Kualita stidur adalah suatu keadaan tidur yang dijalani seseorang yang menghasilkan kesegaran/ kebugaran saat terbangun. Dampak karena kualitas tidur yang buruk adalah stres yang meningkat dan sering lupa. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan 86,4% lansia mengalami kualitas tidur yang buruk dan 13,6% memiliki kualitas tidur yang baik di Balai Pelayanan Sosial Tresna Werdha pada tahun 2018. Salah satu penatalaksanaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur adalah dengan melafalkan dzikir. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh melafalkan dzikir terhadap kualitas tidur lansia di Balai Pelayanan Sosial Tresna Werdha. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experiment. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive samplingdenganjumlah 21 responden yang sesuaidengankriteriainkulsidanekslusi. Intervensi dilakukan selama 7 hari berturut-turut. Evaluasi skor kualitas tidur menggunakan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Analisa bivariate denga nmenggunakan uji paired t test. Hasil penelitian rerata kualitas tidur pada pengukuran pretest lebih tinggi (7,00) dibandingkan dengan rerata postest (5,90), yang memiliki arti bahwa kualitas tidur lansia setelah melakukan dzikir menjadi lebih baik.Hasil dari analisis ujipaired t testpengaruh melafalkan dzikir terhadap kualitas tidur lansia didapatkan nilai signifikan dengan p-value = 0,000 (α<0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara dzikir dengan kualitas tidur. Kata kunci: melafalkan dzikir, kualitas tidur, lansia THE EFFECT OF RECITING DHIKR ON THE QUALITY OF ELDERLY SLEEP ABSTRACTSleep quality is a state of sleep by someone who produces freshness or fitness when awakened. Poor sleep quality will have an impact on the body of the elderly. Impact because of poor sleep quality is increased stress and often forgets. The results of the research conducted showed that 86.4% of the elderly experienced poor sleep quality and 13.6% had good sleep quality at the TresnaWerdha Social Service Center on 2018. One of the management to improve the quality of sleep is to recite dzikir. The purpose of the study was to identify the effect of reciting dhikr on the quality of elderly sleep in the Tresna Werdha Social Service Center.This research method uses a quasi experiment design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 21 respondents who were in accordance with the criteria for inclusion and exclusion. The intervention was carried out for 7 consecutive days. Sleep quality score evaluation using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. Bivariate analysis using paired t test. The results of the average sleep quality at pretest measurements were higher (7.00) compared to the posttest average (5.90), which means that the quality of elderly sleep after doing dhikr is better. The results of the paired t test analysis of the effect of reciting dhikr on the quality of elderly sleep obtained a significant value with p-value = 0,000 (α <0.05). <p><em>Bad sleep quality causes fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and often drowsiness in the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of aroma of lavender therapy on the quality of elderly sleep at Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang. This type of research is quantitative with pre-experimental design using One Group Pretest-Posttest Design design using T-test dependent test. Sampling technique in this research use purposive sampling 30 responden as intervention group. The research to do in Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang. The results of the study found that all elderly (100%) had poor sleep quality before lavender aromatherapy and only 40% experienced poor sleep quality after lavender therapy. The statistical test obtained p value = 0.000, where there is influence of lavender therapy to sleep quality of elderly in Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang. The smell of lavender therapy can improve the quality of elderly sleep. Officer Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang in order to provide lavender therapy every 2 times / week at bedtime so as to improve the quality of elderly sleep.</em></p><p> </p><p>Kualitas tidur buruk menyebabkan kelelahan, sulit berkonsentrasi, dan sering mengantuk pada lansia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh aroma terapi lavender terhadap kualitas tidur lansia di Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain preekperimental menggunakan rancangan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design menggunakan uji T-test dependent. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling 30 responden sebagai kelompok intervensi. Penelitian dilakukan di Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan seluruh lansia (100%) mengalami kualitas tidur yang buruk sebelum diberikan aromaterapi lavender dan hanya 40% yang mengalami kualitas tidur buruk sesudah diberikan aroma terapi lavender. Uji statistik didapatkan nilai p= 0,000, dimana terdapat pengaruh terapi lavender terhadap kualitas tidur lansia di Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang. Aroma terapi lavender dpat meningkatkan kualitas tidur lansia. Petugas Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang agar dapat memberikan terapi lavender setiap 2 kali/ minggu saat menjelang tidur sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas tidur lansia.</p>

The elderly is people aged  of 60 years and older. The global elderly population is expected to increase, as is the increase nationally. Hypertension is a state of a state of increase in systolic blood pressure over 140mmHg and diastolic pressure of more than 90mmHg. Hypertension affected by age, lifestyle, diet, and family history of heredity. Factors that play more role are lifestyle factors such as smoking habits, excess fat and sodium intake, lack of physical activity, and caffeine consumption habits so that sleep quality worsens. The prevalence of hypertension in the elderly should be reduced so it is necessary to conduct a nutrition program using the OOPP (Objectiver Oriented Project Planning) method. OOPP is a method of planning a program based on empirical data. Oopp stages include situation analysis, problem analysis, objective analysis, alternative analysis, and Project Planning Matrix (PPM).  ).  A total of 96% of respondents had poor sleep quality, 63.3% of respondents had excess fat intake levels, and 73.3% had excess sodium intake, and as many as 96.7% of respondents had poor sleep quality. After counseling intervention, respondents' knowledge increased with the results of the Paired T-Test Wilcoxon test by 0,000 (p value < 0.005) which showed that there were differences in knowledge levels before and after the intervention.Lansia merupakan seseorang yang telah mencapai usia 60 tahun atau lebih. Populasi lansia secara global diperkirakan akan meningkat, begitu pula peningkatan secara nasional. Hipertensi merupakan kondisi kenaikan tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 140mmHg dan tekanan diastolik lebih dari 90mmHg. Hipertensi dapat dipengaruhi usia, pola hidup, pola makan, serta riwayat keturunan keluarga. Faktor yang lebih banyak berperan adalah faktor pola hidup seperti kebiasaan merokok, asupan lemak dan natrium yang berlebih, kurangnya aktivitas fisik, serta kebiasaan konsumsi kafein sehingga kualitas tidur memburuk. Untuk menurunkan prevalensi Hipertensi pada lansiadi wilayah Pasir Putih, perlu dilakukan program gizi menggunakan metode OOPP (Objectiver Oriented Project Planning). OOPP adalah metode untuk merencanakan sebuah program yang berdasar pada data empiris. Tahapan OOPP meliputi analisis situasi, analisis masalah, analisis objektif, analisis alternatif, serta Project Planning Matrix (PPM).  Sebanyak 96% responden memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk, 63.3% responden memiliki tingkat asupan lemak berlebih, dan 73.3% memiliki asupan natrium berlebih, serta sebanyak 96.7% responden memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk. Setelah dilakukan intervensi berupa penyuluhan, pengetahuan responden meningkat dengan hasil uji Paired T-Test Wilcoxon sebesar 0.000 (p value < 0.005) yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi.

OBJECTIVEAnalyzing the quality of sleep of hypertensive patients registered in the national registration system and monitoring of hypertensive patients.METHODSA cross-sectional study of quantitative and descriptive analyses with 280 hypertensive patients registered in the National Program of Hypertension and Diabetes of the Federal Government in the months from August to October 2011. Questionnaires were used which allowed for tracking sociodemographic data on hypertension and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).RESULTSThe prevalence of poor sleep quality among respondents (156 hypertensive patients) and high rates of using medication for sleeping (106 hypertensive patients) was observed. Other relevant data refers to the quality of sleep among hypertensive patients using sleep medication compared to those who do not use it (p≤0.01).CONCLUSIONIndividuals with high blood pressure have a negative association with sleep quality.

Electronic gadgets, psychological behavior and quality of sleep among adolescent Background: In the development stage, adolescents are faced with problems of health problems including poor sleep quality. Globally, the prevalence of sleep quality disorders in the world varies from 15.3% to 39.2%. Data in Indonesia shows that most of the quality of sleep in adolescents is less than 63%. Poor quality of sleep can harm health. Factors that can cause poor sleep quality include the use of gadgets, where 80% say using gadgets> 4 hours 17 minutes a day.Purpose: Known the electronic gadgets, psychological behavior and quality of sleep among adolescent.Methods: The type of research used in this study was quantitative. The design of this study used analytics. The research subjects were class X and XI students at SMKN 1 Terbanggi Besar, Central Lampung, totaling 119 people. Collect data with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire and Smartphone Addiction Scale (SAS). The statistical test uses the chi-square test.Results: Univariate analysis was obtained by the majority of respondents who had bad behavior in using gadgets, as many as 68 people (57.1%) and most respondents had poor sleep quality, as many as 77 people (64.7%). Analysis data resulted p-value = 0,000 and OR = 4,696.Conclusion: There were the electronic gadgets, psychological behavior and quality of sleep among adolescent. The advice is to increase health promotion counseling about sleep patterns and the excessive use of gadgets, and for schools to set regulations on the ban on the use of gadgets in-class hours. Keywords  : Quality of Sleep, Gadgets, Adolescent; Psychological; BehaviorPendahuluan: Dalam tahap perkembangannya, remaja dihadapkan pada masalah-masalah kesehatan diantaranya kualitas tidur yang buruk. Secara global menunjukkkan prevalensi gangguan kualitas tidur di dunia bervariasi mulai 15,3% - 39,2%. Data di Indonesia menunjukan sebagian besar kualitas tidur pada remaja kurang terpenuhi yaitu sebanyak 63%. Buruknya kualitas tidur dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi kesehatan. Faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kualitas tidur yang buruk diantaranya adalah penggunaan gadget, dimana 80% menyatakan meggunakan gadget > 4 jam 17 menit dalam sehari.Tujuan: Diketahui hubungan perilaku penggunaan gadget dengan kualitas tidur pada remaja.Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan menggunakan analitik. Subyek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X dan XI di SMKN 1 Terbanggi Besar Lampung Tengah, yang berjumlah 119 responden. Cara pengambilan data dengan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Indeks (PSQI) dan Smartphone Addiction Scale (SAS). Pada lansia terjadi perubahan neurologis secara fisiologis mengalami penurunan jumlah dan ukuran neuron pada sistem saraf pusat yang mengakibatkan lansia tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan tidur normalnya. Salah satu terapi meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada lansia adalah melakukan pijat tengkuk menggunakan virgin coconut oil . Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat tengkuk dengan VCO terhadap kualitas tidur pada lansia. Metode:Desain penelitian yang digunakan pra eksperimental dengan One-group Pretest – Posttest Design, teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non Probability Sampling yaitu dengan purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu, 33 responden dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 15 responden adapun  kriteria inklusi dalam penelitian ini klien dengan gangguan tidur tanpa menggunakan obat penenang atau obat tidur, Klien yang kooperatif dan bersedia menandatangani informed concent, kriteria eksklusi Klien yang memiliki kesadaran composmentis Pelaksanaan penelitian untuk mengukur kualitas tidur diukur dengan Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) dari. pengukuran kualitas tidur lansia dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan intervensi. instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pittsburgh sleep quality index. Intervensi pijat tengkuk dengan Virgin Coconut Oil ini dilakukan 2 kali dalam satu minggu selama 4 minggu. setelah dilakukan uji normalitas data diperoleh hasil 0,28 yang berarti data berdistribusi normal sehingga analisa menggunakan paired T-test.  Hasil:Hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas tidur pre tes rerata kualitas tidur sebesar 7,9 dengan standar deviasi 1,4 dan post tes didapatkan rerata kualitas tidur sebesar 4,5 dengan standar deviasi 0,83. Berdasarkan analisa data menggunakan uji paired T-test diperoleh nilai p value = 0,000 <α (0.05) yang artinya ada pengaruh pijat tengkuk dengan Virgin Coconut Oil terhadap kualitas tidur pada lansia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, diharapkan lansia dengan masalah kualitas tidur agar rutin melakukan pijat tengkuk dengan VCO  secara teratur dan berkesinambungan. In the elderly, physiological changes occur physiologically decreasing the number and size of neurons in the central nervous system resulting in the elderly unable to meet their normal sleep needs. One of the therapies to improve sleep quality in the elderly is to massage the neck using virgin coconut oil (VCO). This study aims to determine the effect of cervical massage with VCO on sleep quality in the elderly. The research design used was pre-experimental with One-group Pretest - Posttest Design and the number of respondents was 20 people. The results showed sleep quality before being given progressive muscle relaxation therapy obtained an average sleep quality of 7.9 with a standard deviation of 1.4 and after being given progressive muscle relaxation a mean sleep quality of 4.5 with a standard deviation of 0.83. Based on data analysis using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test, p value = 0,000 <α (0.05) is obtained, which means there is an effect of nape massage with VCO on sleep quality in the elderly. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the elderly with sleep quality problems can routinely perform neck massage with VCO regularly and continuously.

Complaints about night-time sleep difficulties often occur among the elderly. Difficulties in sleep that affect the quality of sleep of elderly are still many elderly people often have woke up.Guided imageryis a non farmokologi therapy is often used to treat sleep disorders andcan is useful to reduce anxiety, pain and facilitate good sleep quality. Goals : This study aimed to determine the effect of guided imagery relaxation technique on quality of sleep in the elderly in social services UPT Elderly Binjai. Method : This research method using one-group pre-post test design test. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, with a sample of 20 respondents. Measuring instruments used PSQI questionnaire. Result : Analysis of the data shows the results of the sleep quality pre-test all elderly experience poor sleep quality (100%) and post-test were experiencing good sleep quality as much (10%) and poor sleep quality as much (90%). The results showed that guided imagery relaxation techniques affect the quality of sleep in elderly UPT Elderly Social services Binjai p = 0.001 (<0.05). Conculsion : Researchers suggest to the elderly in order to continue the selfguided imagery regularly.

Objectives: The aim is to determine an association between obesity levels, quality of sleep, and anxiety among the Saudi population. Methods: A cross-sectional study was used by distributing an online questionnaire via social media channels to the Saudi population. We used the body mass index (BMI) to assess body fat, the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and Generalized Anxiety Disorder – 7 (GAD-7). Chi-square tests and logistic regression were used to test associations with a p-value of less than 0.05. Results: We received a total of 1123 respondents and the majority (61%) were obese and overweight. According to the GAD-7 score, 17% had severe anxiety; the PSQI score was 8.42 +3.45, indicating overall poor sleep quality. Underweight respondents had higher moderate (25%) and severe (26%) anxiety as compared to those with normal or higher BMI (14%-18%) (p=0.002). PSQI scores were higher for obese (8.9+3.6) and overweight (8.6+3.4) respondents as compared to underweight (7.5+3.0) (p=0.001). Persons with severe (10.4+3.6) or moderate (9.7+3.7) anxiety had higher PSQI scores as compared to those with minimal anxiety (6.8+2.7) (p<0.001). Conclusion: There is a relationship between obesity, sleep, and anxiety. Overweight and obesity were significantly associated with anxiety and poor sleep quality in Saudi Arabia.

AbstractPeople with hypertension experience symptoms of dizziness, headache, obstructive sleep apnea, shortness of breath, nocturia, and restless legs syndrome which disturb sleep and reduce its quality. This research’s objective was to describe the sleep quality overview of Puskesmas Rancaekek’s hypertension patients. Using descriptive quantitative method with purposive sampling technique, this research aimed at 79 Puskesmas Rancaekek’s patients who had been diagnosed with hypertension for at least one month long. The data were collected using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire and analysed using the total score resulted; ≤5 was good while >5 was poor. Results showed 94.6% of respondents had poor sleep quality. The dimensions that contribute to the poor sleep quality included >30 minutes sleep latency, <5 hours sleep duration, <65% of sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance due to waking up at midnight or early morning and waking up to toilet, and activity disturbance at daylight. The conclusion was that Puskesmas need to develop preventive and promotive efforts to minimize the complication of hypertension patients and optimize their quality of life by helping them improve their quality of sleep. Meanwhile, the self-management that should be done by the patients were avoiding the consumption of coffee and cigarettes, limiting physical activities, and doing physical exercise and relaxation therapies. Key Words: Hypertension, Sleep Quality, PSQI  AbstrakPenderita hipertensi mengalami gejala pusing, nyeri kepala, obstructive sleep apnea, sesak napas, nokturia, restless legs syndrome yang mengganggu tidur dan berdampak pada kualitas tidur serta mempengaruhi kualitas hidup dan tekanan darah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran kualitas tidur pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Rancaekek. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 79 penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Rancaekek yang telah didiagnosis dokter minimal 1 bulan. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) dan dianalisis menggunakan total skor, jika skor ≤ 5 baik dan skor > 5 buruk. Hasil menunjukan 94,6% responden memiliki kualitas tidur buruk. Dimensi yang berkontribusi terhadap kualitas tidur buruk yaitu latensi tidur tidak dapat tertidur dalam waktu 30 menit, durasi tidur <5 jam, efisiensi kebiasaan tidur <65%, gangguan tidur karena terbangun tengah malam atau pagi sekali dan terbangun karena ingin ke toilet, serta gangguan aktivitas pada siang hari. Puskesmas perlu mengembangkan upaya preventif dan promotif untuk meminimalisir komplikasi penderita hipertensi dan pencapaian kualitas hidup optimal salah satunya dengan membantu meningkatkan kualitas tidur. Dengan mengedukasi penderita untuk menghindari konsumsi kopi dan rokok, membatasi aktivitas fisik, melakukan latihan fisik, dan terapi relaksasi. Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Kualitas Tidur, PSQI

ABSTRACT: THE EFFECT OF POSTNATAL YOGA ON SLEEP QUALITY OF POSTNATAL WOMEN IN THE WORKING AREA OF PUSKESMAS KOTABUMI II, NORTH LAMPUNG DISTRICT Background: Poor sleep in post-natal mothers can cause physiological and psychological balance disorders. Most postpartum women experience sleep disturbance and only 1.9% of women do not wake up during the night during the puerperium and breastfeeding. one of the interventions that can be done is to do postnatal yoga.Objective: The research objective was to determine the effect of postnatal yoga on the quality of sleep of postnatal mothers in the working area of Kotabumi II Public Health Center, North Lampung Regency in 2020.Research Methods: This type of quantitative research and quasy experimental approach. The population in the study were all 48 postpartum mothers with a sample of 28 samples taken by purposive sampling. The object in the study was postnatal yoga, the subject in the study was the quality of sleep for postnatal mothers. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The research was conducted in the working area of Puskesmas Kotabumi II, North Lampung Regency in May - June 2020. univariate (average) and bivariate (t test) data analysis.Results: It is known that the mean sleep quality in postnatal mothers before intervention is 8.79 after postnatal yoga is 5.50. There is an effect of postnatal yoga on the quality of sleep for postnatal mothers (P-value 0.000 and t-test> t count, 13.663> 1.291).Conclusion: There is an effect of postnatal yoga on the quality of sleep of postnatal mothers in the working area of the Kotabumi II Public Health Center in North Lampung Regency in 2020. Sebagian besar wanita nifas  mengalami gangguan tidur dan hanya 1,9% saja wanita yang tidak terbangun pada malam hari selama masa nifas dan menyusui. salah satu intervensi yang dapat dilakukan adalah melakukan postnatal yoga.Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian diketahui pengaruh postnatal yoga terhadap kualitas tidur ibu postnatal di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kotabumi II Kabupaten Lampung Utara  tahun 2020.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan pendekatan quasy eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh ibu nifas sebanuak 48 dengan sampel sebanyak 28 pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Objek dalam penelitian adalah postnatal Yoga, subjek dalam penelitian adalah kualitas tidur ibu nifas. Metode pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kotabumi II Kabupaten Lampung Utara  pada bulan 14 -31 Juli  2020. analisis data secara univariat (rata-rata) dan bivariat (uji t).Hasil: Diketahui diketahui mean kualitas tidur pada ibu nifas sebelum pemberian intervensi 8,79 setelah dilakukan postnatal yoga 5,50. Ada pengaruh postnatal yoga terhadap kualitas tidur ibu postnatal (P-value 0,000 dan uji t t-test > t hitung, 13,663 > 1,291 ) .Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh postnatal yoga terhadap kualitas tidur ibu postnatal di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kotabumi II Kabupaten Lampung Utara  tahun 2020 Lebih memperhatikan kondisi fisik dan psikisnya selama menjalani masa nifas dengan menjaga dirinya dari kualitas tidur yang buruk, dengan cara melakukan senam yoga secara rutin sesuai dengan yang disarankan oleh petugas kesehatan Kata Kunci    : post natal yoga, kualitas tidur, nifas

INTRODUCTION: Among the elderly, sleep problems are quite prevalent and can lead to many adverse health consequences. AIM: To assess the quality of sleep among the elderly residing in rural population and factors related to it, and provide necessary recommendations for its prevention. MATERIALS AND METHOD: In this cross-sectional study, elderly aged above 60 years residing in Patiala were taken and were interviewed separately using the modified version of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), which was pre-tested and pre-validated prior to commencement of the study. Data recorded was divided into seven components and each component had an individual range of 0 (no difficulty) to 3 (severe difficulty) points and added to obtain a combined score of the individual with a range of 0(no difficulty)-21(severe difficulty) points. Based on the combined score,  elderly obtaining a total score of 5 or greater was classified as having  “poor sleep quality”. Statistics were applied using SPSS version 22.0, using the student’s t- test, and multivariate analysis. A p value < 0.05 was considered as significant. RESULTS: Out of 108 elderly people, most of the participants (62.9%) belonged to the age group of 60-75 years, out of which the majority (65.7%) were males. Most elderly reported having “fairly good” subjective sleep quality (53.7%, p=0.01) and was found to be significant with a global PQSI score of 7.22±4.31. Multivariate analysis revealed that significant “poor sleep quality” was observed in elderly aged above 75 years (OR:1.25, p=0.01) followed by elderly who were Immobilized (wheelchair/Bed ridden) (OR: 1.87, p=0.01). CONCLUSION: Efforts should be directed towards proper education of not only the elderly, but their children as well as colleagues and guardians to improve the sleep score of the elderly population.
