The Covid-19 pandemic causes the number of unemployed to increase in 2020. The National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) stated that the unemployment rate is expected to increase by 4 million to 5.5 million in 2020 and around 7.7 percent to 9.1 percent in 2021. This of course has an impact on the economic condition and welfare of the community. One of the efforts that can be made to prevent and reduce the unemployment rate is by creating new jobs, so that efforts to increase the creative economy must always be carried out to support the formation of new jobs. Increasing the quality of human resources, efforts to increase the creative economy can be done. In this Stimulus Community Partnership Program (PKMSS) activity, a concrete manifestation of increasing skills and knowledge can be done by providing training on making decorative flowers made from fruit wrapping / sarong waste and food bags to PKK RT 003 RW 030 women in Langon Hamlet, Ambulu Village District Ambulu. In addition, marketing activities through social media or market places will also be given special training. The objectives of this PKMSS activity include: (1) Increasing the knowledge and skills of the community in waste management that are commonly encountered on a daily basis; (2) reducing the amount of waste for fruit wrappers and food bags; (3) Creating new business opportunities, especially for PKK RT 003 RW 030 women in Langon Hamlet, Ambulu District. Quoting data from CupoNation Indonesia, domestic e-commerce platforms still control the number of website visitors throughout 2019 even though several international online shopping sites are also included in the ranks of the e-commerce market in Indonesia. Therefore, digital-based marketing training through social media or e-commerce needs to be given to expand product marketing.

The diversity of Indonesian culture is a strong basic capital in development. The government has realized that cultural treasures in Indonesia are valuable assets. Cultural development is one of the government's efforts to improve the welfare and quality of human life in Indonesia. To measure the quality of human life, the Human Development Index (HDI) indicator is used, which explains how the population can access the results of development in obtaining income, health, education, and so on. The Cultural Development Index (CDI) is an instrument used to measure the achievements of cultural development performance, which consists of 7 dimensions, namely dimensions of cultural economy, education, socio-cultural resilience, cultural heritage, cultural expression, cultural literacy, and gender. To find out how much influence the CDI has on HDI in Indonesia, a simple linear regression statistical method is used. The result of this study illustrate that the CDI and HDI have a positive relationship, that is, the higher the CDI achievement, the higher the HDI achievement of a region. From the result of R Square shows that 40 percent of the HDI variable can be explained by the CDI variable, while the rest can be explained by other factors. Through a simple linear regression statistical analysis test found that every one percent increase in the CDI, will increase the HDI by 0.437 percent. This finding is expected to provide recommendations to the government regarding cultural-based national development. All development planning must also consider cultural development.

Fog and haze have attacked Beijing many times, while the rise in population is causing overcrowding, high housing price, and the concern about environmental problems occur in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other cities. What's more, the development of small and medium towns becomes weaker, and the "Dual structure" phenomenon in both between urban and rural areas and within the city is intensified. In this situation, people lose confidence and doubt about the "Urbanization". This paper discusses the scientific connotation of new-type urbanization and puts forward the basic point of improving the quality of China's urbanization through new-type urbanization. This paper is of far-reaching strategic meaning and historical significance for the implementation of new-type urbanization national development planning, as well as the promotion of China's low-carbon ecological civilization construction.

Social Media (SM) has become the easiest, cheapest and fastest channel for companies to identify the events that affect their customers. The geo-location capabilities of the SM interactions enable Early Warning Systems to alert not only when the quality of service decays, but also where and how many customers are impacted. In this paper we present a system and a set of supporting metrics that exploit the geo-localized SM stream, quantify the perceived impact of events, incidents, etc. on a particular area over time. Industrial service providers can add this perceptional perspective to their standard monitoring tools to enable a prompt and appropriate reaction, the decision-making in marketing activities and to unveil customer acquisition opportunities applying the system to the competitors’ customers.

One of the most fundamental principles of Good Governance is the principle of participation. The more substantial public participation in the decision-making process the better the government's policy products. The national development planning system regulated in the form of legislation, has incorporated the principle of participation in such instruments. However, in some respects, the legislation has not been set ideally about the normative limits on the extent to which the public participation is real can be done, so as to guarantee the quality of the resulting product policies. The lack of seriousness of government in applying the principle of participation in the system of development planning finally Positioning society in symbolic participation, not on substantial partisipation.Keyword : Good Governance, Participation, Development PlanningSalah satu prinsip Good Governance yang paling mendasar adalah prinsip partisipasi. Kata Kunci : Good Governance, Partisipasi, Perencanaan Pembangunan

Purpose The purpose of this papers is to highlight the applicability of integrated simulation models for national development planning to different issues and contexts. Specifically, the authors describe one such model, the Millennium Institute’s T21 model, which is used to support planning in various countries, and explore in detail the case of Swaziland to demonstrate the model’s usefulness at different levels in the planning process. Design/methodology/approach Integrated sustainable development planning models using the system dynamics (SD) modeling method have been designed to help overcome these obstacles and support decision-makers in the assessment of alternative policies. Such models are laboratory replicas of the critical mechanisms driving development in a country while being grounded in the historical data available. They can be used to perform simulation-based policy experiments that are otherwise impossible in the real world. Findings The proposed approach has facilitated the reporting on the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), as well as on the cross-sector long-term ex ante evaluation of the country’s “Economic Recovery Strategy” and a proposed “Fiscal Adjustment” policy. These assessments provided essential information for improving the quality of the decisions made. Such information cannot be obtained by the application of purely economic models or sectoral tools, that are not including the fundamental feedback structures that shape development in the long run and determine its sustainability. Research limitations/implications The new generation of global long-term Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) covers a far broader range of issues and indicators than the MDGs. The T21-Swaziland model only offers a limited subset of such issues, and future research will focus on achievements and challenges in expanding its scope to encompass the SDGs. Practical implications The T21 model has become one of the fundamental planning instruments of the country, and it has been used to evaluate national planning documents and other suggested strategies with respect to whether they are sufficient for reaching the long-term goals. Such information is then used as a basis for revision of development plans and adoption or rejection of suggested policy packages. Originality/value The MDGs (and their expanded follow-up, the SDGs) have been important step toward better governance, as they quantify key indicators of development and thereby allow for an evaluation of the degree to which these quantified aspirations are actually achieved. In addition to such hind-sight evaluations, ex ante evaluations are equally important for improvement of the quality of the decisions made. The authors propose and test a tool to support such type of evaluation, supporting integrated planning and model-based governance.
