The attraction and mobility of senior educational talents hinge on the talent cultivation and incentive mechanism of various enterprises. If the mechanism is imperfect, the talents will be less active and creative in work, and the enterprises will underperform in the long term. This paper combines literature review, questionnaire survey, and mathematical analysis to summarize the current situation of the cultivation and incentive mechanism of senior educational talents in an enterprise in a region, and analyze the defects of the existing mechanism. The results show that: the senior educational talents have not received sufficient compensations or incentive measures; the employees do not have a smooth promotion channel; the enterprise fails to issue clear and innovative reward policies. To address these defects, this paper proposes improvement measures and optimization schemes: To boost the enthusiasm and creativity of employees in work, the enterprises should give full play to the personal values of senior educational talents, strive to introduce more excellent talents, and establish a sound salary distribution system and reasonable promotion polices. The research results lay a theoretical basis for enterprises to cultivate and absorb the necessary senior educational talents.

This study aims to probe into causal relationship among serious leisure traits, leisure internal motivation, leisure benefits and sense of happiness and further examines the moderating roles of leisure internal motivation and leisure benefits. Research design is based on questionnaire survey. Bicyclists of 2009 Giant Cup, 2009 Mountain Tour and Sea Appreciation, Challenge 100 cycling in Miaoli and 2009 Taichung 100K Cycling Race are treated as the subjects. The researcher conducts investigation on the fields by convenience sampling and acquires 500 valid samples. According to research findings, serious leisure traits positively influence leisure internal motivation, leisure benefits and sense of happiness. Leisure internal motivation positively influences leisure benefits and sense of happiness. Leisure benefits positively influence sense of happiness. Leisure internal motivation and leisure benefits play partial moderating roles between serious leisure traits and sense of happiness. Overall explained power of serious leisure traits, leisure internal motivation and leisure benefits on sense of happiness is 88%. Research findings aim to serve as reference for governmental departments in the promotion of bicycle activities, private bicycle groups or firms strategies of bicycle activities and market expansion and future academic studies.

Petri nets have structure and behavior properties, it is convenient to analyze some complex system based on its mathematical analysis methods. Online top-up system is an open network system. The modeling method of this system based on general Petri net has some limitations. A new modeling method based on open Petri net to study online top-up system is proposed, and analyze the open Petri net model by T-invariant. This method laid a foundation for the study of open online top-up system.

The main purpose of this article is to describe and validate/test a set of hypothetical traits of the theology students from two important Romanian universities regarding their migration attitudes after graduation. The study is based on a consistent questionnaire survey, both in terms of architecture of variables and number of complete responses. After cleaning, processing and doing all the required derivations on the original data, statistical analysis methods have been applied. The results have brought solid arguments to validate all the hypotheses that marked the starting point of this study. They finally proved the importance of specific personal motivations and personality traits as key enablers of the decision to emigrate in the Western Europe.
