This study aims to see whether there is an influence of learning motivation and learning creativity on student achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects in State Madrasah Aliyah in Pekanbaru City. The research method uses quantitative research types using correlational analysis techniques. The population in this study were all State Madrasah Aliyah students in Pekanbaru City totaling 2,042 people. The sample in this study was taken by proportionate random sampling technique with the Slovin formula of 335 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire technique, the data collected was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the value of R2 (coefficient of determination) or R Square of 0.298 or 29.8%. This value can be interpreted that changes in student achievement by changes in the value of independent variables learning motivation and learning creativity by 29.8% while 70.2% is determined by changes in other factors. The tcount for the learning motivation variable is 8.126 with sig. 0,000 is smaller than 0.05, this means there is an influence of learning motivation on student achievement and the tcount for learning creativity variable is 7,326 with sig. 0,000 less than 0.05, this means that there is an influence of learning creativity on student achievement. It can be concluded that there is an influence between learning motivation and learning creativity on student achievement in Islamic Religious Education Subjects in State Madrasah Aliyah in Pekanbaru City.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that all parents want their children's education to be good, so they pay attention and optimize for his child's education. The existence of this need then humans are encouraged to fulfill it. This impulse is called motivation. In this case, of course the role of motivation is very important. How teachers make efforts to be able to grow and give motivation so students do good learning activities. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out whether there is an influence of learning motivation on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. (2) To find out how much influence the motivation of learning on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type. The population is at BURU 2 Senior High School, totaling 220 students. using purposive random sampling technique. The sample was 79 students. Research methods using questionnaire and documentation. All instruments have met the requirements as a measurement requirement, because they have tested so that it meets the validity test requirements using product correlation and reliability using Cronbach alpha, and has passed the test precondition. Data analysis using T-test and a large percentage of the influence using the coefficient of determination Adjuster R Square. The results showed that (1) there was a significant effect of Learning Motivation on Learning Achievement evidenced from the value of Tcount> Ttable namely 3.731> 1.9915 and Sig <0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05 (with a level of 5%). (2) The magnitude of the influence of the Adjusted R square determination coefficient of 35.9% so that the effect of learning motivation (X), on learning achievement (Y) is weak positive means that if the variable X rises then the variable Y does not rise weakly or together all variables will rise significantly and the remaining 65.1% is explained by other variables outside the variables used.

This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of students of package C class XI in computer subjects in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district, Pesisir Selatan. This is presumably because it has something to do with the learning enviroment in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district, Pesisir Selatan. This study aims to look at the description of learning motivation, learning environment and the relationship between learning motivation and learning environment of package C class XI students in computer subject at PKBM SAKATO, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan. This type of research is quantitative research that is descriptive corerelational. The study population was 40 students of package C in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district and a sample of 75% namely 30 people with the sampling technique is a random sample. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used the formula for the percentage of product moment correlation. The results of this study show that the learning environment of students is categorized as less conducive, then the learning motivation of students in the package C class XI in PKBM SAKATO is still categorized as low, this can be observed through the answers that have been given by respondents to the indicators of the statements that were examined. Then there is a significant relationship between the learning environment and the learning motivation of the XI class C package students in PKBM SAKATO. Suggestions to the management of the SAKATO PKBM institution to further improve the qualityy of the environment for learning. It is hoped that other studies will be able to see several other factors that have not been examined in this study.  Keywords : learning environment, learning motivation

The research to determine the discipline of students through scouting. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population used in this study were 81 Scouting Scout students. Sampling using a saturated sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were scouting questionnaires. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis techniques, namely using the correlation test, significance test and test coefficient of determination. Based on the results of data processing it can be seen that student discipline are in a fairly good category with a percentage of 66.67% and scouting is in a fairly good category with a percentage of 66.67%. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it is known that the discipline of students through scouting is 0.398. Based on the results of significant tests obtained t-count value of 3.853. Then based on the test results of the determinant coefficient there is the influence of the contribution between variables at 15.8%. This means that there is a scouting contribution of 15.8% towards student discipline, while 84.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

This study aims to determine the relationship between student motivation and student achievement. The researcher looked at several problems regarding learning motivation, in which 8th grade students at SMPN 2 Kec. Situjuah Limo Nagari is less motivated in learning on Integrated Social Sciences subjects and impacts on learning achievements such as Exercise scores, Pr, Daily Exams, Midterm Exams, and Final semester Exams. The type of research used is quantitative research with a correlation approach. The data collection techniques used by researchers include observation and questionnaires. The results of the study showed that based on the overall items of the questions obtained 3.31 This means that students' learning motivation is in good qualifications as expected. From the results of hypothesis testing and data processing there is a relationship between student learning motivation and student learning achievement so that the price coefficient obtained between x and y is 0.56 means in the medium category. Then it can be interpreted that the learning motivation of the 8th grade students at SMPN 2 Kec. Situjuah Limo Nagari is in a good level in supporting learning activities on the subject (IPS) Integrated so that it affects learning achievement. "There is a significant relationship between student learning motivation and learning achievement on Integrated (IPS) subjects at grade 8 at SMPN 2 Kec. Si Limo Nagari Academic Year 2018/2019" Accepted this means that there is a relationship between learning motivation and student achievement at SMPN 2 Kec. Situjuah Limo Nagari. This study aimed to determine the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students chemistry of grade XI-MNS (mathematics and natural science). The research design used was quantitative with a correlation approach. The population of this study was all students of class XI-MNS at state senior high school (SHS) 4 Pematangsiantar as many as 205 students for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The sampling technique for this research was random sampling, which is a random sampling technique with a total sample of 40 students. The instrument used in the study was a non-test (questionnaire) of 20 questions to measure student learning motivation, but measuring chemistry learning outcomes was taken from the odd semester exam scores. The results showed that the percentage of high motivation was 20%, sufficient motivation was 50%, and low motivation was 30%. Student chemistry learning outcomes with a minimum score with a score of 41 and a maximum value with a score of 63 derived from the semester test scores that have been assessed by the field teacher. The correlation coefficient (r) in this study is 0.80 and the value of the coefficient of determination (r²) amounting to 0.63 which indicates that students' chemistry learning outcomes affect 63% changes in chemistry learning motivation. This results show that the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students chemistry of grade XI-MNS is very strong.
