The firing system on the S-60 57mm cannon uses the foot of the cannon crew, which is very dangerous with the position of the crew on top of the cannon when firing. So, a firing system that can be remotely controlled by a computer is required. The design of the S-60 57mm gun firing control system uses a personal computer (PC) as the firing command input, with data communication using WiFi received by the Atmega8535 microcontroller as a voltage regulator for solenoids. The solenoid has a tensile force to drive the hydraulic system where the actuator functions to drive the firing cylinder. Accelero sensor MMA7361, as a variable controller in firing, provides input data simulating the tilt position of the cannon, the position of the 0g sensor is simulated by the cannon in a balanced position. From the test results, there is a difference in sensor designation data with arc angles i.e., angle X by 2.83 degrees and angle Y by 1.86 degrees. The magnetic field produced by the solenoid 0.53 T can attract a maximum load of 20 kg. By changing the distance ratio of mechanical lever to 39.11 cm and 8.89 cm, the solenoid can drive an 88-kg firing cylinder.

A new detecting platform has been designed and developed to improve the performance of suspended access platform’s hoists in the paper. The new platform consists of a mechanical and control piece. The core control system is designed based on S7-200PLC and VB6.0; Computer is a superior machine and S7-200PLC is an inferior machine in the system; VB6.0 is used in the superior machine as the development platform. Testing data will be saved into Excel2000 by using VB's OLE automation technology; and in the VB environment, using OPC standard drive will complete real-time data communication between superior and inferior, also complete data processing at the same time. Therefore, Man-machine interface and reliable control system can be built. The inferior computer can achieve running and testing process control of hoists and collect the data of tension, vibration and temperature of hoists. The practical application of the platform shows that the system can well reduce the time costs and improve test results’ inaccurate of existing detection methods. The detection efficiency is improved; the labor intensity of operators and the running costs of produces are reduced, greatly.

Roasting coffee manually is widely applied by coffee producers. This process takes a very long time and is less efficient in terms of productivity for industry standards. This machine  is equipped with a thermocouple sensor as a temperature sensor that will measure the temperature in the roasting cylinder, then equipped with a timer as a reminder of roasting time that ranges from 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius, this machine  is also equipped with android as a timer controller on the coffee roaster machine. This machine is also equipped with a microcontroller and Bluetooth as a media transmitter and data receiver. From the test results obtained data that Bluetooth can be used for data communication between the microcontroller and Android with a distance of 30 meters in the room, and 12 meters outside the room. If it exceeds that distance, then Bluetooth will not respond back

In this paper, the real-time EtherCAT technology is introduced in detail, which including operating principle, communication protocol and the superiority performance of EtherCAT i.e. synchronicity, simultaneousness and high speed. To show how to design a slave system that considering the characteristics of application, the method of developing systems based no EtherCAT technology are proposed. Finally, a data acquisition system based on EtherCAT technology is designed. Application of EtherCAT technology can improve the real-time characteristics of data communication in wind power system.

It discusses the reasons of the data transmission time delay and packets loss based on the theory of net data transmission. Aimed to the question of the time delay of data transmission and packets loss, the control system models are set up to analyze their influence to the performance of the control system. Based on the synchronous control model analysis with wireless data transmission, a method to control the system is reached with the state prediction when the communication error or data loss appears. It can control constantly when communication errors appear, and also it can get the most error period by numerical analysis.

In order to improve the efficiency of auto parts distribution logistics, to lower the cost of auto production in transportation logistics, and to reduce accidents, in this paper it is designed that an automatic guided vehicle control system to replace the manned tractors in the distribution sites. The system is equipped with an infrared homing device that can ensure the automated guided vehicle (AGV) along a predetermined route automatic driving at a given distribution information, without the needs to manually guided. Test results show that the circuit performance of AGV control system is stable to ensure the accuracy of the tracking in the practical application, and the mean absolute error of the tracking is less than 0.04m.

With the progress of the times, the network has grown into the people's work and life. The limitations of the traditional wireless sensor network (WSN) have become increasingly prominent, and it is obviously unable to meet the requirements of Internet access. Therefore, the 4G mobile Android system is used as a carrier, to design an application layer gateway system for realizing wireless communication between wireless sensor networks and heterogeneous cellular networks, so as to build wireless sensor cellular network. The design and implementation of the AP module, data receiving and forwarding module, network packet loss management and retransmission of the gateway systemis the focus, and then the implemented gateway system is tested. The test results show that the design of the Android platform wireless sensor network gateway system can connect the sensor network to the cellular network, so as to realize data communication, and to ensure that the data loss rate is less than 0.1%. Through testing, it is concluded that the system can meet the actual demand

An experimental investigation was carried out to study shear carrying capacity and ultimate flexural moment of reinforced cement concrete beam. Two series of simply supported beams were prepared by varying diameter and spacing of shear and flexural reinforcement. Beams of cross section 230 mm X 300 mm and length of 2000 mm. During testing, maximum load, first crack load, deflection of beams were recorded. Test results indicated that decreasing shear spacing and decreasing its diameter resulted in decrease in deflection of beam and increase in bending moment and shear force of beam.

For the purpose of improving the future domestic train control systems and securing interoperability, according to the global development trends of train control systems, it is presented that the test results of interoperability between wayside train control systems installed in existed line, and the onboard train control system. Due to the safety-critical characteristics of train systems, the site test in the section where the wayside equipment is installed may lead to a danger against safety. Therefore, by way of constructing a simulation environment of train control systems, the T/R data systems of the equipment for interoperability are confirmed and the interoperability test are obtained by applying these systems to onboard equipment.
