The essence and significance of strategic analysis in the process of determining the strategic direction of enterprise development are considered. Approaches to the implementation of strategic analysis of the external environment are studied, the tools and methods of its implementation are determined. It is established that the main methods of assessing the impact of environmental factors are PEST-analysis and SWOT analysis. The purpose of PEST-analysis is to determine the impact of political, legal, economic, socio-cultural, and technological aspects of the environment, which allows identifying environmental factors that most affect the activities of business structures, as well as to predict favorable or threatening dynamics of their impact. Given the globalization of society, deepening and exacerbation of global problems, it is proposed to supplement the matrix of PEST-analysis of macro-environmental factors with the block "Global Problems" which covers economic, energy, demographic, social, environmental, and other spheres of human existence to change the factors of the external environment form the corresponding changes in the internal environment. The PEST-analysis itself allows for the development of the factors of the new middle, as it infuses the most into the scope of the household structures, and also transfers it to the more friendly and threatens the dynamism with the inflow of the cich factors. Protest, then, it means, that the globalization of the suspension and the diagnosis of global problems of the people is fueled by the correlation of the efficiency of all social and economic systems. Therefore, it is important to add the PEST-analysis matrix with the “Global Problems / Global Problems” block, which inject me into the singing world, and start the development of all officials of the new middle middle class, right into the middle of the earth.

Purpose. The aim of the article is strategic analysis of the state of development of LLC “GALYCHMED”, identification of positive and negative trends and changes, identification, and awareness of the factors that cause inhibition of its development, search for priority ways and directions of development of the analysed enterprise. Methodology of research. To achieve this goal, a toolkit of research methods was used, namely: economic-statistical and calculation-analytical – to study the opportunities and threats to the external environment of the operation of LLC “GALYCHMED”, the strengths and weaknesses of the studied enterprise; matrix method of strategic analysis (SWOT-analysis) – to comprehensively reflect the results of the analysis of the external and internal environment of LLC “GALYCHMED”; problem-oriented – to substantiate the strategic directions and the potential scenario of solving the issues of development of the analysed enterprise; tabular – for visual display and effective perception of statistical data; induction and deduction – for concluding; logical – for the consistent generalization of theoretical and practical provisions of scientific research. Findings. SWOT analysis was performed according to the stages of filling in the SWOT matrix, processing (summarizing) results, and analysis of results. It is noted that the main purpose of SWOT analysis as a matrix method is to obtain reliable data on the company’s capabilities and threats to its promotion in the market of goods and services, so before SWOT analysis are the following tasks: identifying marketing opportunities that meet the company’s resources; identification of marketing threats and development of measures to neutralize their impact; identifying the strengths of the enterprise and comparing them with market opportunities; identification of enterprise weaknesses and development of strategic directions for overcoming them; identification of competitive advantages of the enterprise and formation of its strategic priorities. It is established that the influence of the macroenvironment is negative and the mesoenvironment is positive. The most important factors of positive influence are the attitude of the buyer to the product, the population, the attitude of people to work, and so on. Among the most negative factors are inflation, the social situation in the country and the world (COVID-19), financial crisis, slowing economic growth, the purchasing power of the population, industry competitors, potential competitors, and more. The following advantages of the analysed enterprise are determined: the goods sold by the enterprise; quality of services; state of the sales system; market share; availability of credit; enterprise assets; net profit. It is proved that the unstable financial market due to the pandemic, the devaluation of the national currency, the situation in the banking sector, losses in the area of environmental protection in eastern Ukraine, as well as other factors negatively affected the trading activities of LLC “GALYCHMED”. In most retailers, costs have risen and profits have fallen, prompting more conservative pricing and spending cuts. Originality. The application of SWOT analysis has been further developed, which allows to selection measures to ensure the economic growth of the enterprise, systematize problem situations, identify and use new potentials faster than competitors, avoid dangers, make informed decisions about small business development, and prevent irrational use of financial assets. This technique is an effective, affordable, cheap way to assess the state of the problem and management situation in small businesses. Practical value. The results of the SWOT analysis are recommended for use by the researched enterprise (LLC “GALYCHMED”) and other retail enterprises to determine the development strategy, for market analysis and study of competitiveness, but each time it must be adapted to the specifics of the enterprise. Purpose: The modern city with its complex structure and dynamics is an important part of the tourist space, which has become especially attractive for travelers who tirelessly exploring the cultural heritage. Hotels, restaurants, amusement parks and other tourist infrastructure actively invading the urban environment changed the usual composition of the city. During the trip, tourists buy not only goods and services, they perceive the image of the city as a synthesis of impressions from the movement in the urban space, exploring it from different points of view, at different times of the day and in different seasons. Methodology: To assess the impact of environmental factors on the activities of catering enterprises of the Belgorod region and the quality of customer service, the authors proposed a method using STEP-analysis and SWOT-analysis. The analysis of environmental factors was carried out on the basis of the expert evaluation results conducted in two stages. Result: In tourism, the food infrastructure acts as an important element of entertainment and knowledge of local culture. Food is not just a common need of every person; tourists see it as entertainment and pleasure. Food of different peoples and even areas is usually very peculiar, so attractive to tourists. Catering infrastructure as an integral part of the hospitality industry should have a significant potential for adaptability, providing an opportunity for catering enterprises to respond quickly to frequent changes in the situation of the unstable tourism market, as well as to comply with the requirements of the destination brand. Applications: This research can be used for universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of The Infrastructure of Public Catering In the Context of Tourist City Space Development is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner.

In this article, the authors propose a study of modern trends in the development of housing and communal services in Russia. They analysed the latest studies on the topic and identified the most popular areas of development. The authors strategically analysed the internal and external environment of the industry using the method of SWOT analysis and surveyed specialists and managers of enterprises of housing and communal services. As a result of a critical evaluation of the existing popular development areas in the housing and utilities sector, the authors formulated the main priority areas for the development of the industry. They proposed development tasks for each area. The implementation of the tasks, according to the authors, will ensure sustainable development of the housing and communal services industry. This study is significant for the development of the theory of strategic management in the field of housing and communal services. The work is of great practical importance, as it acts as a guideline for conducting strategic analysis and developing strategies for enterprises of the housing and communal complex, and also allows determining the main directions and trends in the development of housing and communal services in Russia.

Abstract It goes without saying that Garments industry of Bangladesh has drawn a special attention to the mass people in the world because of being both cost leader and quality leader at the same time. The purpose of this research paper is to analyze the garments industry in Bangladesh which is going to be an emerging tiger in the world economy. It also aims to assess the impact of macro-environmental factors affecting the industry by PESTEL analysis. Again, five forces model has been analyzed to assess the impacts of competitive external factors on the Garments industry in Bangladesh. Furthermore, Garments sector competitive responses to the primary issues affecting the industry have been evaluated here. It also outlines the primary external influences to which this industry is subject. In this case, SWOT analysis has been conducted to assess the competitive position of this industry in comparison with the global perspective. The study suggests that total export is highly correlated with the exports of garments. It also finds that there is severe lacking in the safety and security compliance, wages and compensations and code of conduct of the current organizations. Moreover, GSP facility withdrawn can impact severely on the ready made garments of Bangladesh to compete with price in the international market with China, India and Vietnam etc. The ready made garments sector of Bangladesh is enjoying cost leadership as a source of completive advantage because of cheap labor. Finally, the study would like to recommend for further improvement of garment sector in Bangladesh.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to see the right strategy to be applied at PT. Bankaltimtara Tenggarong based on  SWOT analysis. The impact of the global economic crisis, which attacks the banking sector.  that some of banks experience enough problems such as customer savings to become unsecured, resulting in public distrust of the bank for their savings guarantee. Another impact is that the amount of funds that can be collected from the public to the bank is decreasing, so that the bank finds it difficult to turn its cash flow, and various other impacts. internal sample of 63 people and external as many as 74 customers. Data that can be analyzed using theoretical basics, namely SWOT analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of PT. Bankaltimtara Tenggarong and identify factors of opportunities and threats that come from the external environment. Based on the SWOT analysis conducted, PT Bank Kaltimtara can obtain several marketing strategies, namely: Increasing various types of competitive banking products. a). Increase customer loyalty and expand services to remote villages. b) Increase promotion to be known to remote villages. c) Focus on BUMDes and SMEs targets. d). Abstract Introduction. Numerous international and local organisations and agencies have in the past 15 years dealt with various issues and problems related to tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Often, they have accentuated the large potential for tourism development and improvement, particularly when it comes to spa tourism. Although all elements necessary for development (tradition, accommodation capacities, natural resources, and traffic connections) are present, the “Banja Vrućica” spa is still unable to respond to modern tourism market demands so that it can contribute to the economic growth and development in the national and local economies. The successful running of a tourist destination requires the formulation of long-term goals and decisions, reached through a process of strategic management. The aim of this article is to use strategic analysis as a means of identifying the possibilities of introducing new sport-recreational offers with a higher quality of service provision aligned with consumer needs, which would help the Vrućica spa to become more attractive and profitable. Material and methods. After selecting factors of the internal and external environment which influence sport tourism at the spa, the intensity of the impact of each factor was determined through the use of SWOT analysis. Then, by multiplying the average impact of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats matched in the SWOT Matrix, a polygon SWOT analysis of the strategy was carried out. Conclusion. Having analysed the “Banja Vrućica” spa’s environment and having quantified the results, we reached the conclusion that the best solution is to form and implement a WO strategy with regard to sport tourism at the spa, meaning a shift in strategy aimed at keeping the existing activities and structures and developing new products and a new approach to the market.

The article presents an assessment of the activities of the construction company from the Tyumen city. An important stage in developing an effective strategy of the company is strategic analysis, which should give a real assessment of own resources and capabilities in relation to the state (and needs) of the external environment in which the firm operates. On the basis of this analysis, rational choice of strategies from a possible set of options should occur. The conducted SWOT- analysis has allowed to formulate the potential directions, capable to make financial indicators of the construction company much better.

The purpose of the study is to visualize the results of marketing analysis of the current state and prospects of ICT business. The impact of the use of technology on the activities of enterprises is assessed. The study used the method of SWOT-analysis to assess the internal and external environment of the industry. PEST analysis to study the external environment that may affect the industry. Trend forecasting method for calculating the number of enterprises that will use ICT. ABC analysis to determine the most promising services for specialized educational institutions. The analysis revealed weaknesses (insufficient number of marketing specialists, lack of domestic technology equipment of the required class of quality and productivity) and threats (unpredictable course and consequences of Covid-19, the tendency to reduce scientists and the share of enterprises implementing innovations) in the field of ICT and enterprises. In the activities of the computer academy «STEP» there is a group of services that bring the most profit. It is investigated that «STEP» has significant advantages over competitors. The proposed results of the study can be used in the further working of enterprises. In particular, the academy to promote its services in the education market focuses more on the site, site service and mobile application «Mystat», the social network Facebook. These communication channels are the best channel of connection between the educational establishment and service users. The use of information and communication technologies by enterprises allows them to work more productively in their field and communicate better with potential consumers.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) has been viewed as capable of addressing the problems of the construction industry. Hitherto, some firms have acknowledged BIM as a novel way to work and gone on to record success, others (which have not so done) have elevated such questions as: ‘How is BIM defined? Is it a tool or a process? Which breeds and sizes of organizations stand to value from BIM?’ These questions formulate the basis of this research. Most of the buildings projects suffered from cumulative total cost and duration in Joran, therefore, there is a dire need for implementing BIM to control the claims in buildings projects in Jordan. This research study was pragmatic to assess the impact of implementation of BIM in building projects and to clarify its effect on controlling the claims that can be avoided by using BIM. The proposed BIM adoption plan is developed to analyze in depth by strategic analysis tools. PESTEL analysis is apprehensive about six issues; political, economic, socio- cultural, environmental, technological, and legal. Complete SWOT analysis is used as planning tool to understand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, these strategic analysis tools aids to propose BIM adoption plan for building project describes by ADKAR change management model ; awareness ,desire ,knowledge ,ability and reinforcement. The outcomes of the research demonstrated that successful projects performed in the organizations that have used BIM is established on its adoption as a tool of technology, rather than as a process; a tool that transform the way, work in the construction industry is archetypally done. Additionally, the accomplishments recorded in the firms researched give credibility to project success consequent upon adopting BIM. Nonetheless, the conclusions of this research illustrate that the foundation of this success is leadership-driven innovation.
