This research was conducted on companies that won the Top GRC Award in 2019 and 2020 with secondary data collection methods. The data is collected through purposive sampling techniques. The sample used in this research is 30 companies.The analysis method used is to use SPSS for multiple linear regression analysis. The results present that governance, risk, compliance (GRC) and intellectual capital have a positive effect on the companies performence that have won Top GRC awards.

Banking world is inseparable from the competition of services, service offerings but also bank’s health scores, so banks are required to maintain their health scores. The purpose of this reseach was to know significantion analyze form that ratio IPR, LDR, IRR, PDN, NPL, BOPO, FBIR, NIM, ROA, and CAR has significant influence to bank’s health scores use RBBR metods. Population that wear in this research is BUKU 3 and BUKU 4 bank in Indonesia. The sample were selected used purposive sampling technique. This reseach use secondary data and data collection methods used documentation method. The type of research conducted in this research is causal research is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the calculation and analysis before the result of the research hypotesis that the IPR, LDR, IRR, PDN, NPL, BOPO, FBIR, NIM, ROA dan CAR have significant effect for soudness score on BUKU 3 and BUKU 4 bank. IPR, IRR, NPL, FBIR, ROA and CAR has a negative effect not significant, LDR, PDN, and NIM has a positive effect not significant, BOPO has a negative effect and significant. Of the ten variables studied  BOPO has dominant influence that is equal 24,4 percent among ten other independent variables. Suggestions for bank sample in this research to maintain its operational risks, minimize operational costs and increase operating income so that the health score is increasing every year.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of profitability, liquidity and leverage on the value of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The population used in this study was a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 which amounted to 28 companies. Based on sampling techniques used purposive sampling obtained samples as many as 12 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application tools. The results of this study show that: (1) Profitability has a significant positive effect on the Company's Value. (2) Liquidity has no effect on the Company's Value. (3) Leverage has no effect on the Company's Value. (4) Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Company's Value. This study aims to determine the effect of leadershipt, discipline, and work environment on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan. The research method in this study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all teachers of SMAN 1 Dagangan totaling 53 teachers. The sampling method used is sampling jenuh , which is taking sample members from a population with a population that is relatively small, the sample was 53 teachers from 50 populations. Data collection methods in this study are primary data and secondary data. Testing instruments using validity test, and reliability test. While for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and f test. The results of the study show that: (1) leadership has a positive effect (0,427) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan, (2) Discipline has a positive effect (0,312) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan, (3) work environment has a positive effect (0,250) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to analyze the influence of interest rates, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and credit growth to inflation in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive research and uses secondary data in the form of time-series from 2007 to 2016 using the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that interest rates have a significant and positive effect on inflation in Indonesia. The Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant and positive effect on inflation in Indonesia. Credit growth has a significant and positive effect on inflation in Indonesia. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between interest rates, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and credit growth to inflation in Indonesia. Keyword: Inflation, Interest Rate, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Credit Growth

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, utilization of information technology, and innovation on the marketing performance of Putra Mandiri Surabaya Savings and Loan Cooperatives partially and simultaneously. In this study the authors used accidental sampling techniques, where anyone who accidentally met with the researcher could be used as a sample. In this study, the number of samples the authors took as many as 130 people including members and prospective members of the cooperative. Data collection techniques used are using questionnaires and interviews. In calculating scoring, researchers used a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Service Quality, Use of Information Technology, and Innovation have a significant effect on Cooperative Marketing Performance partially. Service Quality Variables, Information Technology Utilization, and Innovation have a significant effect on Cooperative Marketing Performance simultaneously.

This research aims to examine the influence of firm size, board size, and ownership structure on risk management disclosure on syariah banking in Indonesia 2011-2014. This research uses secondary data which is the annual report of syariah banking. The sample was selected by purposive sampling which are 10 syariah banking qualified in this research. This research conducts multiple linear regression analysis method to examine the hypothesis in the level of significance 5%. The result of this research showed that firm size, board size and public ownership have influence on risk management disclosure. Meanwhile, the institutional ownership didn’t have a significant impact on risk management disclosure

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of variables gender, age, GPA to financial literacy. This research is a quantitative research and the sample consist of 142 students Accounting Department of State Polytechnic Malang. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear  regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 21 program. The results showed gender, age, and GPA significant and positive effect on financial literacy.

This study used variable job stress, job satisfaction, job exhaustion and intention to leave. Aim to examine the effect of job stress variables on intention to leave, job satisfaction on intention to leave, emotional exhaustion on intention to leave. Strengthened on the basis of the theory of discrepancy theory, two-factor theory and continuance commitment. This study uses saturated sampling, which is a total sample of 48 employees operating at Matahari Department Store, Lipo Mall, Kuta Mall. The method of data collection uses interviewees and questionnaires with primary and secondary data sources. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed job stress has a positive effect on intention to leave, job satisfaction has a negative effect on intention to leave and emotional exhaustion has a positive effect on intention to leave.
