प्रस्तुत लेखमा इन्द्रबहादुर राईको ।।।रातभरि हुरी चल्यो कथालाई हिप्पोली टेनको समाजशास्त्रीय मान्यताका आधारमा विश्लेषण गरिएको छ । यसमा लेखकको विषयपरिचय दिँदै हिप्पोली टेनको जाति (प्रजाति), क्षण (युग) र परिवेश (वातावरण) को सैद्धा(ि न्तक कसीमा आगमनात्मक तथा निगमनात्मक दुवै विधिको प्रयोग गरी निष्कर्षसम्म पुग्ने प्रयास भएको छ । रातभरि हुरी चल्यो कथामा दार्जिलिबको निम्नवर्गीय परिवारलाई आधार बनाएर उनीहरुले भोगिरहेको पीडालाई चित्रण गरिएका छ । कालेकी आमाजस्ता नेपाली मूलबाट बसाईं सरेर आएका नेपाली जातिको अवस्था सफल बन्न नसकेको, न्यूनवर्गीय परिवार जहाँ गए पनि समस्याबाट मुक्ति पाउन नसकेको, गाउँमा बस्ने मानिसले आफ्नो जीविकोपार्जनको निम्ति कृषि पेसा अपना( एको, गरिबीको कारणले चुहिने घरमा बस्नु परेको, सहरका मानिसहरूले बाँच्नका लागि पेसा र नोकरी गरेको, सहर र गाउँका मानिसहरुको भोगाइ, सोचाइ र खुवाइ अन्तर रहेको, दार्जिलिबको तत्कालीन ग्रामीण समाज र सहरी जीवनका विविध पक्षलाइउल्लेख गरिएको छ ।व्यक्तिका पीडा, बाध्यता र आन्तरिक वेदनालाई प्रस्तुत गर्ने सन्दर्भमा प्राकृतिक दूरी र वैचारिक दूरीलाई एकैसाथ प्रस्तुत गरिएका छ । कालेका बाआमाले भोगेको प्राकृतिक विपत्ति र पीडादायी मनोदशालाई हिप्पोली टेनको समाजशास्त्रीय मान्यताका आधारमा विश्लेषण गर्ने प्रयास गरिएको छ ।

Two forms or rather perspectives of observations appear alongside practice theories: The first perspective can be called the „theatre perspective“: practice here is observed as a regular, spatiotemporally ordered, socially structured, and therefore recognizable historical form of „practical doings and sayings“, in which participants are understood as mere carriers of practices and their bodies as the raw material for processes of formation. In the other perspective, understood as the perspective of the participants themselves, practices come into view as ongoing, conflictual, and contingent accomplishments, in which participants occur as intelligently collaborating contributors with so called „lived bodies“. These bodies are affectable, sites of experience, and media of a sensitivity that allow an embodied self to orientate itself (with)in a practice. This paper proposes a methodological mediation of both perspectives by taking into account both a sociological analysis of discipline, formation, or adjustment, and the reflexive sensing in action, which can be modeled phenomenologically. Thus, a „lived-body-in-accomplishment“ comes into view that serves the material basis of subjectivation procceses, i. e. the (self-)formation of a constitutionally conditioned (political) agency.

Relation between the different of religion comunity in the multicultural nation as in Indonesia be a natural phenomenon that it cannot be avoided. As to one of the problem that had appeared in this case is about wedding problem betweena moslem with the difference religion womans. Majority of the Indonesia religious scholars as scholar in Majelis Tarjih Muhammadiyah had been prohibiting wedding like that with various reason. while a part little of the contemporary moslem scholars have been permiting the wedding. The points which will discussed in this research is how is opinion of Majelis Tarjih Muhammadiyah about the law of wedding with the woman from Ahl Al-Kitab and its ijtihad methodology. This research should analyze the argumentation of the Majelis Tarjih that make forbidding a muslem married with the difference religion womans. This research using library research approach dan content analysis. The results of this research are: (1) Majelis Tarjih of Muhammadiyah forbidding the wedding with sad al-dzari’ah as its argumentation; (2) Majelis Tarjih’s opinion has been irrelevant because two reason, the mistake of methodology and the change of the Indonesian contemporary society (based on an empiric data). Keywords: Ahlu Kitab; Majelis Tarjih; Different Religion Marriage
