This study aims to find out the critical factors in delivering the quality of services at the Public Health Center (Puskesmas) in Sukawati District. Determination of critical factors based on Servqual Gap is a comparison between expectations and perceptions of the quality of service perceived by patients/ public health visitors. The research method is using qualitative descriptive analysis. The critical factor is determined by making a Cartesian diagram which is sourced from Serqual GAP. Data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 200 respondents. The results of the data analysis concluded that there were 10 indicators in the Puskesmas Sukawati I that were categorized as critical factors that had to be corrected immediately. While Puskesmas Sukawati II there are 2 indicators that must immediately be improved. The comparative analysis shows that there is a significant difference between patient expectations and perceptions of perceived service quality. This result is certainly a consideration for the management of the Puskesmas to be able to assess the accuracy of the services provided to the community so that it can improve the quality of services in the future.

Health is a fundamental thing in human life. Healthy development is an investment for the development of Indonesian communities, therefore increasing community awareness, willingness, and abilities is a must. Benchmarking of success in health development is the creation of quality public health services. Increasing challenges in health development, impacting on public health services become less optimal. The government tries to improve the quality of public health services by creating various innovations through digital technology. Andalas Community Health Center as part of the government improves the quality of health services through Ayo Ceting Program, which aims to prevent stunting in the District of East Padang. Ayo Ceting consists of three program packages namely, WhatsApp Group for Pregnant Mothers, Rumah Gizi and Digital Education: The Ayo Ceting Android-based application. This study aims to determine the implementation of Ayo Ceting innovation at Andalas Public Health Center, Padang City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, where research is conducted to obtain and collect in-depth data directly from the research location regarding the use of Ayo Ceting applications. The informants in this study were health workers responsible for the stunting prevention innovation program at the Andalas Public Health Center in Padang. Based on the explanation from sources, Ayo Ceting innovation increasing people's knowledge and understanding of Stunting and it prevention and empowering the community itself to actively report their health data. Furthermore, it provides more effective and efficient public services, and finally, the community can obtain information with access and a more attractive appearance

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is one of diseases that causes health problems in Indonesia and oftenly creates extraordinary events with great death. The purpose of this research is to discover relationship community behavior in mosquito nesting eradication and environmental factors with DHF incidence in 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Selatan and 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Timur. The research design used is observational, cross-sectional. Total sample of 82 households. Sampling was done in proportion sampling method. Results of the analysis of environmental variables associated with DHF incidence in 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Selatan: occupant density (p = 0.02), mobility (p = 0.01), the habit of hanging clothes (p = 0.04). 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Timur: mobility (p = 0.00), clogged water ditches (p = 0.00), containers water existance (p = 0.03), the habit of hanging clothes (p = 0.00). Knowledge, attitude and actions in 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Selatan and 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Timur statistically correlated with DHF incidence. As conclusion of the research results, in 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Selatan and 1st Public Health Center Denpasar Timur, that is mobility, the habit of hanging clothes, knowledge, attitude and actions strongly related with DHF incidence, while that is clogged water ditches, containers water existance and occupant density has no relation with DHF incidence. Public Health Center need to intensify health promotion, improves the quality of MNE (PSN), and the Provincial Health Service need to support Public Health Center on setting policies which necessary.

BACKGROUND The Internet has become a major source of health information especially for adolescents and young adults. Unfortunately, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated health information is widespread online. Often adolescents and young adults turn to authoritative websites such as the student health center (SHC) website of the university they are attending to obtain reliable health information. Although most on-campus SHC clinics comply with the American College Health Association (ACHA) standards, their websites are not subject to any standards or code of conduct. In the absence of quality standards or guidelines, the monitoring and compliance processes do not exist for SHC websites either. As such, there is no oversight on the health information published on the SHC websites by any central governing body. OBJECTIVE Our objective is to enable researchers to monitor online information quality at scale. We have created a tool that can efficiently quantify the quality of information posted on SHC websites about a health topic. Specifically, this quantitative tool provides information on quality, such as reading ease, coverage of the topic, and the degree of fact-based objective information. METHODS Our cross-functional team has designed and developed an open-source software, QMOHI: Quantitative Measures of Online Health Information, using the Agile software development methodology. The QMOHI tool finds the SHC website and gathers information on the specific health topic of interest from a prespecified list of university websites. Based on the retrieved text, the tool computes eight different quality metrics. The QMOHI tool is a fully automated tool that is designed to be scalable, generalizable, and robust. RESULTS The first empirical evaluation shows that the QMOHI tool is highly scalable and substantially more efficient than the manual approach of assessing online information quality. The second experimental results demonstrate QMOHI’s ability to work effectively with starkly different health topics (COVID, Cancer, LARC, and Condom) and with narrowly focused topics (hormonal IUD and copper IUD); thereby establishing the generalizability and versatility of the tool. The results from the last experiment demonstrate that QMOHI is not vulnerable to typical structural changes that SHC websites may undergo (e.g. URL changes) over a long period of time. QMOHI is able to support longitudinal studies by being robust to such website changes. CONCLUSIONS QMOHI allows public health researchers and practitioners to conduct large-scale studies of SHC websites that were previously too time intensive. The capability to generalize broadly or focus narrowly allows for wide applications of QMOHI, equipping researchers to study both mainstream and underexplored health topics. QMOHI’s ability to robustly analyze SHC websites periodically facilitates longitudinal investigations and monitor SHC progress. QMOHI serves as a launching pad for our future work that aims to develop a broadly applicable public health tool for online health information studies with potential applications far beyond SHC websites.
