The reasons for the deterioration of the electromagnetic environment in the workshop distribution network of a metallurgical enterprise with powerful valve regulators are considered. A local solution to the problem of improving electromagnetic compatibility is proposed by using a digital microcontroller control system for thyristor regulators of resistance mixers. The effect is achieved due to a more accurate fulfillment of the conditions for switching the gates of each phase at the moment of zero crossing. This allows not only to reduce the level of higher harmonics of the current in the distribution network and improve the symmetry of voltages, but also to increase the stability of the equipment.

Researches have been made with the use of a hydropneumatic source of seismic waves. This source on the realized efforts of the shock interaction with a soil half-space considerably exceeds all known designs of radiators (sources) of pulse type. In this regard it shows higher seismic efficiency. The most important characteristic of the work of the pulse sources of seismic waves is a stability of the response time — a time interval from the moment of giving of a signal for producing of the blow until the very blow. Only with the achievement of the necessary stability the work in the mode of grouping of sources and accumulation of signals is possible. Features of the formation of response time of a hydropneumatic source are given. The analysis of the assessment of the parameters of synchronism of the pulse sources is made by a modem control system of their work. An influence of the rigidity of the soil on the assessment of stability of the response time and synchronism is shown. The system of the assessment of the stability used in the existing pulse sources at its application does not reflect the actual stability of response time in the radiators possessing a big force of blow.

The article proposes an algorithm for controlling the electromagnetic environment in a Wi-Fi WLAN using fuzzy logic methods. A power management system for access points has been developed, deployed using the Wi-Fi segment based on existing equipment. The use of an electromagnetic compatibility control system in high-density Wi-Fi networks can significantly improve the bandwidth of the wireless segment.

Basic on the problem that the electromagnetic environment in vehicles which formed at the moment of ignition will cause interference to the stability and reliability of vehicle safety system, the paper takes vehicle fire protection system as the research object, and analyzes the interference mechanism and harmfulness through the simulation experiments. Finally uses the related software design and some prevention measures for electromagnetic interference such as shielding, grounding to protect the system, then through experiment to verify that it’s scientific and reasonable.

The paper discusses the process of integrating scientific equipment into the Russian Segment of the International Space Station (ISS RS) to conduct space experiment using the ISS IS information and control system. The paper addresses the stages in ground processing of scientific equipment that are critical for its successful operation after delivery to the ISS RS: tests on the hardware (vibration and hydraulic tests, electromagnetic compatibility tests, incoming inspection), development of the software for the equipment using ground debugging facility and conducting integrated tests in the checkout facility. It points out the need to update the existing stages of ground preparations for experiments to reduce the hardware ground processing time. Taking as examples the space experiment Terminator and experiments conducted using cargo transportation spacecraft Progress, the paper resents results obtained through the use of the described approach. Key words: information and control system, scientific equipment, space experiment, International Space Station, logistics spacecraft Progress, microgravity.
