This study aims to find out how intrinsic and extrinsic motivation affects students of the Social Sciences Department of SMA N I Suliki District in choosing cross-interest of Science. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. The research instrument is a set of questionnaire. Samples were taken with a total sampling technique, then the subjects of this study were all students of class X majoring in Social Sciences who chose cross interest of Science, amounting to 126 people, data analysis technique is a percentage technique. Based on the results of data analysis, intrinsic motivation that influences the selection of cross-student interests is as follows: based on ideals of 70.58%, based on student abilities of 69.44%, based on student conditions of 70.33%, based on interests of 66.93 %, based on the attitude of 75.06%, while extrinsic motivation that influences the selection of students' cross-interest is as follows; based on family encouragement of 62.56%, encouragement of friends 59.32%, employment opportunities of 69.57% and opportunities to continue study 61.50%. Whereas based on sub-variables, intrinsic motivation was found to influence the cross-selection of scientific interest by 70.48% (in the good category) and extrinsic motivation by 62.75% (in the good category). This study aims to determine the level of motivation of students majoring in Social Sciences (IS) in SMA N I Suliki District in choosing Biology cross-interests. Method, this research is quantitative with quantitative descriptive approach. Samples were taken by total sampling technique. The subjects in this study were all grade X students majoring in IS N NI High School in Suliki District who chose cross biology interest totaling 126 people, the data analysis technique was a percentage technique. The results of data analysis showed IS majoring students at SMAN 1 Kec. Suliki chose biology interest based on intrinsic motivation of 70.48% (good) and based on extrinsic motivation of 62.75% (good). Conclusion, the motivation of students majoring in Social Sciences (IS) in choosing cross-interests of biology both intrinsically and extrinsically is good. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between product quality and price with the interest of buying consumer Ole-Ole Futsal Bung Tomo. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 30 respondents taken by the snowball effect method. The data analysis technique in this study usedcorrelation test analysis Spearman rank. The calculation process was aided by theapplication program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM SPSS Statistics 20). The results of this study indicate that a correlation of 0.877 means that it is very strong and based on calculations, the product quality variable with consumer buying interest has a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected, the product quality is significantly associated with consumer buying interest. And the price variable shows that there is a correlation of 0.738 which means strong and based on calculations, the price variable with consumer buying interest has a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 so Ho is rejected, then the price is significantly associated with consumer buying interest.

This study aims to examine the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity, and auditor independence on auditor performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample of 35 respondents from 14 Public Accounting Firms in the Jakarta. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 24 program. The results show that: role conflict does not affect auditor performance, role ambiguity does not affect auditor performance, and auditor independence do not affect auditor performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. This study also aims to examine whether job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable on the influence of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment to the employees of the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of Sleman Regency. This study uses the Associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Sleman Regency, with a sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression, Sobel test, coefficient of determination, and standard beta. This study resulted in the findings that organizational culture has an effect on job satisfaction, and intrinsic motivation has an effect on job satisfaction. Likewise, organizational culture influences affective commitment. However, intrinsic motivation has no effect on affective commitment. Other findings show that job satisfaction has an effect on affective commitment. This study also produces findings that job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational culture on affective commitment, and job satisfaction also mediates the effect of intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. The problem of this research was initiated by the learning process of Physical, Sport and Health Education which was not run well. This research was aimed at revealing the students’ intrinsic and extrinsic motivation toward the learning process of Physical, Sport and Health Education subject at SMP N 1 Kota Payakumbuh. This was a descriptive research. The population of the research was all of students (287) in grade VIII of SMP N 4 Kota Payakumbuh. By using random sampling technique, 20% (55 students) of the population were takenas the sample. The data were obtained by making use of the questionnaire of Gudman’s scale. The data gathered then were analyzed by using statistic of descriptive percentage. Based on the results of data analysis, it was figured out that: 1) the students’ intrinsic motivation toward Physical, Sport and Health Education subject at SMP N 4 Kota Payakumbuh is 44.6% (average), and 2) thestudents’ extrinsic motivation toward Physical, Sport and Health Education subject is 41.8% (average). From these results, it is concluded that the students’ motivation toward Physical, Sport and Health Education subject, in general, is in average category.

This study is to study the effect of internal control and individual morality on fraudulent transportation orders based online at PT. Go-Jek, City of Padang. This research is quantitative research with primary data from questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population of this research is a car and motorcycle driver, PT. Go-Jek in Padang City. The purposive sampling technique of sampling and a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis technique is data quality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test consisting of multiple linear regression tests using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that internal control and individual morality have a negative and significant influence on order fraud

This research aims to find out the effect of work discipline on the performance of employees on E-warong KUBE PKH at social empowerment and Poor People’s Management of Pekanbaru’s Sosial Department. This research is a quantitative research with an associative approach. Operational definition includes indicators and Discipline Variable (X) namely attendance, obedience to work standards, high alertness, and athical work. Then the performance variable (Y) is productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. This research has a population of 39 people from the Office of Social Services in Pekanbaru, the sampling teachnique using the census method is the overall retrieval of the existing population. Data collection techniques used was Observation, Questionnaire and Documentation. Measurement data used is the Likert Scale. The data analysis technique used is Simple regression.Conclusions based on data analysis and testing of the resulting hypothesis, namely the influence of Discipline on the Performance of Supervisors on the E-warong KUBE PKH in the field of social empowerment and poor handling of the Social Service of Pekanbaru City obtained the results of Y = 14,576 + 0,722x and Significant t results of 72%. Then based on the test results of the Guerdian of the E-warong KUBE PKH in the field of social empowerment and the managent of the poor, Pekanbaru social services were 55,4%.

This research aim to determine the effect of brand image, advertising and word of mouth on Wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions in UNIBA surakarta. This research uses quantitative research type. Population of this research is UNIBA female students majoring in economics and taken 100 people as samples. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were obtained by giving questionnaires to student who use or ever use Wardah cosmetic at least once. Data analysis technique using multiple linier regression. The result of data analysis found that brand image, advertising and Word of mouth have effect to purchasing decision simultaneously or partially. This research aims to analyze the effect of bank scale and Loan to Deposit Ratio toward profita-bility within the credit risk as moderating variable in banking companies that listed on 2014-2018 Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research include of banking companies that has listed on 2014-2018 Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sam-pling, in order to obtain 28 companies within 5 years of observations to 140 observations. The data analysis used Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The data analysis technique was done by residual test. The results of this research showed that bank scale has posi-tive and significant influence on profitability, loan to deposit ratio has no influence on profitabil-ity, the risk of bank is unable to moderate the effect of bank scale on profitability and the risk of bank is unable to moderate the effect of loan to deposit ratio on profitability. The scale of bank and loan to deposit ratio can explain the profitability of 27.3% while the other 72.7% was ex-plained by other variables outside of study. It is recommended for companies to increase supervi-sion of asset management, thus the scale of bank will be better and maintain the balance of LDR based on Indonesian Bank regulation number 15/ 7/ PBI / 2013 Article 10 of 78-92% with the aim of increasing profitability.
