This paper aims to examine the factors affecting purchase decision cars of consumers to enable car manufacturers to find out the possible vulnerability between the expectations of customers and products on the market. The research uses a random survey with a group of 271 consumers in Ho Chi Minh City. Results of factor analysis and regression show that three factors including: safety features, reliability and resale value actually have positive impact on the purchasing decision automobiles consumer. On the practical significance, the study proposes some solutions to help manufacturers and distributors offering reasonable policies in order to improve sales, profits, expanding markets in Vietnam. Besides, the study also has some limitations, so the next study should be expanded and further research to be able to explain more of the factors affecting purchase decision cars of consumers.

The purpose of this research is to explore the scale and identify factors affecting employee satisfaction in a particular business; namely, land sales staff in Ho Chi Minh City area. To conduct the research, the authors do group discussions and expert discussion and then analyzed 201 observations with six factors: The nature of work, promotion and training, leadership, co-worker, income and working environment. The results of Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA) show that there are five factors: Work nature, promotion and training, co-worker, income and working environment that has a positive impact on employee satisfaction; besides, the interesting result from the research is that the leading factor negatively affects the satisfaction of land sales staffs in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The contribution of this study is that the authors confirm the theory of Herzberg (1966), Ludy (2005), Nunnally and Bernstein, Spector (1997), Smith et al (1969) and Vroom (1964) in the context of the land plot sales staffs. Also, from qualitative studies and relevant studies, the author has adjusted the scale and analyzed data in a new context. Based on that, the research recommends the necessary management solutions to increase employee satisfaction and open a new field for further research.

The study aimed to identify and measure the factors affecting the decision to purchase online airline tickets in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (HCMC) by surveying 536 customers aged 18 and over who bought airline tickets online and live in Ho Chi Minh City. The SPSS 20 tool was used to analyze the reliability of the scale through the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, EFA exploratory factor analysis, AMOS 22 software to calibrate the scale by CFA confirmatory factor analysis, and evaluated by linear SEM analysis. Research results show that positive impact factors, decreasing by their strength, include: Perceived benefit, Perceived ease of use, Reputation of the airline, Subjective norm, Reliability. Meanwhile, Risk perception has a negative impact on the intention to buy airline tickets of customers. Research also indicates that the intention to purchase airline tickets online has an impact on purchase decisions. The results also help managers recognize the importance of the factors that affect the buying behavior of the consumers, and consequently make appropriate strategic adjustments and actions in the competitive process for online airline tickets presently.

In recent years, demand for housing has increased in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) despite of apartment market’s felling into the freeze. Besides, apartment`s price has continuously dropped, but the situation has not improved much. Do not the real estate companies really understand the need of buyers ? This paper researches factors affecting the decision to purchase apartment of officers in Small and Medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in HCMC. We surveyed 321 buyers, using Cronbach`s Alpha Scale testing method, Exploratory Factor Analysis method and multivariate regression methodology. The results indicated that the decision to buy an apartment of officers was affected by three important factors which are habitat environment, characteristics and finance respectively. From the research results, this paper also proposes some solutions to bring the supply and the demand of apartment in HCMC closer together, thereby contributing to solve difficulties for market.

The research aims to explore, measure, and analyze factors affecting the intention to use Mobile Banking (M-Banking) of customers in Ho Chi Minh City. The author conducts a convenient sampling, including 600 participants. The method of the research is the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and a multiple regression model. The results show that there are six factors such as perceived ease to use (EU), perceived usefulness (PU), trust (TR), expected performance (PE), social influence (SI), Facilitating condition (FC) affect the adoption of M-Banking. In which, Facilitating condition is the most influential factor, and expected performance is the least influential factor. Also, this study proposes some recommendations to develop an M-Banking application to help customers gain more insight into the bank as well as actively select the M-Banking application as a reliable transaction method.

This research is carried out to investigate the most important traits of employee behavior. A quantitative approach was employed for this study. Data were collected from 120 participants using an online questionnaire. These participants are active users of Facebook who are residents of Pakistan and currently working on L'Oreal Pakistan, who are at a different position in L'Oreal Pakistan. Statistical analysis, such as binomial regression which is used for qualitative analysis used together with descriptive analysis, was used to 'assess factors affecting employee behavior in L'Oreal Pakistan. The findings of the research show that the independent variable is indicators of leadership and reward has changed the behavioral motivation of company employees and this motivational, behavioral change has a positive impact on sales of L'Oreal Pakistan. This research investigated the factors which industry can use as a tool to change their employee behavior and sales. This will help to gain increasing generous offers and valuable insights to marketing practitioners and academics.

This objective is to study determinants of people’s expectation in Ho Chi Minh city when buying over – the counter drugs to self – treatment. With a directly surveyed dataset of 403 citizens over 18 years old who purchased medicines for self-treatment, and using the quantitative method by exploratory factor analysis (EFA), the study found factors affecting people’s expectations when buying over – the – counter (OTC) drugs to heal themselves are past purchase and use of non-prescription drugs, experience treating common diseases with OTC drugs, seeking information behavior when intending buying non-prescription drugs, the impression of the-over-counter medications and the impression of pharmacist at pharmacy by Ho Chi Minh city (HCMC) citizens.

The factors affecting tourist behavior are complex and diverse, but research on its effect from a purely spatial perspective is still limited. The aim of this paper is to explore the dichotomous interaction between tourists and islands: the behavioral patterns of tourists in island destinations and the mechanisms by which island spaces constrain tourist behavior. This study uses fine-grained global positioning system (GPS) tracking data actively authorized and released by tourists. We empirically studied tourist behavior from a spatial constraint perspective and discovered the following: island space has a strong influence and constraining effect on tourist behavior; different spatial attributes have different constraining effects on tourist behavior; and people with different identities interact with different attributes of space to produce different spatial properties, resulting in a ‘harmony-contradiction’ model of spatial interaction. These findings are of great value in expanding the perspective of spatial constraints and exploring the interactions between people and land. They are also of great practical significance in promoting spatial planning synergy, facilitating the construction of high-quality island-based tourism destinations, and building a harmonious relationship between people and land.

The study aims to identify factors influencing the parents’ decision in Ho Chi Minh City to send their children to study abroad. The study used the exploratory factor analysis method to examine and estimate regression coefficients on sample 243 observations from parents whose children study abroad. Research has identified 6 factors affecting the decision to send a child to study abroad. The paper shows that the parents’ decisions to let their children study abroad are not only based on the parents’ desire but also on the students’ desire. In addition, factors such as the family’s financial capacity, training programs, career prospects, and self-reliance also affect the parents’ decisions to send their children to study abroad. Interestingly, the study found that factors of self-reliance have negative impacts on parents’ decisions to send their children to study abroad. When they realized that their child may have good self-reliance, great success would be obtained regardless of study location. As a result, motivation for the overseas study was no longer found by them. Since then, domestic training programs need to increase opportunities to practice English, the opportunity to practice independence and flexibility in training programs will limit your children to study abroad.

The research focuses deeply on and evaluates the factors affecting financial management of educational managers training and fostering institutions in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is a very specific model for countries in transition economies as in Vietnam, a country is in the process of comprehensive renovation, restructuring public service delivery institutions, increasing the assignment of self-responsibility to institutions, reducing financial pressure on the State budget. Using qualitative and quantitative research methods together with techniques, i.e., testing reliability scales with Cronbach's alpha coefficients, exploratory factor analysis EFA, CFA and linear model SEM, the study investigated 500 samples in 07 educational institutions in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The findings revealed six (06) factors, which are internal control system, technology infrastructure, top managers’ commitment, cash management and budget system, organizational responsibility, affected the financial reporting system, and meanwhile, the financial reporting system has a positive impact on the financial management. Based on this result, the study has proposed implications for improving financial management in educational managers training and fostering institutions in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The article examines and systematizes factors affecting the viability of an agricultural enterprise (external: economic, political, legal, technological, climatic, socio-demographic, market) and internal factors (financial and economic, material and technical, production and technological, personnel and intellectual , innovative and environmental), which made it possible to substantiate the differences in the parameters for assessing the viability of an agricultural enterprise and, on this basis, build a three-vector model for assessing the viability of an enterprise for a targeted search for possible ways to increase its viability. An algorithm for assessing the viability of an enterprise has been built, including an assessment of the dynamics of indicators, their factor analysis and determination of the state of viability, which allows not only assessing the current state, but also predicting future development, which makes it possible for the enterprise to timely identify deviations and make informed management decisions. The practical significance of the obtained results of the study lies in the possibility of using the obtained theoretical and methodological provisions in the practical activities of agricultural enterprises to ensure their viability through the application in practice of evaluating the parameters that determine the viability of an enterprise as a tool for managing sustainable development.
