According to UNODC (The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime) in the World Drug Report in 2015, the estimated drug users in 2013 were 246 million people, where the highest number of drug cases occurred in the population of 15-64 years of age. The biggest factor that can influence the success of drug users to leave drugs forever is the strong intentions from within and positive family support. This study aimed to find out in depth regarding the process of establishing family support for rehabilitated adolescent drug abusers at Bangli Mental Hospital. This study employed a qualitative design. The qualitative data were gathered through in-depth interview to 12 informants, where 6 informants were the parents of the drug abusers, 3 nurses in the rehabilitation room, and 3 adolescents who were being rehabilitated in Bangli mental hospital. This study revealed that the family had internal and external factors as well as inhibiting factors in forming and providing support to residents. In forming support, the residents’ family had internal and external factors that influenced it, moreover they also had inhibiting factors such as feeling of weary and distance from home. The aim of this study is to explain the role of remuneration in improving the performance of library employees. This study uses the qualitative method which the population is all employees numbering 17 people. Based on interactive analysis methods and ethnographic techniques, its took In-depth interview and observations. Using this analysis, the result showed that the remuneration has an important role in improving employees performance. Some internal and external factors influence it so that optimal performance is obtained. Generally, employees expect that the remuneration has been high to be accepted like as expected. Most employees demands such remuneration to meet their daily needs. External factors also has a strong role so the employees demand high, but not balanced with high performance.

This study aims to investigate the factors inhibiting interest in entrepreneurship, especially in martabak entrepreneurs in Lebaksiu District, Tegal Regency. As the object of this research is in Lebaksiu Subdistrict which is divided into17 villages, researchers used  sample  three villages namely Lebaksiu Lor, Lebaksiu Kidul and Kajen. Descriptive qualitative methods is a method applied in this research. The data collection techniques used are with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the inhibiting factors in martabak entrepreneurship concisted of factors originating from internal and external factors. Detected internal factors arise from within the entrepreneur martabak such as personal characteristics, experience, ability to control a business and capital factors. The second inhibiting factor is an external factor, which this factor comes from outside the private entrepreneur martabak which includes the environment, recruitment of employees who are proficient in martabak making and promotion to the mass media.

Introduction: The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still low. Internal and external factors mother can cause a low rate of exclusive breastfeeding. This also happens because of the belief and traditional factors that can inhibit exclusive breastfeeding for babies. This study aimed to analyze the correlation of psychological factors, family support, and socio-culture with the behaviour of Madurese ethnic mothers in exclusive breastfeeding.Methods: This study used descriptive-analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample collected 100 respondents with nonprobability sampling method is purposive sampling.Results: There was a moderate correlation between family support (p= 0.000; r = 0.373) and socio-culture (p= 0.000; r = 0.396) with the behaviour of Madurese ethnic mothers in exclusive breastfeeding. The analysis showed no relation between psychological factors and the behaviour of Madurese ethnic mothers in exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.071; r= 0.181).Conclusion: The Behaviour of Madurese ethnic mothers in exclusive breastfeeding in The Sidotopo Wetan Community Health Center, Surabaya, was related to family support and socio-culture. So, the research can be used as this information to optimize factors that increase exclusive breastfeeding behaviour.

ABSTRACT Objective: to understand the feelings of families before drug dependence. Method: exploratory, analytical and qualitative study carried out with families of drug users, which are followed up by the Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Álcool e Drogas (Psychosocial Care Center for Alcohol and DARUGS). The collection of data took place by in-depth interview, with the support of field diary. Three visits were done, on average, for each family. The software IRAMUTEQ was adopted for textual corpus organization and was discussed in the light of Michel Maffesoli. Results: nine families participated in the research; from the analysis, four classes arose: “My life has changed a lot because of drugs”; “I fear leaving him alone”; “I trust and have faith in God”, and “I am always worried in my own house”. Final considerations: the families revealed how much drug dependence did not only affect the user, but also the whole family, provoking in the family complex feelings and emotions.

Causes of low student achievement is influenced by two factors, namely internal and external factors. The reality on the ground, a lot of students who have low academic achievement, students often go out into the current study. Research purposes to describe the factors causing low class VIII student achievement. The form is a descriptive study, results revealed low achievement on internal factors, namely: the most prominent motivational factor to the low student achievement, while the external factors are: the relation of factors the most prominent member of the family to be the cause of low student achievement. <p><em>This research examines the teacher's strategy for increasing the ability to speak in Balinese. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The use of local languages in everyday life, especially Balinese, has declined due to lack of motivation to learn. This is reflected when speaking in Balinese. Seeing this phenomenon, then a teacher has an important role in improving students' speaking skills in accordance with the language of Bali. The purpose of this study is to improve students' speaking ability in Balinese. Through appropriate learning strategies, teachers are expected to be able to improve students' speaking skills, which are supported by the family environment. Factors that influence students' speaking skills using Balinese are internal and external factors. Hopefully, with the collaboration between family and teachers in schools in educating children, especially practicing the ability to speak in Balinese, can give birth to a child who loves his own culture, especially Balinese.</em></p>

This study aims to examine breastfeeding behavior from a gender perspective and socio-economic dimension. The legal basis and internal and external factors of breastfeeding behavior are the main issues. Breastfeeding views are also studied in terms of working women, in response to the increasingly expensive economic needs of women to help the family economy by entering the labor market, while women also have an obligation to engage in breastfeeding activities. This study uses literature method, by collecting all the literature related to the breastfeeding process, the legal basis that supports, and the factors that can inhibit and the way to succeed exclusive breastfeeding issues. This study found the fact that there is a misconception of society about breastfeeding that the breastfeeding process is not optimal, the modernization also makes women who should breastfeed to make new choices instead of breastfeeding obligations for their children.

Retail sukuk is a sharia product offered to Indonesian citizens as a safe and profitable investment instrument. This study identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that the government may face in offering retail sovereign sukuk. It aimed to provide the government the appropriate strategies based on the historical data of listed retail sukuk and its peripherals during 2009-2020. This paper used a qualitative research approach. The data collection techniques used were literature review and in-depth interview. Internal and external factors were identified. SWOT matrix was made prior to analysis. The results show that the coupon rate offered by retail sovereign sukuk is mostly higher than BI rate. Market expansion is needed. The government shall optimize all distribution partners. Newly innovated products should be developed. Certain criteria should be formulated to determine coupon rate. Background: The National Narcotics Board or Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) survey results found the prevalence of drug abuse in 2015 amount 42,900 people, and an increase of 20.84% in 2016, which amounted to 51,840 people. As a result of drug abuse, drug abusers often experience health problems both physically and mentally due to the influence of drugs or the environment that makes drug abusers depressed. One of the health treatments for drug abusers that can be done to motivate drug abusers is to provide family support. The family is a source of social support because, in family relationships, mutual trust is created. Objective: This research was conducted to determine how the family’s role based on Kroenke helped to recover the health of drug abusers from deciding to stop drug abuse. The government can later consider this research’s benefits in creating a family-based drug abuse prevention and recovery program. Methods: This study uses a review of international articles. The articles used are twenty articles published in the last ten years. Result: Research shows that the family’s role in helping recovering drug users’ health drug users’ health is different but still has the same goal. Support provided is based on the cause of individuals to commit drug abuse. Support could be provided in the form of assessment support, instrumental, informational, and social. A good family role’s functioning makes the recovery process more effective because an addict will feel motivated by their support. Conclusion: The research conducted that the family’s role is essential for the recovery of the health of drug addicts, providing a stimulus for change to stop drug abuse. The family’s ability and function in explaining the addict’s self-control varies according to how the response and the intensity of family support provided to the addict.

Marriage is quite interesting to talk about more and more at this time because at this time many problems arise related to marriage because marriage is a complicated and complex thing. There are many things to be prepared for before someone decides to enter the marriage level, especially for a wife. The purpose of this study is to assess the extent of the role of emotional maturity of young wives in creating harmony in the family. Respondents in this study were women, aged 18-20 years in Aceh, marriage period of 0-3 years. The number of respondents is 2 people using qualitative research methods. The method of data collection in this study is by observation and interview using tape recorder tools and observation sheets. These internal and external factors affect whether or not the respondent is mature emotionally. This emotional immaturity is a reaction seen in every respondent. The maturity of respondents is different from each other. The respondents were aware of the impact on marriage at a young age but did not make the respondents dissolve in any conflicts that occurred due to immature emotions of the respondent, but rather made efforts to be able to control and overcome all conditions faced wisely and try to make positive efforts to foster family harmony.
