Abstrak - Pandemi Covid 19 upaya untuk mencegah penyebaran virus corona termasuk pembatasan perjalanan, karantina, pemberlakuan jam malam, penundaan dan pembatalan acara, serta penutupan fasilitas. Berbagai penutupan perbatasan negara atau pembatasan penumpang yang masuk, penapisan di bandara dan stasiun kereta, serta informasi perjalanan mengenai daerah dengan transmisi lokal. Dalam hal pelayanan adnimistrasi Desa dalam keadaan normal tidak dapat dihindari kontak fisik untuk penyelesaian administrasi untuk itu peranan teknologi informasi dalam suatu instansi sangat dibutuhkan karena teknologi sudah sangat berkembang di jaman sekarang. Hal ini dapat mengurangi kontak fisik namun penyelesaian administrasi tetap berjalan lancar, kemajuan ilmu dan teknologi yang menunjang secara komputerisasi yang penting dalam membantu kegiatan kerja sehari-hari. Hampir disegala bidang membutuhkan komputer sebagai alat bantu, karena memiliki kelebihan yaitu dari segi ketelitian dan segi performa dalam pengolahan data.t ak hanya itu, Mobile Application juga memiliki layanan seperti pemrosesan bahasa, kecerdasan buatan, dan program-program standar di pekerjaan. Pokoknya layanan yang tidak memerlukan Anda untuk secara fisik berada di depan perangkat keras seperti komputer dan laptop.  Desa merupakan suatu organisasi dan sebagai bagian terkecil dari sistem pemerintahan administratif di Indonesia, dituntut untuk dapat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan terus meningkatkan kemampuannya didalam mengelola data administrasi kependudukan desa.   Kata kunci - Desa, Administrasi, Covid-19, Mobile Aplication, Android.

The article describes the use of BYOD technology (Bring Your Own Device) in educational practice using the Lecture Racing mobile application. This application provides feedback between the teacher and students both in the classroom and during distance learning, contributes to the visualization of educational material and, in general, the informatization of the educational process. The purpose of the study is to conduct a theoretical analysis of the current state and prospects for the development of BYOD technology in Russia and abroad, and to test the benefits of using this technology in educational practice using the specific mobile application. During the study, an analysis of scientific, theoretical and practical literature on BYOD technology was carried out. In the process of experimental work, test tasks were the instrument of measuring knowledge and skills of students. As a result of a theoretical analysis and study of the practical possibilities of using BYOD technology (using the Lecture Racing mobile application as an example), it was found that this technology allows you to visualize information that is displayed in real time on the screen of each student's mobile device, regardless of its location. This technology also allows both the student and the teacher to quickly work with information, provide feedback, receive an independent assessment (since the assessment is set automatically), saves time, and develops the information culture of students.

This paper presents the design and development of a mobile application that uses QR codes for the inventory control of a computer center. This application was developed to support the administration of the computer center of the Multidisciplinary Unit Tizimin, with the aim to reduce costs and time of searching for articles when making an inventory, by leveraging the capabilities of smartphones and tablets. The implementation of the system was carried out using free software.

This paper talks about an innovative and rather an interesting manner of intimating the message to the people using the wireless electronic display on the screen. This will help us in passing any message almost immediately without any delay just by sending an SMS which is better and more reliable than the old traditional way of passing the message on a screen. Our aim is to reduce the amount of paper work and make use the possible technological resources.  In this paper, we are trying to implement our system in such a way that it can display message send from the authorized user to the various receiving ends. So spreading of important message or screen will take place within the very short span of time to respective mobile application. Means user or registered person will be able to send the message from anywhere and this message will be displayed on a screen at the respective place.
