Graduation is an inauguration event for students who have completed their studies at university. This event was attended by many people in the room. The Covid-19 pandemic requires us to adapt to being new normal, as well as graduation events. Events cannot be held as usual because everyone must follow health protocols, such as maintaining distance between people and not gathering indoors. Online graduation can be a solution, but in-person graduation is more expected by students and parents. The purpose of this study is to implement a QR Code-based information system to prevent indoor crowds and manage graduation queues. The method used in building the system is a prototype model with stages, namely analyzing data, designing the system using UML diagrams, coding using the PHP Native programming language and testing using Black Box Testing. The result of this research is a web-based application that can read QR Code from students. The test results show that the application created can be a solution in holding graduation directly during the adaptation period of new habits during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The development of Internet technology is widely used for positive things in helping human work, one of which facilitates communication between humans. In this case, CV. Unomax Indonesia is still relying on human as an online customer service to respond to inquiries from customers. As customers grow, it is less effective for customers who want to get quick reply information without time constraints. This study aims to create a web-based information system in the form of chatbot application that can be used by CV. Unomax Indonesia to respond to customer inquiries quickly. The method used is the prototype method as a modeling tool. This application uses PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of the built chatbot application is based on test results using black box testing, it can be concluded that this application can run well and answer each question quickly as expected.

Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

Methodology in the making of this website using the method waterfall, waterfall method which consists of several parts or stages – stages, namely analysis, design, coding and testing. This methodology was chosen because every step of the development of this website is structured, and clearly documented. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL as a database. At this stage of testing this website using black box testing. Black-Box Testing to focus on the functional specifications of the program. After doing the testing, can be seen the result of this site that this website can perform its function, namely to manage data, time data family history, history of education, employment, lencan setya, data filing SKP, and PKP

ABSTRACT - Web-based information technology today is needed by the company in facilitating its activities. Likewise with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) which handles various activities and jobs related to customer service, such as customer registration, savings and loan services, financial installment payment etc. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko is one of the branches of BRI unit that has not used the web in its activities for customer registration service so that this makes it difficult for prospective customers located far from institutions that want to become customers. Therefore it takes a web that can be used to facilitate registration of prospective customers. This study aims to design a web created using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, where the application is expected to facilitate the implementation of the web for customer registration. Software development using Waterfall method and testing using Black Box Testing method. The results of this study is a webbased information system that allows prospective customers to register as a customer at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko, Ngawi. Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) information system is a system used to record grades and other student data relating to the implementation of work practices in industry. This information system must be error free. If an error occurs can cause losses to stakeholders. To provide assurance that the information system developed has been free from errors, it is necessary to test. Testing is one level of the program implementation process that must be passed in order that an error can be found. Tests that can be said to be good are if the tests were initially found no errors and then errors can be found, even if only a small error. In testing the Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) information system it is proposed as a Black Box. Black Box testing has various techniques. Of the many testing methods currently available, the current testing will use the Boundary Value Analysis method. The technique of determining the limits that exist in the lower and upper values to be able to produce the actual value. The test results show that the information system developed has been error free and has good quality.

Entrepreneurship is one of the subjects that must be taken by students of Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), including students from Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality. Students sometimes have less interest and motivate in taking entrepreneurship courses in practice because they still only use conventional methods. The purpose of this research is to create a web commerce application that will be used by students as an entrepreneurship practices space. The method that used in making this application is the waterfall model with the SLDC method or a simple software life flow approach. Web commerce application that produced then tested using black box to find out the success of the flow that has been designed, and the black box test results show that the application can run well. The result of this research is a dynamic web-based e-commerce application using the PHP programming language, osCommerce Content Management System (CMS), and MySQL database. This application can be a solution to the problems of conventional entrepreneurial methods and can make students who take entrepreneurship courses more interested in entrepreneurship practices.

The outbreak of the covid-19 virus has caused many listing and funding companies to go bankrupt. J-trus group is one of the companies that has experienced the impact of covid 19, so that the company is able to survive, the company is looking for other ways to get additional income, namely by expanding the sale of basic necessities online, here the author provides a solution using a web-based application to realize this the. So the purpose of this paper is to design and build a PHP-based application with the Codeignither framework. The method uses the waterfall and the database uses a MYSQL database. The design includes Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, class diagrams. Testing the application with the Black Box testing method, functionally has been declared successful. And based on the test results using the System Usability Scale (SUS), a score of 71 has been obtained with a value above the average so that it can be accepted by users

The tuition fee payment system is a mechanism for transferring funds charged to students for educational institutions to expedite the lecture process in terms of learning and teaching. Design of an SPP Payment Information System at Hasnur Polytechnic Using the Codeigniter 3 Framework was created using the programming language PHP, codeigniter framework 3 and database MySQL. This application was made in order to facilitate the financial section for managing payment data and students can find out the tuition payments they have made and will be paid. The research method uses a waterfall from the analysis stage to application testing. Then the system design is carried out using DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and design is interface also done at this stage. Furthermore, writing the program code is done using the PHP programming language and the codeigniter framework. Then the results of the study were tested using the method black box testing. The test results state that the program is in accordance with the described functional require.

Daily Activity is an application developed by BPS-Statistics of Sulawesi Tenggara Province. The application is then also applied in BPS-Statistics of Kalimantan Utara Province. In Daily Activity, employees report their daily activities, including the outputs. The list of activities is then manually summarized every month to form an Employee Performance Achievement Report (CKP). Because the process is still manual, the preparation of CKP reports has become less effective and efficient. Thus, the author tries to develop Daily Activity by adding the Employee Performance Achievement menu. The development uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall approach. With this menu, now the list of activities can be summarized automatically by activity categories. The application has been tested with black-box testing to determine its functionality. The test results show that the application meets user needs in forming CKP reports.
