factors of the Production Environment, the Severity and Stress of the Labor Process". Installed that the levels of the main production factors of the development of deforming arthrosis in the workplaces of miners of the main occupations exceeded the approved hygienic standards: moving cargo over a considerable distance (more than 5 meters) among МSMM - to 2072 kg/m, among MWBF - by 1.62 - to 28424 kg/m; lifting and moving goods among MWBF - by 2.2 heavier loads than norm (33 kg against 15 kg, respectively); the static load of miners was excessive among МSMM by 1.22, among MWBF - by 2.31 (122040 kg/f; 231220 kg/f, respectively, against the norm of 100000 kg/f); prolonged stay in a forced working position among МSMM - by 2.52 longer than norm (63 kg/f against 25 kg/f, respectively), among MWBF - by 3.40 (85 kg/f against 25 kg/f, respectively); MWBF were in the working position on the knees - by 6.5 longer than norm (65 kg/f against 10 kg/f, respectively), МSMM - by 2,6 (26 kg/f against 10 kg/f, respectively). So, the mining and geological characteristic of deposits of the Lviv-Volyn coal basin promotes the creation of dangerous working conditions for miners of the main occupations, causing the risk of development of musculoskeletal system pathology, including deforming arthrosis. The main risk factors of development of deforming arthrosis among the miners of these occupations are defined such factors of the production environment as: the severity and intensity of the labor process.

In the present research, the working conditions of workers employed in the production of medicines in the form of tablets and capsules of a modern enterprise of the pharmaceutical industry have been studied. Based on the results of attestation of workplaces and data of industrial laboratory control of the factors of the production environment for the period from 2016 to 2019, a complex of harmful production factors at workplaces was determined and a comprehensive hygienic assessment of the working conditions of a general purpose machine operator of chemical and pharmaceutical preparations, packaging machine operator, stacker-packer and processor of technological containers and tares. It has been established that the labor activity of the leading professional groups of workers in production is associated with the influence of a predominantly chemical factor due to the presence of harmful chemicals in the air of the working area. According to the data obtained, the air of the working area at the workplace of the operator of a wide profile of chemical and pharmaceutical preparations of the tableting and filling of capsules section is contaminated with harmful chemicals (doxycycline, nystatin, lincomycin, rifampicin, tetracycline, etc.), the concentrations of which exceed the maximum permissible. A hygienic assessment of the parameters of the microclimate, noise and tension of the labor process at the studied workplaces established that there are no deviations from hygienic standards and the working conditions according to these factors are permissible. Thus, the data obtained allow us to conclude that the working conditions of the operator of a wide profile of chemical and pharmaceutical preparations belong to class 3.3, the stacker-packer — 3.1, and the working conditions of the operator of filling and packaging machines and the processor of technological containers and tares are assessed as acceptable.
