Labuan Bajo is wellknown tourism destination to foreign countries. The uniqueness of Labuan Bajo is in the natural panorama and marine tourism. This makes Labuan Bajo become a super priority destination of Indonesia's tourism development. Tourism development includes attractions, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary. Labuan Bajo is still faced with contraints regarding the development of the four components of tourism products, so that the tourism potential has not been optimally developed. The purpose of this study is to find out the tourism potential in Labuan Bajo, and contraints in the development of four components products. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive. The Data collected by interview, observation, and documentation study methods are interpreted to obtain a comprehensive analysis. The results of the study show that many tourism potential that can be developed into a tourist attraction. All of this potential is supported by good amenities and branding of Labuan Bajo as a world class tourism destination. But there are fundamental problems in the development of tourism in Labuan Bajo. These problems are human resources that are not qualified in shaping tourist attraction, geographical conditions that require a lot of costs in developing accessibility, spatial planning that has not supported the development of amenities, and mismatches between the central government and local government in tourism development. The area of Southwest Maluku Regency (MBD) is very strategic because it is close to the State of Timor Leste and the Australian Continent. The most dominant tourist attraction in the district of MBD is marine tourism consisting of beaches and natural beauty under the sea. The author is interested in exploring areas that have potential interest in MBD. Research is done by studying the literature by looking for secondary information. The vastness of the territorial sea and tourism of the district of MBD becomes the capital for tourism development. Community based Tourism paradigm as a concept of alternative tourism has been able to provide distribution to community either in welfare or empowerment towards sustainable tourism. In relation to this paradigm, this study was conducted to analyze the impacts of rural tourism development in Pinge village. Pinge is one of the village in Tabanan- Bali which has been developed to be rural tourism destination.The approach used in this research was qualitative descriptive. Technique of collecting data was through interviewing with community leader and conducting field observations in order to find out positive and negative impacts to economy, socio cultural and environment to this village. The researcher found that the development of rural tourism provides positive and negative impacts to society in Pinge. From the result of data collection, there were found that economy of society was improved, the culture was preserved, and the environment was arranged well. The result of this study is expected to be a reference study in rural tourism development in Pinge village through controlling the negative impacts from this tourism destination development.

The village of Lamalera has great tourism potential to develope as a tourist attraction. However, it is important to consider some aspects in its development, such asaspect of the environment and the community, so that it will beneficial to the environment and can improve the economy of the community.The problem in this research was the potential of Lamalera, traditional fishing village. Data obtained in this study through observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed in qualitative descriptive by describing the potentials of Lamalera, traditional fishing village. The results showed physical and non physical potential of the village. The physical potential of Lamalera is white sandy beaches, crystal clear sea water, undersea view and other beauty of nature; while the non physical potential is in the form of custom ceremonial, traditional dances and religious.   Keywords: Identification, Potential and Tourism

Tamil Nadu, one of the greatest Tourism destination in India placed first in domestic tourism and second place in Foriegn Tourist Arrivals. Also it has several Archaeological endeavours like Inscriptions, Archaeological sites, Museums with an Historical values. Archeo tourism or Archaeology tourism is a new form tourism connecting and visiting on the purposes for acquiring knowledge and getting high pleasure for own. On the consequences to identifying Archaeological sites which reflects the social, cultural, historical life and livelihood of Ancestors. Tamil Nadu has a enormous potential on Archaeological tourism, but some constrains lack the same. Besides, Keezhadi, Porunthal, kodumanal and kaveeipumpattinam leasing the forefront and attract the tourists. However, without awareness, advertisement, provide basic and infrastructure facility may not improve the tourism. However, Tamil Nadu has a potential for all kind of tourism compare to other states. So the Central Government and state Government rake necessary steps to develop Archeo tourism may attract the Global audience. <p class="Keywords">Sub Communal RISHA is a pilot project from the central government in collaboration with the Surakarta City Government as a solution for structuring slum settlements in Surakarta. The RISHA method facilitates the construction and installation process due to the use of a modular precast system which is also more flexible and efficient both in terms of construction time and the use of construction materials. The purpose of this research is to identify the space adaptation of Sub Communal RISHA based on the behavior of residents. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method. The research location is in the area of RW 06 Rusunawa Semanggi Surakarta and the time of data collection was carried out in the period May-August 2021. Primary data was taken with several techniques, observation and Forum Group Discussion (FGD) method. The analysis was carried out using data triangulation techniques. The use of this analysis technique aims to combine all data to produce accurate and comprehensive conclusions. The results showed that there are two adaptations carried out by the residents of Sub Communal RISHA, namely adaptation by adjustment and adaptation by reactions.</p>


Padang Bai tourist attraction has great potential in the field of marine tourism attractions, one of which is snorkeling and diving which are well known in foreign countries. In its development there are still various complaints from tourists that reduce the level of tourist satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of tourist satisfaction with Padang Bai tourist attraction from the dimensions of tourist attraction consisting of attractions, accessibility, facilities, ancillary service and the community. This research used quantitative method. Data collection used questionnaire with 21 indicators. 210 samples in this study were taken using a porpusive sampling technique. Data were tested using validity and reliability before being analyzed using the suitability level analysis. The results showed that the level of tourist satisfaction with the tourist attraction of Padang Bai based on the analysis of the suitability level that compares the overall score of expectations indicators with the reality of obtaining results with a suitability level score of 90% obtained the satisfaction category with a gap score (of -80). The indicator that must obtain priority improvement is the cleanliness of the Padang Bai coastal area with a gap value (gap of-365). Cleanliness of the accommodation (gap-210), condition of the facility (gap-163), beautiful underwater scenery such as coral and ornamental fish (gap-151). Overnight accommodation services with a gap value (of-134), diving tourism attractions with a gap (of - 126) and the last of the quality of food restaurants in Padang Bai with a gap value or a gap (of -119). It can be concluded that tourists are satisfied to be in Padang Bai, but the satisfaction is still not maximal and there are still improvements that must be done to improve the satisfaction of Bai Bai's attraction. The advice that can be conveyed is to always maintain the quality of the tourist attraction of Padang Bai, especially environmental cleanliness, as well as the services provided to tourists. Kedonganan beach is located in the village sub-district of Kedonganan Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali. Kedonganan beach has had a great revolution in the tourism development. Therefore, tourists always come to visit this beach. With a lot of tourists come, make the owner of tourism bussiness in the beach Kedonganan should be able to regulate and maintain the attitude in providing services to tourists. The purpose of this research is to know the approach of seafood culinary tour manager in providing services to the tourists. The method used to collect the data in this study are observation, interview, and literature study and the method used to analyze the data is qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The result of this research is the managers of the 4 selected cafes have different approach in providing services to tourists. The approach are such as service procedures , language learning and environmental cleanliness. From all of the approaches, although there is similar approach but they have different ways for the service provided. With the best services provided to tourists it is certain that Kedonganan beach will not lose tourists and can survive for long periods of time. Keywords : Management, Culinary Tourism, Hospitality

Educational tourism as one of the development sectors of tourism is based on the community's need for educational variations. Educational tourism is suitable to be developed in locations that have limited locations and are in areas with residents. Tukad Bindu, as one of the densely populated areas in Denpasar, has the potential to develop educational tourism. The fast flow of the river becomes an attraction and strength in the tourism development needed by the local community. The learning model and the introduction of caring for nature can be applied to the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu. In its development, the arrival of Covid-19 also affected the visit to the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu which was seen in a drastic decrease in domestic tourists for almost 8 months. Strategic steps are needed in adapting the covid-19 virus so that the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu can still run. This study aims to obtain a standard health protocol that can be done in entering the area of Tukad Bindu tourist attraction using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research can be used in application during the Covid-19 pandemic, so that people can still visit the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu by following the applicable protocol.

Mantang  Besar and Mantang Kecil islands contain marine resources that can be developed for ma-rine tourism activities. For the above purpose, a study is needed to assess the potential of the islands. The objectives of this study were: (1) to analyze the sustainability potential of marine tourism on Man-tang Besar and Mantang Kecil islands and (2) to determine the policy and strategy to develop marine tourism in Mantang Besar and Mantang Kecil islands. Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA) with Rapid Appraisal Index Sustainability of Ecotourism approach was used for the sustainability analysis of the marine tourism potential in both islands. The results showed that the sustainability status of marine tourism potential on Mantang Besar and Mantang Kecil islands for A dimension (ecology) was in ave-rage of 50.4592 within the category of sustainable, for B dimension (socio-economic) with average of 31.6113 within the category of less sustainable, and C dimension (institutional-technology) with ave-rage of 32.5581 wihtin the category of less sustainable. For the succes of the strategy development, B dimension should be prioritized and followed by B and C dimensions.                                                                                   Keywords: MCA, marine tourism development strategy, Anambas islands

Bonto Tiro Subdistrict is one of the areas in Bulukumba Regency which has a tourism potential that can be developed as a marine tourism attraction, one of which is the Samboang beach, where the beach has beautiful panoramic views with white sandy beaches, and the presence of coral reefs. can be used as one of the attractions, besides the underwater scenery is also reliable and is also a potential area for the development of marine tourism, this research is focused on aspects of developing tourist destinations with various components of tourism destinations in Samboang Beach, Bonto Tiro District, Bulukumba Regency. This study aims to find out how the development of tourism destinations in the Samboang beach through 4 tourism components, namely Attraction, Accessibility, Ancillary, Amenity in supporting marine tourism destinations so that they develop even more. This research is qualitative research with an observation approach, and research instruments in the form of a list of interviews, field observations and literature studies, while the theories underlying this research are tourism destination theory and tourism development theory. And from the research results obtained by researchers, it can be concluded that the development of marine tourism destinations is very supportive in developing the region as an area that has a tourist attraction.
