The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of intelligence, local wisdom, and organizational, culture on organizational commitment, to analyze the influence of potential intelligence, local wisdom and organizational culture on performance, to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on performance, and to analyze the influence of potential intelligence, local wisdom, and culture. The organization through an organizational commitment to performance. The research was carried out at the Wajo District Government with a population of 5,991 employees from 11 SKPD and set a sample of 375 people as respondents based on the Slovin formula. The questionnaire results were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model using AMOS 18 assistance. The results found that organizational culture had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. This indicates that the indicators of organizational culture in the form of integrity, identity, responsibility, discipline, and results in orientation are considered to be improved and enhanced in obtaining the realization of work results by employee performance achievements. The organizational culture that has a negative and insignificant effect does not mean that organizational culture is not implemented, but the meaning of the values, rules, and principles of the founders of the organization has undergone a shift to make changes towards achieving work results orientation in supporting employee performance improvement. Without ignoring other variables, namely intelligence, local wisdom, and commitment to performance.

This study aims to 1) analyze the implementation of learning organization in PD ABC; 2) analyze the influence of learning organization towards performance improvement of PD ABC; 3) analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture towards learning organizations, 4) analyze the influence of learning organization, leadership and organizational culture towards performance improvement of PD ABC, and 5) formulate a sustainable learning organization strategy to improve the performance of PD ABC. Methods in this research were Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results showed that 1) information systems and sharing of knowledge, organizational relationship, strategic leadership, collaboration and team learning need to be improved; 2) leadership has a positive influence and significant effect with learning organization but organizational culture has insignificant effect towards learning organization; 3) learning organization has a positive influence and significant effect towards improving PD ABC performance; learning organization has a positive influence and significant effect towards organizational performance, although leadership and organizational culture have a negative influence but insignificant effect towards performance organization; 4) in order to develop sustainable learning, PD ABC has to provide measurable evaluation and monitoring systems, transparent rewards and punishment, as well as competent people. Keywords: Leadership, learning organization, organizational culture, organizational performance, strategy Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) menganalisis penerapan organisasi pembelajar di PDABC; 2) menganalisis pengaruh organisasi pembelajar terhadap organisasi pembelajar, 3) menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dengan organisasi pembelajar; 4) menganalisis pengaruh organisasi pembelajar, kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja PD ABC; dan 5) memformulasikan strategi organisasi pembelajar berkelanjutan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja PD ABC. Metodologi penelitian ini mengambil data secara stratified random sampling ,analisadeskriptif,StructuralEquationModel (SEMLisrel), danAnalyticalHierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitianadalah 1) sistem informasi dan penyebaran pengetahuan, hubungan organisasi,kepemimpinan strategis, kolaborasi dan pembelajaran tim masih perlu ditingkatkan; 2)kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organisasi pembelajar, budaya organisasiberpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap organisasi pembelajar; 3) organisasi pembelajarberpengaruh signifikan dengan kinerja organisasi, namun kepemimpinan dan budayaorganisasi secara langsung berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan dengan kinerjaorganisasi 4) strategi meningkatkan kinerja PDABC melalui organisasi pembelajar yaitumenyediakan sistem evaluasi dan monitoring yang terukur serta reward dan punishment yangtransparan. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of competence, motivation and organizational culture on organizational commitment and employee performance. The research was conducted at the Institute of Education and Training of South Sulawesi province with a population of 513 employees and based on Slovin formulation; sample set as many as 224 employees. Research hypothesis was tested by using Structural Equation Models (Analysis of Moment Structures, AMOS version 18). The study found that the competence and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment. Competence, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment as a mediating variable in explaining the effect of work motivation on employees performance, whereas in, explains the effect of competency and organizational culture on performance, organizational commitment is not proven

This study aims to improve and control the relationship between leadership, organizational culture, organizational commitment and employee performance. This research was conducted at Warung Mina Group with Warung Mina Group employee population, 81 respondents sampled by stratified random sampling method. All data generated from questionnaires are suitable for use, and then analyzed using the structural equation model called Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the research shows (1) positive leadership leadership and significant to organizational commitment, (2) organizational culture have positive and significant influence to organizational commitment, (3) positive leadership leadership and significant to employee performance, (4) organizational culture have positive and significant impact to employee performance and. The implications of this research are that leadership can be maximized by motivational excellence, organizational culture can be improved by applying emphasis on the group (emphasis group), organizational commitment is maximized by increasing affective application and improved employee performance by maximizing the quantity of work.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance as a result of the gap of previous research results (research gap) and differences of focus on organizational culture and Organizational Commitment to Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. This research was conducted at Koperasi Desa Adat Kerobokan Kuta Utara Badung with population and research sample of all employees as many as 60 people. All data obtained from the kuisoner distribution is feasible to be used, then analyzed using a variance based structural equation model known as Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of research shows that (1) Organizational Culture has positive and significant influence to Job Satisfaction, (2) Organizational Culture has positive and significant influence Employee Performance, (3) Organizational Commitment have positive and significant influence to Job Satisfaction (4) Organizational Commitment have positive and significant on Employee Performance, (5) Job Satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational culture and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. The implications of this research that Job Satisfaction and Performance can be applied with respect to Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment. Employee performance is increasing, job satisfaction is increasing and it can all be improved by taking into account Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment.

Organizational culture as the values, principles, traditions and ways of working shared by members of the organization and affect the way they act. Organizational commitment has an important role of employee performance. The commitment can be realized if the individual in the organization, running their rights and obligations according to their duties and functions and functions within the organization, because the achievement of organizational goals is the work of all members of the organization that are collective Vipraprastha, Sudja,  & Yuesti (2018). Respondents in this study are Civil Servants (PNS) at least have been working for 2 years. The number of respondents in this study were 86 respondents using Nonprobability technique that is saturated samples or often called total sampling. This research uses SMARTPLS 3 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee, 4) organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees, either partially or through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 5) Organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

This study is focused to analyze the impact of servant leadership on employee performance in relation to the organizational commitment mediation. It is a causality research, providing an explanation and understanding about the impact of servant leadership on employee performance and the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment. The sample of the research are 90 civil servants in Wangaya General Hospital as the respondents. In this study questionares are used as instuments of the research. Descriptive and inferential analysis were applied as method of analysis and Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as a tool. The result is that servant leadership does not have any significant effect on employees performance, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the impact on servant leadership and employee performance through the role of organizational commitment as mediating variable is supported.

This study examined the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment and performance of midwives in the Mataram City Public Hospital. Specifically the purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the performance of midwives, to know the significance of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and to know the mediating role of variable organizational commitment in midwives in Mataram City Hospital. The study population was 72 midwives in charge of the RSUD Kota Mataram. This study uses structural equation model analysis (SEM analysis) with smartPLS applications. The results showed that organizational culture and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the performance of midwives, while job satisfaction did not significantly affect performance. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. For the influence of mediation on organizational commitment, there is a full mediating role in the influence of job satisfaction on midwife performance, while the influence of organizational culture on the performance of midwives is found to have a partial mediation effect.Keywords:Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Midwife Performance.

Hypothesis used in this research: Organizational culture have an effect on to job satisfaction, work motivation influence to<br />job satisfaction, organizational culture influence to employee performance, work motivation influence to employee performance, job satisfaction influence to employee performance. The data were collected by using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population in this study is 1780 employees, with sampling used in this study is probability sampling, with the technique of sample random sampling from the total of the existing population then the<br />sample of the study of 327 respondents. Instrument calibration was performed to test the validity of grain and product moment and reliability was calculated using the coefficient of<br />cronbach's alpha. The hypothesis used in this research is to use the tenure of Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The results of this study conclude that the organizational<br />culture variables affect the job satisfaction, while organizational culture affects the performance of the rich. It can be concluded that organizational culture and job satisfaction have an influence on employee performance. Motivation of work has an influence on job satisfaction, while work motivation has an influence on employee performance. It can be concluded that the motivation of work more influence on job satisfaction when compared to employee performance. Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. Overall, which has the most influence on employee performance is job satisfaction. Based on the results of these studies, in improving employee performance requires an individual attitude that is emotional to the job with job responsibilities.</p>

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of competence, discipline and emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of local government budget team’s, to analyze the influence of competence, discipline, emotional Intelligence and job satisfaction on local government budget team’s performance. The research was conducted at Kolaka district government with population of 468 local government budget drafting team and sample of 250 respondents using Slovin formula. The result data of the questionnaire were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS assistance 18. The result of the research found that directly, competence and emotional intelligence have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, competence have positive and significant on performance, discipline has positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction and performance, emotional intelligence have positive and insignificant effect on performance, and job satisfaction have positive and insignificant effect to performance. In testing the indirect effect provides evidence that discipline and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on performance with mediation of job satisfaction, while other indirect effects show different results. An important factor in the creation of performance is job satisfaction.

Then the size of the sample used in this study were 60 respondents who were employees with managerial level downwards. The data analysis method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the Smart PLS version 3 program. The results showed that competence and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Maleo Kreatif Indonesia. Furthermore, competence, motivation and have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment at PT.
