The article defines the Factory of the Future as a modern organizational concept of production and as a new type of industrial architecture. The concept of awareness as an important property of the architectural environment of the newest production facilities is disclosed. The main methods of its formation are listed and described. Examples of manufacturing facilities implementing awareness in its architecture are given. The conclusions about the positive impact of the awareness on the functioning of high-tech production facilities and Factories of the Future are made.

The article considers the need to develop a fundamentally new concept of industrial architecture – "smart factory". The factors that influence the architectural solutions of contemporary enterprises are listed. The principles of forming the architecture of "smart factories" are formulated and unveiled. Examples of production facilities that meet these principles are given. The conclusion about the positive impact of these principles on the architecture of high-tech industrial facilities is made.

This paper discusses the possibilities of applying Virtual Reality (VR) technologies to Manufacturing Engineering, and in particular assesses its role in the Factory of the Future (FoF). We review, classify and compare the recommendations given by four major European reports on the challenges that have to be met for a successful deployment of the FoF, and we identify the potential contributions of VR to this vision in terms of new technologies, worker-factory relationship, modular infrastructure and production efficiency. We argue that VR can be a key technology to support the FoF at all levels of the Systems Engineering approach, either directly by applying it in standard engineering processes, or indirectly by leveraging other useful technologies.

The role of automation in industrial development was highlighted. We discussed the significance of automation for creating the factory of the future. We presented the basic criteria of efficiency of automated factories. We analyzed the experience of creating automated factories, indicated the basic scientific-technical problems related to automation of production and suggested the ways to overcome them. We listed the basic factors of scientific-technical progress that should be the basis for automation of production and indicated its basic elements. We showed the role of technological equipment, tools and accessories. We analyzed the results of state support of industry.

Current trends in manufacturing, which are based on customisation and gradually customised production, are becoming the main initiator for the development of new manufacturing approaches. New manufacturing approaches are counted as the application of new behavioural management patterns that calculate the retained competencies of decision-making by the individual members of the system agent; the production becomes decentralised. The interaction of the members of such a system creates emergent behaviour, where the result cannot be accurately determined by ordinary methods and simulation must be applied. Modelling and simulation will, therefore, be an integral part of the planning and control of the processes of factories of the future. The purpose of the article is to describe the use of modelling and simulation processes in factories of the future. The first part of the article describes new manufacturing concepts that will be used in factories of the future, with a description of modelling and simulation routing in the frame of Industry 4.0. The next section describes how simulation is used for the control of manufacturing processes in factories of the future. The included subsection describes the implementation of this suggested pattern in the laboratory of ZIMS (Zilina Intelligent Manufacturing System), with an example of a metamodeling application and the results obtained.

The article describes the experience of conducting a theoretical cycle for medical University students in isolation of students and teachers. The author analyzes a survey of students about their studies and life in quarantine, as well as teachers about the difficulties of organizing distance learning. The author concludes that this situation is a good forced experience for the organization of the educational process in the future.

The article highlights the problems and prospects of human development, which is the basis for the long-term strategies of social and economic growth of different countries and regions at the present stage. Submitting strategies of this type provides an opportunity to focus on individual empowerment and to build a favorable environment for effective management decisions in the field of forming, maintaining, and restoring human potential. The analysis of the Vinnytsia region human potential dynamics in the regional system of social and economic development factors was carried out. Application of generalized assessment of the regional human development index components allowed the identification of the main trends that characterize the formation of human potential of the territory, including the reproduction of the population, social environment, comfort and quality of life, well-being, decent work, and education. The article emphasizes that despite some positive changes in the social and economic situation of the region and in assessing the parameters of its human development level relative to other regions of Ukraine, Vinnytsia region is now losing its human potential due to negative demographic situation and migration to other regions and countries. The main reason for such dynamics is proven to be related to the outdated structure of the region's economy, the predominance of the agricultural sector, the lack of progressive transformations in the development of high-tech fields of the economy. An important factor is the low level of urbanization of the region, which leads to the spread of less attractive working conditions and less comfortable living conditions. The key factors that cause the growth of urbanization in the region have been identified, including the significant positive impact of the transport and social infrastructure expansion, the lack of which in rural areas leads to a decrease in the level and comfort of life. Without progressive structural changes in the economy and the resettlement system, the loss of human potential will continue.

With highly developed social media, English learning Applications have become a new type of mobile learning resources, and online comments posted by users after using them have not only become an important source of intellectual competition for enterprises, but can also help understand customers’ requirements, thereby improving product functionalities and service quality, and solve the pain points of product iteration and innovation. Based on this, this paper crawled the online user comments of three typical APPs (BaiCiZhan, MoMoBeiDanCi and BuBeiDanCi), through emotion analysis and hotspot mining technology, to obtain user requirements and then the K-means clustering method was used to analyze user requirements. Finally, quantile regression is used to find out which user needs have an impact on the downloads of English vocabulary APPs. The results show that: (1) Positive comments have a more significant impact on users’ downloads behavior than negative online comments. (2) English vocabulary APPs with higher downloads, both the 5-star user ratings and the increase of emotional requirement have a negative effect on the increase in APP downloads, while the enterprise’s service requirement improvement has a positive effect on the increase of APP downloads. (3) Regarding English vocabulary APPs with average or high downloads, improving the adaptability and Appearance requirements have significant negative impact on downloads. (4) The functional requirements to improve products will have a significant positive impact on the increase in downloads of English vocabulary APPs.
