This research aims to find out the evaluation of the performance of Islamic religious education teachers at Sma Negeri 7 Muaro Jambi. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data is collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that Sma Negeri 7 Muaro Jambi implemented the implementation of teacher performance evaluation program management held in each semester. The evaluation and monitoring activities are carried out directly by the principal and the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The evaluation program for the performance management of Islamic religious education teachers went quite well. Teachers always report their performance results shown through the learning outcomes of students who continue to experience improvement.

Human resources have an increasingly important position in the state of dynamic society, especially in the current society condition, which is oriented towards professional work. On the other hand, at this time Indonesia has entered the era of globalization, which requires competent and qualified human resources in their respective fields. One of the elements of creating human natural resources is the teacher, so it is deemed necessary to have competent and qualified teachers in an education setting. The success of an education organization is very much determined by the readiness of the teachers in preparing their students through teaching and learning activities. Thus, the purpose of this study was aimed to determine the implementation of teacher performance evaluations at SD Mahabodhi Jakarta. Qualitative research methods were used to describe the implementation of teacher performance evaluation programs. The results showed that the performance and quality of a teacher increases with the implementation of performance management according to the prescribed standards. The performance evaluation program refers to management principles which includes four components, namely (1) Planning performance evaluation, (2) Organizing performance evaluations, (3) Implementation of performance evaluation, (4) Supervision of teacher performance evaluation. Thus, it can be concluded that the teacher performance evaluation program can improve teacher performance and quality.

<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>The success of education is determined by the readiness of teachers in preparing their students through learning activities. The goal of this research is to know the implementation of the performance evaluation of teachers in MA Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo. Qualitative method is used to describe the implementation of teacher performance evaluation program. The result shows that the teacher performance evaluation program is needed by teachers to improve their performance so that quality standards can be reached. The program evaluation of MA Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo refers to the principle of management that includes four components, namely (1) Performance evaluation planning, (2) Organizing the performance evaluation, (3) implementing the performance evaluation, (4) Monitoring the performance evaluation of teachers in MA Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidikan sangat ditentukan oleh kesiapan guru dalam mempersiapkan peserta didiknya melalui kegiatan belajar mengajar.  Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyelenggaraan evaluasi kinerja guru di MA Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai pelaksanaan program evaluasi kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa agar kinerja guru dapat selalu ditingkatkan dan mencapai standar tertentu, maka dibutuhkan suatu manajemen kinerja. Begitu pula dengan program evaluasi kinerja guru di MA. Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo, program tersebut juga mengacu pada prinsip manajemen yang meliputi empat komponen, yaitu (1) Perencanaan evaluasi kinerja, (2) Pengorganisasian evaluasi kinerja, (3) Pelaksanaan evaluasi kinerja, (4) Pengawasan evaluasi kinerja guru di MA Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong><strong> </strong>Evaluasi, Kinerja Guru</p>

Abstract The purpose of this study is howthe implementation of cultural art learning media (music) using audiovisual media at class IX in SMP 2 Pariaman. Type of this research was classroom action research that was classified as qualitative research. The research method was carried out by using the class action research method proposed by Suharsimi Arikunto as follows: (1) Planning (2) Acting (3)Observing (4) Observing (4) Reflecting. Techniques of data collection used some  instrumentsin the form of students observation sheets, observations and teacher performance in learning process, meanwhile, in determining the quality of students learning outcomes used anevaluation / test sheets. he results show that the use of audiovisual learning media can improve the students learning outcomes in Cultural Arts (Music) subject. The initial average value is 70.00, in the first cycle is 71.87 and in the second cycle is 87.34. Keywords: Learning, cultural Arts (music), audiovisual media
