The technology of reengineering of specialized information systems is offered, which allows determining the option of reengineering of automated working places, which will maximize the effect of specialized information system, namely, completeness and reliability of information support of business processes, in a limited budget.The article analyzes the existing approaches to reengineering of information systems, methods and models used to form a rational version of design solutions, identifies the features of reengineering of specialized information systems, formed the technology of reengineering of specialized information systems. The proposed technology of reengineering of specialized information systems can be used to improve the performance of the organization, which depends on the completeness and reliability of information support of business processes.

The research goal is to identify and analyze the need of accounting information system related to the revenue cycle at PT XYZ. This paper designing the useful of accounting information systems to support the current business processes, especially on the revenue cycle process. The design method is an Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) which refers to the modeling and design requirements discipline. And the result achieved by analysis and design of accounting information systems can support current activities of the revenue cycle, especially for the documentation and store of transaction data, and generate reports in accordance with company requirements. Conclusions derived from the analysis and design is the implementation of a webbased application that can help PT XYZ to do the work in different places, such as marketing office, head office and especially at the exhibition. PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of tires. Good business strategy is necessary for the company to compete with local competitors as well as with other companies in the group XYZ. Business strategy is also needed in order to achieve its goal in providing the best services for customers. Support the implementation of information systems and information technology is needed to support the company's business strategy. Planning of the Enterprise Architecture is necessary for the company to run its business processes. Enterprise architecture is composed of the Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture and Technology Architecture. Business processes and organizational activities executed using the data collected, managed, secured and distributed using applications, both custom applications and common applications that run over the technology infrastructure and computer networks. The research report in this thesis discusses about planning the Enterprise Architecture of Manufacturing Information System Architecture Based Cloud Computing using TOGAF, a case study in PT.XYZ. In planning this architecture using the TOGAF-ADM to pass the following stages: Defining planning the Architecture Vision, Planning the Business Architecture, Planning the Information System Architecture, Planning the Technology Architecture, Solutions and Opportunities, Migration Planning, Implementation Management, and Change Management Architecture. The research process is done by looking at the business strategy on the manufacturing process and products distribution from PT. XYZ. The results of this study are planning the enterprise architecture of manufacturing information system at PT. XYZ to support the implementation of enterprise information systems as a whole, to solve the integration problems of information systems, and improve effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of information technology infrastructure.

Relevance of the material stated in article is caused by urgent needs of society in creation of administrative information systems, in particular Information system of planning of scientific researches in National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine on Internet basis (ІС "Planning"). Information and technological support of processes of planning of scientific researches which are carried out in scientific institutions of NAPS of Ukraine is the purpose of creation of this system. The parameters of the functional maintenance of the informative system are pointed in the article, technology of treatment of documents on planning of scientific researches, scheme of routes of working of separate documents, and proper diagrams of their business-processes, on the basis of which using programmatic facilities of Microsoft Sharepoint the functions of programming are automatized, is examined.

В условиях развития информационного общества (Knowledgeable society - KS) информационные системы стали неотъемлемой частью любой организации, даже самой малой, независимо от реализуемых ими бизнес-процессов. Такие информационные системы принято называть корпоративными информационными системами (КИС), или Corporate Information System (CIS). Особые требования при разработке КИС предъявляются к обеспечению их информационной безопасности, что может быть реализовано путем разработки КИС в защищенном исполнении. Технологии blockchain являются очень перспективными не только при применении их в традиционных сферах - производстве, сервисе, на транспорте, но и для решения проблем безопасности и информационной, в частности. Анализу данной проблемы и подходам к ее решению и посвящена данная статья. At present, in the context of the development of Knowledgeable society, information systems are at now an integral part of any organization, even the smallest, regardless of the business processes they implement. Such information systems are commonly referred to as Corporate Information Systems (CIS). Information systems in a company play an important role in the progress and management of a company as well as in the zuper rental system that is to be able to support and provide satisfactory services to each customer. The system that exists in some futsal fields in general is still simple with menual management, most of the problems that are often encountered are the process of recording data and transactions requiring a long time. The possibility of errors in writing a data and the security of the document is not guaranteed, because many lost documents will make it difficult for you to do a data search or report printing. Efficiency of business processes in modern organizations depends on the capabilities of applied information technologies. The article describes and analyzes the role and features of audit tools and other methodological tools and models in ensuring the quality and security of information systems. The standard’s principles are reviewed, as well as the importance of meeting business needs. In order to protect virtual values in a company’s system environment, the importance of using information security models is revealed. Practical proposals in risk management and information security in information technology are analyzed through the COBIT standard. Measures for protecting the information system of an organization from accidental, deliberate or fake threats are considered. The possibility of using one of the real information security models by the information recipient or provider in accordance with the requirements of external processes is reported. Furthermore, in connection with increase in the number of attack methods and techniques and development of their new tools and vectors, the need to improve and ways to ensure information security are being considered. The essential tasks of security audit are considered, and the stages of their implementation are described. With regard to security of information systems, an analytical model is proposed for determining vulnerability’s numerical value.

The GKJ Synod is one of the Church Foundations located in Salatiga which is an institution that focuses on the field of information data center and media services for the GKJ Synod. The Salatiga GKJ Synod currently has a system but still has problems with Information System problems that have not been implemented optimally, so there are often obstacles when doing work. Because it does not run quickly and well, therefore an Information System Strategic Planning is needed, this research aims to be able to help the business processes contained in the GKJ Synod implement information systems in the organization to run well. The purpose of this research is to propose and plan using the method Enterprise Architecture Planning. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is the process of defining the architecture in the use of information systems to support the architecture implementation plan. By using the approach, the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP)method can help the GKJ Salatiga synod to plan data quality oriented to business needs in order to achieve and support business goals for agencies and organizations, besides that, the advantages of using Enterprise Architecture Planning are a supporting method for making decisions and good planning for an organization.

 Tutoring institution is an organization which focuses in education. The objective of this institution is improving the quality of learning of all students to achieve the desired target. The operational activities of this institution consist of registration, scheduling, evaluation, and administration supporters. It will be less effective if the processes are done manually. Therefore, many institutions are starting to restructure the model of information systems to support the company’s operations. This study describes about designing an information system model using object oriented approach based on the methodology introduced by Satzinger, where each phase is represented by using UML diagrams. The result achieved in this research is to produce a general model of information systems in supporting the operations of a tutoring institution. Designing an information system that is compatible with business processes can maximize the company's operations to run efficiently and effectively so as provides a competitive advantage from its competitors.
