This study aims to find out how the strategy is in an effort to improve and develop people's salt management in Sumbawa Regency. The problem faced is the problem of competitiveness and product added value which is still low, so that it leads to the level of the economic welfare of the economic actors in the salt sector. To overcome these problems, a Salt Development Strategy is needed in order to have competitiveness. SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is used in research to develop strategies by considering strengths and weaknesses (internal environment) as well as opportunities and threats (external environment) faced by the Regional Government of Sumbawa Regency in order to develop its salt potential. The method of data collection was carried out by the method of Focused Group Discussion, Participatory Resource Mapping, observation, interviews, and literature study. The research subjects are stakeholders in Sumbawa Regency, namely the Sumbawa Regency Government, Academics, Entrepreneurs/Industry, and Salt Farmers Community. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The resulted of this research were the strategies to develop the salt industry. Those strategies were: 1). Increasing the salt business system financing program, 2). Facilitating group or institutional development through collaboration with related parties, 3). Education about salt innovation and technology, 4). Increased cooperation with the government, especially the Cooperatives, Trade, and UMKM Service and the Fisheries and Marine Service, 5). Strengthening institutional management through various human resources education and training, 6). Strengthening capital capabilities and business partnerships, 7). Improvement of supporting facilities and infrastructure, 8). Development of salt business through the introduction of side businesses supporting the salt industry and 9). Establishment of a salt business association in the context of sharing information and experiences related to the world of salt.

This study aims to determine how the strategies used by Muslim women who do UMKM songket Batubara in developing their businesses. The sample used in this study were four MSME actors of songket Batubara, and the approach used was an inductive qualitative approach. In this study, the data analysis tools used were SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats). The results of the analysis show that this study produces a triple helix stakeholder model in this study as: a. Academics in this case are a source of knowledge with the latest theories and are relevant to the business developed by Batu Bara songket business actors run by Muslim women in Batu Bara to gain a competitive and sustainable advantage. b. Business is an entity that carries out business processes in creating added value and maintaining sustainable growth. c. The government acts as a regulator as well as a controller that has regulations and responsibilities in developing businesses. The government also has a role to coordinate stakeholders who contribute to the development of women's businesses in the treatment of Batu Bara songket cloth. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it can be seen that the Stakeholders are implementing the SO (Strength and Opportunities) strategy, which is a strategy in which the company uses the strengths and opportunities it has to run its business.

This study aims to analyze external and internal factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of Linjuang tourism objects in Lubuk Sikaping, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. After the analysis is carried out, a development strategy is formulated by minimizing weaknesses and threats and then maximizing the existing strengths and opportunities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using SWOT analysis tools (Strengths, Weaknes, Opportunities, Threats). Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and interviews with owners, communities and visitors of Linjuang tourism objects. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the strategy for developing Linjuang tourism objects, among others, is by completing facilities and markets such as toilets, prayer rooms and parking locations as well as maintenance of tourist attraction areas, then promoting tourism objects through online and print media and involving the government, private sector and the community in management. tourist attraction. This study aims to 1) To analyze interpretively the impact of the implementation of tax amnesty on MSMEs in Sidoarjo district. 2) To analyze and follow up the monitoring and evaluation model of the Tax Amnesty against MSME Actors in Sidoarjo Regency. The research subjects were MSME actors who performed Amnesty Taxes. The technique of collecting data uses In Depth Interview, Literature Study, Documentation. The technique of analyzing data uses qualitative data which is demonstrated by Focus Group Discussion (FGD). From the results of the study there are (1) negative impacts obtained: (a) weakening tax administration and reducing state revenues, (b) increasingly widening the income distribution gap, (c) creating social and racial jealousy, (d) the perception that Indonesia is a failed country because unable to enforce the rule of law in his own country. Whereas Dapak is positively obtained (a) Increasing state income, (b) Giving birth to new tax objects, (c) Secrets of taxpayers participating in the tax amnesty guaranteed security, (d) Increasing the growth of the property industry in the country, (e) Tax elimination that should be owed (f) Improve taxpayer compliance. (2) there are still many MSME actors in Sidoarjo who do not carry out Tax Amnesy because the public is afraid that in relation to the reduced profits (3) there is a lack of socialization and simulation of tax amnesty carried out by the government.

The development of the fisheries and marine sector absolutely must be done to increase the production and competitiveness of fisheries and marine products. The Government of Indonesia has established several areas as minapolitan areas, one of which is West Sumbawa Regency as a minapolitan area for seaweed development. Besides seaweed, the minapolitan area has many other potentials that can be developed to improve the competitiveness and added value of the minapolitan area. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the potential of the Minapolitan Area, analyze the internal and external factors of the Minapolitan Area, and formulating the development strategy of the West Sumbawa Regency Minapolitan Area. This research was conducted from October to December 2020, in Labuhan Kertasari Village, Taliwang District, West Sumbawa Regency, which was selected by purposive sampling. The data used include primary data from the interview results of respondents and secondary data from several related agencies. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the West Sumbawa Regency minapolitan area apart from being a seaweed development area also has other potentials such as capture fisheries, marine and inland aquaculture, tourism (small islands, beaches, seaweed education), agricultural food crops, plantations, and animal husbandry. West Sumbawa Regency Minapolitan area development strategy, is a SO (Strengthness-Opportunity) strategy, which is a strategy that utilizes the strengths to seize opportunities or aggressive strategies which include Encouraging investment in the Minapolitan area, Diversifying fishery and agricultural processed products, Increasing development and optimizing use facilities and infrastructure of production, processing and marketing activities of agricultural products in a broad sense and tourism, increasing the potential of agriculture and fisheries and tourism in order to expand employment opportunities and facilitate and accelerate licensing and investment service rules.

ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Kata Kunci : Farmasi, Analisis SWOT ABSTRACT The hospital is an institution health care providers, Regional General Hospital Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy. The purpose of this research is to plan a creative and workable strategy for PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk in an effort to respond to competition in the aviation market. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection using literature study and data analysis used is a SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis of the Cartesian diagram shows that PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk is included in quadrant II, which is supporting the Diversification strategy. The result of SO strategy analysis is that PT. Garuda Tbk must maximize the government's financial assistance program to restore the company's financial condition as well as to maintain the company's big name. The results of the ST strategy analysis are PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk must maintain excellent facilities and services in order to face other aviation competitors. The results of the WO strategy analysis, namely the existence of a financial assistance program from the government, can also be used to improve the competence of company human resources. The results of the WT strategy analysis, namely PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk must reduce operational costs while maintaining quality in order to be able to compete in the world of aviation.

Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology. The interest of students to continue studying at the Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar is very large and increases from year to year.. This study aims to formulate a development strategy for the Food and Beverage Service Management study program as one of the superior study programs at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Respondents in this study totaled 241 consisting of 140 male respondents and 101 female respondents who were a combination of students, lecturers/staff of the Food and Beverage Service Management study program at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic, hotel/restaurant employees, entrepreneurs, employees of other companies, and that hasn't worked. The data collection techniques used in this study were: questionnaires, interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and literature study. The data analysis technique was carried out in three stages, namely the input stage, the matching stage and the decision stage. The conclusion of this research is that the analysis results from the IFAS matrix show that the strength factor of the study program is much greater than the weakness factor so that the study program has strengths or advantages that can be developed. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis from the EFAS matrix show that the opportunities the study program has are greater than the threat factors so that the study program has a greater chance of being developed. As for the results of the QSPM matrix analysis, the TAS value that has been listed is that the W-O strategy gets the highest value of 6,354, the W-T strategy is 6,027 then the S-O strategy is 5,976 and finally the S-T strategy is 5,869. That is, the development strategy of the MTH study program is compiled in 14 priority strategies from 20 formulated strategies consisting of the W - O Strategy (5 strategies), the W - T Strategy (4 strategies), the S - O Strategy (3 strategies), and the S - T (2 strategies).

The purpose of the study is to: (1). Analyzing the attractiveness of Pasut Beach as one of the tourist destinations in Tabanan Regency. (2). Analyze the strategy of developing Pasut Beach as a tourist destination in Tabanan Regency. The research location was determined by purposive sampling Pasut Beach, located in Tibubiu Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan on the basis of having a very suitable potential to be developed into a tourist destination. The sample of the study was taken by 49 people consisting of elements from the Government, community leaders and tourism actors. This study uses qualitative qualitative analysis method (giving more detailed reviews and interpretations of the data obtained and SWOT analysis. Furthermore, in the SWOT method the External Strategy Factor Matrix (EFAS) model and the Internal Strategy Factor Matrix Model (IFAS) are used, followed by IFE matrix and EFE matrix to determine the weight, rating and score and to determine the strategy and position of the quadrant I - E matrix, Beach Pas po is in the position in quadrant I, with the S-O strategy where the values ​​of strength and opportunity are equally high ( use the power to get opportunities) by improving the quality of human resources, especially in the field of mastering technology, communication and information.

Troso is a village that was developed by the government of the district of Jepara to be a tourist village. It has the potential of home-based crafts such as weaving which could be developed into industrial centers. However, not all community members realize the potential. The community members don?t recognize that Troso is going to be developed as a tourist village. On the other hand, the way the community member doing their business is very ineffective. There is no coordination with other businessmen to accommodate and to control the business. Each entrepreneur is working on their tradition to enrich their own business. One entrepreneur to another is a competitor. For these reasons, the village needs to be developed in order to be efficient for the welfare of all people in Troso. Purpose of this research is to understand the existence of Tenun Ikat Troso industrial center and to evaluate development strategy of Tenun Ikat Troso industrial center as a tourist village in the district of Jepara. SWOT. The results show that (i) Strength – Opportunity strategy was focusing on digging deeper of the potency and then wrap them up in a specific brand which will impact on economic sector, (ii) Strength – Threat strategy was focusing on offering the potency of the village to investor to create added value of the village to attract tourists, (iii) Weakness – Opportunity strategy was focusing on building the community awareness of a tourist village plan and the importance of Troso weaving industry association, and (iv). Weakness – Threat strategy was focusing on identifying existing weaknesses of the Troso tourist village and then inviting other stakeholders to get involved in developing the village.
