With the increasing number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia, including in Riau Province, it is necessary to implement Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). PSBB is one way to reduce the impact of Covid-19. PSBB has currently been implemented in 10 regions in Indonesia as part of efforts to prevent the corona virus. The Central Government through the Ministry of Health has approved Pekanbaru to implement the PSBB. The main reason for implementing PSBB in dealing with the Covid-19 corona virus is because physical distancing, which has been carried out so far, is ineffective in the community. On that basis, the government strengthened the policy of physical restrictions for the community by implementing PSBB in the regions. It is necessary to do the socialization of PSBB and this Perwako, so that the public knows the Rules about PSBB. The service activity aims to provide guidance to the people of Pekanbaru City regarding Corona and PSBB, because Pekanbaru City is one of the cities that is a transit point. The implementation of activities to increase public knowledge about PSBB and Perwako was successful. This can be seen from changes in the behavior of people who were previously reluctant to wear masks, then have started wearing masks when they go out, as can be seen from the behavior of people who have avoided people's hassles and tried to keep their distance. The community also complies with large-scale social restrictions set by the government, this can be seen from the minimum community activity at night outside the home.

The Right to Information Act 2005 was passed by the UPA (United Progressive Alliance) Government with a sense of pride. It flaunted the Act as a milestone in India’s democratic journey. It is five years since the RTI was passed; the performance on the implementation frontis far from perfect. Consequently, the impact on the attitude, mindset and behaviour patterns of the public authorities and the people is not as it was expected to be. Most of the people are still not aware of their newly acquired power. Among those who are aware, a major chunk either does not know how to wield it or lacks the guts and gumption to invoke the RTI. A little more stimulation by the Government, NGOs and other enlightened and empowered citizens can augment the benefits of this Act manifold. RTI will help not only in mitigating corruption in public life but also in alleviating poverty- the two monstrous maladies of India.

Abstract. The government of Indonesia has not used lockdown or quarantine as an option to tackle the spread of Coronavirus, as the impact of lockdown on small communities in the informal sector that lives from daily income will be severe. Alternatively, the government is enforcing Large-Scale Social Restrictions (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar or "PSBB") to respond to the state of emergency in public health. Starting in June 2020, the government has implemented transitional PSBB in some red zone areas, including the capital Jakarta and East Java province, despite the surge in case numbers. This paper aims to investigate the effectiveness of the PSBB policy applied in Indonesia during the COVID-19 outbreak and the readiness to embrace the new normal, between April and June 2020, based on rapid literature analysis in a search on Medline(-Pubmed), government speeches and reports, social and mass media platforms. Implementation of PSBB is a preventive measure to combat Coronavirus’ spread in some Indonesian areas. Indonesia should not be in a “new normal” situation. The transitional PSBB phase serves as an early chapter of a new normal that would apply only to strategic sectors with manageable risks combined with better regulation and compliance by the public. Abstrak. Pemerintah Indonesia tidak menggunakan lockdown atau karantina sebagai opsi untuk mengatasi penyebaran Coronavirus, karena dampak lockdown pada komunitas kecil di sektor informal yang hidup dari pendapatan harian akan memburuk. Pemerintah menegakkan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) sebagai respons terhadap keadaan darurat dalam kesehatan masyarakat. Sejak bulan Juni 2020, pemerintah telah menerapkan transisi PSBB di beberapa daerah zona merah, termasuk di provinsi DKI Jakarta dan Jawa Timur, meskipun ada peningkatan jumlah kasus. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki efektivitas kebijakan PSBB yang diterapkan di Indonesia selama wabah COVID-19 dan kesiapan untuk memasuki Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru (AKB), antara bulan April dan Juni 2020, berdasarkan analisis literatur cepat dalam pencarian Medline (-Pubmed), pidato dan laporan pemerintah, platform media sosial dan media massa. Implementasi PSBB adalah langkah pencegahan untuk memerangi penyebaran Coronavirus di beberapa wilayah Indonesia. Indonesia seharusnya tidak berada dalam situasi AKB. Fase PSBB transisi berfungsi sebagai bab awal dari AKB yang hanya akan berlaku pada sektor strategis dengan risiko yang dapat dikelola bersamaan dengan regulasi dan kepatuhan public yang lebih baik.

Abstrak: Kasus stunting di Indonesia masih tergolong tinggi dengan menyentuh angka 30,8%. Angka ini masih jauh dari standar WHO yaitu 20%. Angka prevalensi stunting di Sulawesi Utara sebesar 25,5%, meskipun angka stunting Sulawesi Utara di bawah angka nasional (30,8%) namun masih ada empat daerah dengan angka prevalensi stunting yang cukup tinggi termasuk kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow sebesar 30,6%. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Muntoi Kecamatan Passi Barat Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow tentang pencegahan stunting. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah interaktif dan tanya jawab. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor pengetahuan masyarakat tentang stunting pada saat pre-test adalah 10,43 dan pada saat post-test meningkat menjadi 19,60. Dampak pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pencegahan stunting dengan perbedaan nilai rata-rata skor pengetahuan peserta penyuluhan pada saat pre-test dan post-test dengan angka 9,17. Untuk itu disarankan kepada masyarakat khususnya pada ibu untuk melakukan pencegahan stunting dengan pemenuhan asupan gizi selama hamil, melahirkan dan anak sebelum usia 2 tahun.Abstract: Stunting cases in Indonesia are still high, touching 30.8%. This figure is still far from the WHO standard of 20%. The stunting prevalence rate in North Sulawesi is 25.5%, although North Sulawesi's stunting rate is below the national rate (30.8%), there are still four regions with a fairly high stunting prevalence rate including Bolaang Mongondow district of 30.6%. The purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge of the people of Muntoi Village, Passi Barat District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency about the prevention of stunting. The methods used are interactive lectures and question and answer. The results showed that the average score of public knowledge about stunting at the pre-test was 10.43 and at the time of the post-test it increased to 19.60. The impact of this service is an increase in public knowledge about stunting prevention with the difference in the mean score of knowledge of the extension participants during the pre-test and post-test with a figure of 9.17. For this reason, it is recommended to the public, especially mothers, to prevent stunting by fulfilling nutritional intake during pregnancy, childbirth and children before the age of 2 years.

This study focuses on the public perception of Soreang District, Bandung Regency regarding Large-Scale Social Restrictions. This problem is examined because in its implementation the Large Scale Social Restrictions creates many different perceptions that are felt by each individual, thus affecting the effectiveness of the implementation of the policy. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of public knowledge and attitudes about Large Scale Social Restrictions and to find out whether the community has complied with the policy. To answer these objectives, researchers used descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and document review. The interview involved most of the people of Soreang District, Bandung Regency. Meanwhile, document review is taken from news in various mass media as well as theory from relevant references. Data analysis techniques use reduction analysis, display, and data conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the people of Soreang District, Bandung Regency already understand and comply with the Large Scale Social Restrictions policy. This is supported by the results of interviews the researchers conducted with several informants, on average, with knowledge of the Large Scale Social Restrictions policy. This level of understanding is manifested through daily behavior by following the provisions of the Large Scale Social Restrictions and implementing health protocols.

Perkembangan pandemi Covid-19 saat ini sangat mengkhawatirkan dimana terjadinya suatupeningkatan kasus corona khusus di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuidan menganalisis kebijakan yang diambil pemerintah dalam penanganan pandemi Covid-19serta langkah-langkah yang diambil pemerintah untuk menganggulangi dampak-dampak, terutama dampak dari segi ekonomi dan sosial akibat pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitianhukum yang digunakan yakni metode penelitian hukum normatif. Adapun pendekatan yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatankonseptual. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pengaturan perundang-undangan yang mengaturmengenai penanganan dan penganggulangan pandemi Covid-19 serta analisis atas konseppenetapan peraturan perundang-undangan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalamrangka penanganan Covid-19, berawal dari pemerintah tmengeluarkan kebijakan tentangPembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar yang merujuk pada Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun2018 tentang Kekarantinaan Kesehatan. This study aims to identify and analyze thepolicies taken by the government in handling the Covid-19 pandemic and the steps taken bythe government to mitigate the impacts, especially the economic and social impacts of theCovid-19 pandemic. The legal research method used is the normative legal research method. The approach used in this research is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Thisresearch is based on the legislation governing the handling and handling of the Covid-19pandemic as well as an analysis of the concept of establishing these laws and regulations. The results of this study are in the context of handling Covid-19, starting with thegovernment issuing a policy on Large-Scale Social Restrictions which refers to Law Number6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine. The beginning of 2020 is a new challenge for all countries affected by Covid 19, including Indonesia. The number of cases that continues to grow is a public concern. Even so, there are still many people who do not care about the dangers of the virus. Not only physically and psychologically, this global case also affects the economic condition of the community. One of the communities affected by the economy due to the Covid-19 pandemic is the people of Surien Village, Banda Aceh. This service activity aims to disseminate the prevention of Covid-19 transmission and assistance to strengthen the economy of the affected community in Surien Village, Meuraxa District, Banda Aceh City. The method used is to educate the public about health protocols that have been issued by the government to prevent transmission of the corona virus. Socialization was carried out by practicing and distributing brochures containing detailed health protocols such as wearing masks, physical distance from crowds and proper and proper hand washing methods tucked into the basic needs assistance. The results of these activities provide a deeper understanding to the public about the importance of wearing masks and washing hands properly for the early prevention of the spread of Covid-19. Providing basic food assistance is very useful for strengthening the economy of people who tend to be unprivileged during the Covid-19 pandemic issue.

Outbreaks of the new corona virus or Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) are increasingly felt in the domestic economy, especially in terms of consumption, corporate, financial sector, and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The existence of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) that has been declared by the government most of the activities involving the public are restricted, such as offices or offices that are closed, restrictions on religious activities and restrictions on public transportation. The business world has not been separated from the shadows of the Corona Covid-19 pandemic. Instead of diminishing, some countries have confirmed that they will experience a second wave of pandemic that began in Wuhan, China. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the impact of Covid-19 will have a widespread effect on business entities and the sustainability of business entities. This research is a descriptive study, using the literature method where research is conducted by studying and collecting data from libraries related to tools, both in the form of journals and scientific studies of research that has been published in public journals. The results of the study concluded that the impact on Covid-19 had a significant influence on the development of the business world. The biggest influences occur in the mall/supermarket, hospitality, manufacturing and various businesses related to the use of mass labor. In this study, not many scientific writers have focused on examining the impact of this 19 on the business world in general. Although the fact in the field of influence of Covid-19 is clearly seen the fact in the life of the wider community due to many businesses limit / lay off and even deduct workers' income from the value of income received.

This article discusses the efforts of the Indonesian Government in handling the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19). The handling strategies assessed by understanding the efforts, steps, and policies formulated and implemented by the government while the analysis used a deliberative policy analysis approach was used. This approach analyzes the narratives and arguments of the authorities to understand the decision making and policy implementation. The research used a qualitative approach by utilizing descriptive analysis methods. Then the data collection technique used literature studies. The findings found that, first, negative narratives and the slow response of the government. Before COVID-19 approached Indonesia, narratives delivered by the elite government showed that there was no sense of crisis so that it slow-down decision making. Second, weak coordination, especially between the central government and regional governments. This asynchronous coordination created uncertain handling for the control of Coronavirus. Third, citizen ignorance or disobey government instruction. The impact is, the handling effort has stalled because it is not supported by the wider community. The combination of these three factors complicates the government's efforts to control the outbreak of COVID-19 in Indonesia. Dengan memahami upaya, langkah, dan kebijakan yang diformulasi dan diimplementasikan oleh pemerintah maka dapat dinilai strategi penanganan tersebut. Untuk menganalisis kasus ini, pendekatan deliberative policy analysis digunakan. Pendekatan ini menganalisis narasi dan argumentasi pihak berwenang untuk memahami pembuatan keputusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan metode deskriptif analisis. Sementara itu, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan yang memanfaatkan buku, artikel jurnal, surat kabar, berita online, serta website lembaga-lembaga otoritatif. Temuan penting dari tulisan ini adalah, pertama, narasi negatif dan lambannya respons pemerintah atas penyebaran COVID-19. Narasi-narasi yang disampaikan oleh elite politik sebelum COVID-19 masuk ke Indonesia menunjukkan nihilnya perasaan adanya krisis (sense of crisis) yang mengancam sehingga memperlambat pengambilan keputusan. Kedua, lemahnya koordinasi antar-stakeholder, khususnya antara pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah. Ketidaksinkronan koordinasi ini mengakibatkan pengendalian virus korona menjadi terkatung-katung. Ketiga, ketidakacuhan atau ketidakpatuhan warga atas himbauan pemerintah. Impaknya, upaya penanganan menjadi tersendat karena tidak didukung oleh masyarakat luas. Kombinasi dari ketiga faktor inilah yang memperumit upaya pemerintah untuk mengendalikan penyebaran COVID-19 di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Indonesia, COVID-19, Virus Korona, Penanganan, Kebijakan

Central Government issues securities in financial markets to meet out its financial requirements for fulfilling its objectives towards overall economic and welfare development of the nation. Both money and capital markets help to float short term as well as long term securities before the public to tap their savings. Financial institutions, Banks, primary dealers and individuals are allowed to deal with financial securities. 182 Days Treasury Bill is also one of the instrument which cater the needs of deficit of the government.  This paper deals with   182 days treasury bills for  analysing the real return and trading of  182 days treasury bills in the secondary market and the impact of  monetary policy rates on average yield  on 182 days treasury bills and concluded that monetary policy rates have impact on 182 days treasury bills in India.

The study concentrates on the educational expenditure in India with a prior attention to the schemes and programmes introduced by the central government. Free and compulsory education for children between 6 to 14 years is a mile stone in the education sector. The government has introduced several programmes for the inclusiveness of all sections in to the mainstream. The enrolment of marginalised section was mainly by the impact of the step taken by the central government. The study tried to give an analytical view of the extensiveness with respect to the money spent by the government to create a successive story in the field of education. Various programmes were introduced by the central government to ensure education for all. Different schemes are implemented with a unique objective to give a perfect platform for educating the people; especially it is shown in the field of higher education. Many of the students are a part of the central schemes to fulfil their dream career through scholarships and education loans provided by the government. A large number of marginalised community were attracted by the Scholarships and educational loans provided by the government.
