This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between product quality and price with the interest of buying consumer Ole-Ole Futsal Bung Tomo. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 30 respondents taken by the snowball effect method. The data analysis technique in this study usedcorrelation test analysis Spearman rank. The calculation process was aided by theapplication program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM SPSS Statistics 20). The results of this study indicate that a correlation of 0.877 means that it is very strong and based on calculations, the product quality variable with consumer buying interest has a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected, the product quality is significantly associated with consumer buying interest. And the price variable shows that there is a correlation of 0.738 which means strong and based on calculations, the price variable with consumer buying interest has a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 so Ho is rejected, then the price is significantly associated with consumer buying interest.

This study aims to find out how intrinsic and extrinsic motivation affects students of the Social Sciences Department of SMA N I Suliki District in choosing cross-interest of Science. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. The research instrument is a set of questionnaire. Samples were taken with a total sampling technique, then the subjects of this study were all students of class X majoring in Social Sciences who chose cross interest of Science, amounting to 126 people, data analysis technique is a percentage technique. Based on the results of data analysis, intrinsic motivation that influences the selection of cross-student interests is as follows: based on ideals of 70.58%, based on student abilities of 69.44%, based on student conditions of 70.33%, based on interests of 66.93 %, based on the attitude of 75.06%, while extrinsic motivation that influences the selection of students' cross-interest is as follows; based on family encouragement of 62.56%, encouragement of friends 59.32%, employment opportunities of 69.57% and opportunities to continue study 61.50%. Whereas based on sub-variables, intrinsic motivation was found to influence the cross-selection of scientific interest by 70.48% (in the good category) and extrinsic motivation by 62.75% (in the good category). Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan sosial untuk menurunkan kecemasan karyawan akibat Covid-19 pada CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru; dan (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial untuk menurunkan kecemasan karyawan akibat Covid-19 pada CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru yang berjumlah 41 orang. Mengingat jumlah populasi relatif kecil, yaitu di bawah 100, maka seluruh anggota populasi diambil semua sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment pearson dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19; dan (2) Dukungan sosial perpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19. Berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan artinya jika dukungan sosial meningkat, maka akan menyebabkan kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19 akan menurun. Variabel kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19 dijelaskan oleh variabel dukungan sosial sebesar 43,7%, sedangkan sisanya 56,3% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab yang lain di luar model yang tidak diteliti.   Kata Kunci: Dukungan Sosial, Kecemasan, Covid-19.   Abstact : The objectives of this study were: (1) To analyze the relationship between social support to reduce employee anxiety due to Covid-19 at CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru; and (2) To analyze the effect of social support to reduce employee anxiety due to Covid-19 at CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru, amounting to 41 people. Considering the relatively small population, which is below 100, all members of the population are taken as the research sample. The data analysis technique used in this study used Pearson product moment correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there was a relationship between social support and anxiety in facing Covid-19; and (2) Social support has a negative and significant effect on anxiety in facing Covid-19. It has a negative and significant effect, meaning that if social support increases, it will cause anxiety to face Covid-19 to decrease. The variable of anxiety facing Covid-19 is explained by the social support variable of 43.7%, while the remaining 56.3% is explained by other causes outside the model that were not studied..   Keywords: Social Support, Anxiety, Covid-19.

The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between the effectiveness of interpersonal communication, working age and job tenure with organizational commitment. The method used in this study was a quantitative method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis which was processed by a data analysis program called Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Participants in this study were employees at PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur with several predetermined criteria such as; regular employees and employees whose last education was high school or equivalent. The results of this study found that the effectiveness of interpersonal communication, working age and job tenure were able to predict employees’ organizational commitment. Other results were the effectiveness variables of interpersonal communication was the most influential variable on increasing organizational commitment and then followed by variables of working age and job tenure. The results of this study are expected to be one of the strategies that can be used by companies to increase organizational commitment.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. Pasambahan a Minangkabau society how to speak, the speech full of philosophy which delivery indirectly. This turned out to be complicated understood by some people who did not understand the pasambahan. In the present study, the authors sought to express the values of the philosophy contained in pasambahan as how to speak the traditional Minang community. As time goes, these traditions are disappearing from everyday society, for it needs a way to preserve it back. Pariaman is one area that has always practiced this tradition. In this study, the authors attempted to peel pasambahan text in a manner which according to the author deconstruction approach is one approach that is very controversial in the social sciences today. The process of data analysis by using some theories of social science (eclectic). Among the pragmatic theory and semiotics. The method used in the form of qualitative observation, the authors go directly spaciousness and interact with competent informants. From the discussion, the authors found ten diplomatic elementscontained in tradition and pasamabahan text. These elements in them, '' opener, apology, positioning/element of certainty, stringsattached, request (permission), receipt, delivery destination, contracts/agreements/agreements, offers, and resolver ''.

Social functioning involves learning about the social networks in which we live and interact; knowing not just our friends, but also who is friends with our friends. This study utilized an incidental learning paradigm and representational similarity analysis (RSA), a functional MRI multivariate pattern analysis technique, to examine the relationship between learning social networks and the brain’s response to the faces within the networks. We found that accuracy of learning face pair relationships through observation is correlated with neural similarity patterns to those pairs in the left temporoparietal junction (TPJ), the left fusiform gyrus, and the subcallosal ventromedial prefrontal cortex (vmPFC), all areas previously implicated in social cognition. This model was also significant in portions of the cerebellum and thalamus. These results show that the similarity of neural patterns represent how accurately we understand the closeness of any two faces within a network. Our findings indicate that these areas of the brain not only process knowledge and understanding of others, but also support learning relations between individuals in groups.

The use of probiotics is certainly one of the solutions in overcoming the problem of increasing seed in fish farming. One of them is the use of probiotic king catfish, in this study tested on catfish, tilapia and goldfish. This research is an experimental study. The design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments 3 replications. Data analysis used Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 15. The results of the analysis of the highest seed survival rate were obtained on Pangasius pangasius (95%), on Oreochromis niloticus (83,33 %), and Cyprinus carpio (80%). The treatment of Rajalele probiotics has a very significant effect (very significant) Fanalysis (23.01) > Ftable 0.01 (7.59) on the graduation of Pangasius pangasius, Oreochromis niloticus, and Cyprinus carpio. The conclusion of this study shows that the survival rate the highest in Pangasius pangasius

This research was conducted to determine the price and product quality towards consumer loyalty in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze how the price and quality of products provided by Xiaomi to its consumers, as well as the magnitude of the effect of product quality and price simultaneously and partially on consumer loyalty in Bandung. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling type, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis with SmartPLS software, it was found that the price and product quality factors together had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in Bandung..

This research was motivated by the low participation of mothers under five to come to the posyandu, presumably because mothers of toddlers were less interested in the activities of the Bunga Tanjung Gasan Gadang Posyandu, Padang Pariaman Regency. This study aims to see a description of the interests of mothers of children under five, to see the description of the participation of mothers of children under five, and to see the relationship between interest and the participation of mothers of children under five. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population of this study were all parents/participants in the posyandu as many as 29 people. While the sample was taken using a purposive technique as much as 75% of the population of 21 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Meanwhile, for the data analysis technique, the percentage formula and the rho sperm formula were used. The results of this study indicate that a) the interest of mothers of children under five in posyandu activities is still low; b) the participation of mothers under five in posyandu activities is still low; and c) there is a significant relationship between interest and participation of mothers under five in posyandu activities. It is recommended to posyandu cadres to carry out various creativity that can develop the interest of mothers of toddlers so that they participate in participating in every activity in posyandu and mothers of toddlers to participate in posyandu activities.
