Abstract: Agriculture is the most important field for human beings. It is the backbone of our country's economic system. Equipment that needs less human effort and time with less price of implementation is way needed for fulfilment within the agricultural trade. Project work is focused on the seed sowing process and the design of a four-wheel-drive robot that does the work of seed sowing in plowed agricultural land avoiding the human effort by tracing the path and sowing seeds and tried to solve the problems related to agriculture. Seed sowing robot consists of battery-powered wheels, a DC motor inbuilt in these wheels, an Arduino Uno is useful for controlling the robotic activities. The Robot can detect the obstacle very easily with the help of an ultrasonic sensor. In every complete rotation of the rotating wheel, there’s a seed fall from the seed drum and performs seed sowingoperation. Keywords: Agriculture, Farmer, Seed, Robot

Successful completion of cytokinesis relies on addition of new membrane, and requires the recycling endosome regulator Rab11, which localizes to the midzone. Despite the critical role of Rab11 in this process, little is known about the formation and composition of Rab11-containing organelles. Here, we identify the phosphatidylinositol (PI) 4-kinase III β Four wheel drive (Fwd) as a key regulator of Rab11 during cytokinesis in Drosophila melanogaster spermatocytes. We show Fwd is required for synthesis of PI 4-phosphate (PI4P) on Golgi membranes and for formation of PI4P-containing secretory organelles that localize to the midzone. Fwd binds and colocalizes with Rab11 on Golgi membranes, and is required for localization of Rab11 in dividing cells. A kinase-dead version of Fwd also binds Rab11 and partially restores cytokinesis to fwd mutant flies. Moreover, activated Rab11 partially suppresses loss of fwd. Our data suggest Fwd plays catalytic and noncatalytic roles in regulating Rab11 during cytokinesis.

The dynamic performance of vehicle drivetrains is significantly influenced by differentials which are subjected to complex phenomena. In this paper, detailed models of TORSEN differentials are presented using a flexible multibody simulation approach, based on the nonlinear finite element method. A central and a front TORSEN differential have been studied and the numerical results have been compared with experimental data obtained on test bench. The models are composed of several rigid and flexible bodies mainly constrainted by flexible gear pair joints and contact conditions. The three differentials of a four wheel drive vehicle have been assembled in a full drivetrain in a simplified vehicle model with modeling of driveshafts and tires. These simulations enable to observe the four working modes of the differentials with a good accuracy.
