Cloud computing is getting more popular due to its extraordinary features such as on-demand availability of computing resources and software services. A variety of services have been deployed to offer analogous functionalities. However, the difficulty to identify reliable services has fascinated the attention of researchers. Thus, the trust and reputation concept have been introduced to evaluate the trustworthiness of services over cloud. Most of the existing research works fully trust on service user's feedback rating for ranking cloud services, which may often lead to biasness towards positive and negative feedback rating. To avoid aforementioned issues, this chapter proposes a novel approach to evaluate cloud service reputation along with cloud service reputation evaluation model to discover reliable cloud services. Experimental result shows that proposed approach provides effective solution for prediction of cloud service reputation, which can be helpful in performing reliable service discovery and selection over cloud.

Energy generation, along with other sectors of Russia’s economy, is on the cusp of the era of digital transformation. Modern IT solutions ensure the transition of industrial enterprises from automation and computerization, which used to be the targets of the second half of the last century, to digital enterprise concept 4.0. The international record of technological and structural solutions in digitization may be used in Russia’s energy sector to the full extent. Specifics of implementation of such systems in different countries are only determined by the level of economic development of each particular state and the attitude of public authorities as related to the necessity of creating conditions for implementation of the same. It is shown that a strong legislative framework is created in Russia for transition to the digital economy, with research and applied developments available that are up to the international level. The following digital economy elements may be used today at enterprises for production of electrical and thermal energy: — dealing with large amounts of data (including operations exercised via cloud services and distributed data bases); — development of small scale distributed generation and its dispatching; — implementation of smart elements in both electric power and heat supply networks; — development of production process automation systems, remote monitoring and predictive analytics; 3D-modeling of parts and elements; real time mathematic simulation with feedback in the form of control actions; — creating centres for analytical processing of statistic data and accounting in financial and economic activities with business analytics functions, with expansion of communication networks and computing capacities. Examples are presented for implementation of smart systems in energy production and distribution. It is stated in the paper that state-of art information technologies are currently being implemented in Russia, new unique digital transformation projects are being launched in major energy companies. Yet, what is required is large-scale and thorough digitization and controllable energy production system as a multi-factor business process will provide the optimum combination of efficient economic activities, reliability and safety of power supply.

Trends in technology lead to an increasing of their role in the development of humanity. Exactly “cloud technologies”, which are the basis for the technological development of the information society now, also they play the role of the leading tool of informatization of education, especially united with “edutainment”.During the development and implementation of software and network technologies in professional artistic education, the following issues remain unsolved: the provision of modern computer equipment and software, technical support for the stable work of information products, and the provision of selective authorized access for students to specific network resources. The methodology based on “cloud calculates” technology provides an opportunity to overcome these difficulties. And the last, but not at least, students may be attracted to the most promising areas of the development of modern information products.Actuality, practical significance, and insufficient development of these problems caused the choice of the topic of our research: “Terms of use of “edutainment” and “cloud technologies” in professional artistic education “.The aim of the research is to determine the conditions of the use of “edutainment” and “cloud technologies” in the preparation of future teachers of musical art. Methods of research: analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature in order to determine the state of development of the problem; synthesis, comparison, generalization for justifying the concepts of “edutainment” and “cloud technologies” and methods of their use in the educational process. This article deals with issues of the use of edutainment technologies and “cloud technologies”. It is offered conditions of using edutainment and “cloud technologies” in post-nonclassical professional art education on the example of subject “Musical Art”. Actual “cloud” services are analyzed and examples of their integration to educational process of professional art establishments are proposed.
