The main factor for the success of the implementation of education in schools is the infrastructure in the form of completeness of facilities that become the benchmark in all learning activities. To produce students who have comprehensive knowledge must be supported by facilities and skilled teaching staff.   Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Mrisi still needs attention in terms of educational infrastructure facilities that are still lacking with a relatively small number of students. The purpose of this community service is to redesign the buildings, rooms, and the design of school facilities. The initial method used is a survey by measuring and calculating the area of buildings, columns, beams and assessing the existing physical condition and then developing it according to the available land, then it will be simulated using SAP 2000 software, 3D drawings using SketchUp, and calculating the budget plan. The result of the design is a two-level school building with larger beam and column sizes as well as a sturdy and earthquake-resistant structure. Furthermore, several redesigns of facilities such as warehouses, prayer rooms, and first-level classrooms, toilets, canteens, became cleaner and more attractive. The second level is designed for additional classrooms, halls, laboratories, libraries. Other supporting facilities in the form of guard posts, gates, parking lots become more attractive. With a planned budget of Rp 6,226,839,700. -, the school can raise funds to develop school facilities in accordance with the designs that have been made and mutually agreed upon.

The monograph contains the results of research, systematized in five groups. The first group is presented with information about the current vectors of the development of the personnel management system, the harmonization of its statics and dynamics, the benchmarking of human resources, the impact of personnel management on the growth of labor productivity as the main factor of efficiency. The content of the second group is the specifics of health management in the workplace. The third group presents issues of social well-being and social interaction of employees, najing, and corporate remuneration. The fourth group includes the problems of personnel aging, the biological and socio-economic determinants of the phenomenon, and the idea of maintaining labor success. Community Service aims to determine the ability of students in the Implementation of Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Based on Entrepreneurship of Dumbo Catfish Cultivation with Bioflok and Feed Media made by Palm Kernel Oil (BIS). P2M activities are conducted at Pekanbaru Purnama Middle School through Extracurricular learning activities from March to June 2019. Participants are 20 students consisting of 4 groups. The method of using the STEM approach with the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model consists of 3 stages, namely: 1. Preparation: bioflok making training, feed making and seed procurement; 2. Implementation: treatment, maintenance, supervision and collection of growth data, operational costs: 3. Analysis of entrepreneurial economic data and STEM capabilities. Instrument for collecting growth data and operational costs using logbooks and observation sheets. Data on STEM and Entrepreneurship Capabilities using Student Worksheets. Data on fish growth and operational costs, then percentage, were scaled, tabulated and analyzed descriptively. The results of STEM abilities were obtained namely Science ability with a score of 80 (good category); Engineering 50 ability (less category), Technology ability with a score of 60 (sufficient category) and Mathematical ability with a score of 65 (sufficient category). Entrepreneurial economic analysis with a score of 75 (sufficient category) and 50% of participants get a profit of 30% from catfish production within 3 months.

The advent of the COVID-19 pandemic witnessed a significant consumption of digital contents. Teaching and learning activities, including at the State Elementary School, Pamulang, Barat, shifted to online domains. Whatsapp was consequently the initial means of engaging the students, but eventually appeared relatively monotonous and boring. This community service intends to provide a quality learning resource on the creation of video contents, using Filmora and Youtube applications. Ultimately, the overall goal is to produce highly creative and innovative teachers. These materials were delivered using sound or captivating animations. Consequently, teachers were sufficiently equipped to generate interesting videos that potentially increase students’ interest and interaction during the online learning process.

The program to help students learn is a community service carried out at SD Negeri 057239 Sekoci, Besitang District, which is located at Sukaramai Hamlet, Sekoci Village, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. for 1 month starting from March 31, 2021 to May 6, 2021. The activities carried out in this service are teaching and learning activities at home and helping students in doing school assignments which are carried out for 1 month. The material comes from thematic books and guidebooks from schools. In the implementation of this Community Service there are several obstacles such as: The distance to teaching at home between classes 3,4 and 5 is very far in insufficient time, Lack of attention from students in learning at home, students' awareness of their responsibility in doing assignments is still lacking, lack of communication and parental attention to their children.

The Times

Learning media is an important part of learning activities. Books are part of learning media that can be displayed following the progress of the times and advances in technology. Teachers play a very important role in learning at school, usually teachers provide material to students using textbooks, whiteboard media or using slides on Microsoft Power Point. In the implementation of this community service activity, training for SDIT Sullamul 'Ulum teachers on how to make digital books using flipbooks, such as using existing tools, making the content in digital books presented interesting so that students are easy to understand and can be applied to Learning Activities. Based on the results of the practice carried out by the participants, it was concluded that the average expertise of 90% of participants could follow and practice in making digital learning media using flipbooks.

Abstract   The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide physical condition training to novice athletes, training programs for physical trainers at Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). This training needs to be done because the training process is still minimal. Trainers have the obligation to provide training and make athletes excel, but there are still limitations in doing so. Training for novice athletes is still very much needed because of the lack of planning and maturity in carrying out training activities both in terms of training material and from the intensity given. Higher education as an institution that produces trainers and educators, as well as an organization that organizes community service activities, has a moral obligation to carry out coaching and training. For this reason, community service programs providing athlete training are the way to be taken to overcome this problem. Activities include physical condition training. The material discussed is the judo training program. The training is planned to be held on October to December 2020.   Keywords: Judo, Physical Condition, Training   Abstrak   Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kondisi fisik kepada para atlet pemula, program latihan kepada para pelatih fisik di Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). Pelatihan ini perlu dilakukan karena adanya proses latihan yang masih minim. Pelatih memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan latihan dan menjadikan atlit berprestasi, namun masih ada keterbatasan dalam melaksanakannya. Pelatihan bagi atlet pemula masih sangat diperlukan karena kurangnya perencanaan dan kematangan dalam melakukan kegiatan latihan baik dari segi materi latihan maupun dari intensitas yang diberikan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan. Untuk itu program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menghadirkan untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet adalah cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan kondisi fisik. Educational Gaming Device, or  Alat Peraga Edukatif (APE) is a media which should be mastered by teachers in teaching learning activities for young learners. By using APE, it gives advantages for children in developing their motoric abilities, concentrations, and also their ability in language and knowledge. Based on the result of observation and interview to one of teachers in RA Asy-Asfi’iyyah in Pekalongan Jepara, the priority of problems is the weakness of teachers in creating APE. The aim of this community service activity was to give training skills to teachers dealing with APE specifically in creating English soft-book from sponge sheet. The method used was  preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this dedication are: (1) the teachers know  the strategy of how to teach joyful learning (2) the teachers were also able to make English soft-book well through four steps, i.e drawing, cutting, sticking, and compiling become a book ,(3) the teachers are able to apply the APE in teaching and learning processess.Keywords: Capacity Building, Teachers of Kindergarten, Young Learners, Educational Gaming Device, soft book. ABSTRAKAlat peraga edukatif (APE) merupakan media yang harus dikuasai oleh guru dalam proses belajar mengajar bagi anak usia dini. Dengan menggunakan APE, maka akan memberikan manfaat bagi anak yaitu melatih motorik, melatih konsentrasi, dan juga melatih bahasa dan wawasan anak. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan salah satu guru RA Asy- Asyfi’iyyah di desa Pekalongan, maka prioritas permasalahan adalah lemahnya guru dalam membuat APE. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan keterampilan kepada guru mengenai APE berupa buku bantal berbahasa Inggris dari spons ati. Adapun metode pelaksanaanya adalah mulai tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaanya sampai evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah: (1) para guru mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai strategi mengajar yang menyenangkan; (2) para guru juga dapat membuat buku bantal berbahasa Inggris dengan baik melalui tahap menggambar, menggunting, menempel, dan menyusun buku; dan (3) para guru dapat mengaplikasikan APE tersebut dalam pembelajaran di kelas.Kata Kunci: Capacity building, Guru RA, Anak usia dini, Alat peraga edukatif, Buku bantal.

Stop breathing or Heart Stop when experienced by someone, then not necessarily someone mengalamo death. Victims can be rescued and recoverable immediately. the first action taken to restore a person who has stopped breathing and cardiac arrest. This aid should be mastered by the layman, because it can be done before the victims. In its development, the teenagers are asked to be more resilient in facing the situation in the era of globalization. The purpose of community service is to train the next generation to reduce the effects of injury, disability and death during cardiac arrest stop and breast cancer. The benefits of this devotional activity are expected for future generations to be able to reverse the ways of giving stop breathing and cardiac arrest to reduce the effects of injury, disability and death. community devotion is done in Ponpes Ubudiyahtussalam Fold Cloth. Bantuan inilah yang harus dikuasai oleh orang awam, karena bisa dilakukan sebelum korban.Dalam perkembanganya, remaja diminta untuh lebih tangguh dalam menghadapi situasi di era globalisasi. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melatih generasi penerus untuk mengurangi efek cedera, cacat serta kematian saat terjadi henti nafas henti jantung dan kanker payudara. Manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan kepada generasi penerus untuk dapat mengalikasinya cara memberikan bantuan henti nafas dan henti jantung guna mengurangi efek cedera, cacat serta kematian . pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Ponpes Ubudiyahtussalam Lipat Kain. Metode Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan selama 9 jam dengan metode awal diberikan ceramah materi, kemudian didemostrasi menggunakan phantom coba, setela itu siswa diminta satu persatu mencobakan. Para Siswa-siswi 100% mampu mampraktekkan bagaimana cara memberikan bantuan henti nafas dan henti jantung dengan menggunakan phantom Kata Kunci: Bantuan Henti Nafas, Henti Jantung

This community service review provides empirical evidence of the improvement and strengthening efforts at Mekarwangi Elementary School, Cisauk, Tangerang through accounting assistance activities for treasurers and teachers. This review is a continuation of previous research conducted on August 6 to November 27, 2017, through learning activities of accounting reports in the Mekarwangi Elementary School, that succeeded to proof the activities able to improve the understanding level of treasurers and teachers of the Mekarwangi Elementary School. Community service activities, participants, and the contribution that are given to resolve problems of the institution partner were the novelty from the previous research activities. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods where the data is described as qualitative data that cannot be generalized. The results of this study showed the assistance accounting activities is quite effective in the improvement and strengthening effort of SDN Mekarwangi, Cisauk, Tangerang.
