The tutorial videos contain an explanation of a learning material taught to students. The use of tutorial videos is common during the COVID-19 pandemic. This situation makes the teachers change the learning model into a video conferences or tutorial videos. However, the use of tutorial videos is often accompanied by opening other applications in parallel causing pop-up notifications to appear. The pop-up notification makes students not focus on the material explained in the tutorial videos. This raises the question of whether it will affect the learning process in understanding the learning material. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the influence of pop-up notifications on tutorial videos. Eye movements of all participants (N = 50) were recorded when viewing tutorial videos on various operating systems with or without the pop-up notification. Based on the results, after being shown a tutorial videos with a pop-up notification, participants paid attention to the pop-up notification. However, there were no significant differences in learning outcomes of students after viewing tutorial videos with or without pop-up notification.

In implementing the learning process at school a teacher should be able to choose and utilize learning models that are appropriate to the learning material. In general, teachers rarely use the learning model in every learning process, due to the lack of teacher understanding of learning models that can facilitate teachers in implementing the learning process in class. Actually there are many learning models that can be used by every teacher in the learning process. By using appropriate learning models, of course students will be motivated in learning, and this will have a positive impact on learning outcomes. The main problem in research, namely "Whether the application of learning models through classroom supervision activities can improve the quality of learning in students at MIN 13 Southwest Aceh? ". Based on the results of this study it was concluded that the application of learning models through classroom supervision by the school principal proved to be successful in increasing the ability of MIN 13 Aceh Barat Daya teachers to manage the learning process. In addition, with the increasing ability of MIN 13 Aceh Barat Daya teachers to manage the learning process, not only is the student learning process more meaningful but also the learning outcomes have improved.

In essence teaching and learning activities are a process of interaction or reciprocal relations between the teacher and students in the learning unit. For this reason, an effort is needed in order to improve the quality of education and teaching, one of which is to choose a strategy or method for delivering learning material so that students can improve their learning achievement. Literature study was conducted to find information about learning, especially the cooperative learning model type Group Investigation (GI). So that by applying the GI cooperative model can improve learning outcomes and student learning motivation. Learning outcomes are what is achieved by students by involving all the potential they have after the students carry out learning activities. Achievement of these learning outcomes can be known by holding an assessment of learning outcomes tests. Motivation to learn means a tendency and high enthusiasm or a great desire for learning. Cooperative learning is a model of teaching where students learn in small groups and have different abilities. Group type Investigation (GI) learning is the most complex learning model. The core steps of the Investigastion Group's learning model are as follows. (1). The teacher forms groups and calls each group leader to receive assignments / material. (2). Each group leader returns to his group and then discusses in depth the tasks that are obtained with the group members. (3). After being considered enough time for group discussion, each group represented by the spokesperson delivered the results of the group discussion that was listened to by all students. (4). The results of the discussion were read by each group alternately by each group until all groups had their turn to deliver the results of the discussion. The application of cooperative learning model group investigation type can be used as one of the learning models in an effort to improve learning outcomes and student motivation in the learning process. Each stage in investigation group learning is a good assessment material related to teacher observation of student activities and the works produced by students while undergoing the learning process.

The purpose of this paper is to describe the Problem Posing learning model with Task and Forced Strategy. As for the background of this writing is because of difficulties in understanding the material and also lack of enthusiasm of students in learning the material so that the impact on student learning outcomes is still low. The low student learning outcomes are, of course, many factors, one of which is the problem of applying a learning model that is still teacher-centered, so students tend to be passive. For this reason, the teacher can use the Problem Posing learning model that is modified by the task and force strategy (Task and Forced). Problem Posing learning model is a learning model that requires students to develop their systematic reasoning skills in making questions and answering questions. While the task and force strategy (Task and Forced) is a learning strategy that has little effect on students to complete the task until it is completed and on time to avoid the punishment given by the teacher as a consequence. So that students will be motivated in listening, understanding the material delivered and doing assignments on time. By combining this model and strategy can be a solution so that the learning process becomes quality.
