This paper discusses internal and external factors in increasing employee work motivation at the five people sub-district office during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research that researchers use is a type of research that is descriptive field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is to use observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique that the author uses in this study is in the form of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The results of the research that the authors get are that the Communication Strategy in increasing Employee Work Motivation at the Lima Kaum Sub-District Office in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period is by monitoring and evaluating, holding meetings with employees at least once a month, establishing good relationships with employees, and completing needs. employees at work.

In this study formulated two problems, namely how the ability of students SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman in reading the Qur'an and how the factors that cause the inability of students SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman in reading the Qur'an. Objectives are achieved to determine the ability to read students SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman in reading the Qur'an and know the factors that cause students unable to read the Qur'an.The type of research used qualitative research. Qualitative research is intended to researchers do not treat so that data obtained in the form of data in accordance with events in the field. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique is done by three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results of this study can be seen that the ability to read students SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman in reading the Qur'an can still be said in basic skills. The learning process of BTQ extracurricular activities conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman is in accordance with the guidance and guidance that exist but the implementation is different because of the lack of time that must collide with other extracurricular. Thus it can be concluded that the improvement of students' reading ability is still slow. This can be influenced by several factors such as the execution time of BTQ extracurricular activities, the supporting tools of BTQ activities which are still minimal and only using the Teachers book, as well as internal and external factors of the students themselves.

Motivation to learn is one of the factors that influence learning success. The greater the motivation to learn, the greater the opportunity to achieve learning success. The zoning system is a policy for admitting new students by using the distance between the studeZnt's residence and the school. With this system, the implementation of the admission of new students is no longer seen in terms of value. So the zoning system will undermine learning motivation. Because to enter your favorite school, you don't need high grades and abilities. The formulation of the problem discussed is how the zoning system is implemented in SMP Negeri 1 Majenang, what factors affect student motivation, how is the impact of the zoning system on the learning motivation of SMP Negeri 1 Majenang students. The aim is to provide an overview of the impact of the zoning system on student motivation at SMP Negeri 1 Majenang. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observation. The analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the research on the impact of the zoning system on the learning motivation of students of SMP Negeri 1 Majenang as a whole are still relatively good with a percentage of 65%. Factors that influence student learning motivation consist of internal and external factors. The grouping system implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Majenang makes learning more effective and efficient.

Education is one of the basic things tha must be obtaned by citizen in every country. This research is motivated by there are complaints from parents who do not have time to prepare food for their children who attend school too late in the morning. However, there are students or teachers who come late and don’t break the rules. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of regent regulations related to school hours rules. The theory used in this research is the theory of Edward III which includes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method use is descriptive research reluctant to use qualitative approach. The data collection technique is direct observation, in-depth interview, library study, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the study show that the policy of school hours at 06.00 is not appropriate to be implemented. Therefore, some improvements are needed regarding the policy regulations.

<p>This study aims to determine: 1) the principles of financing agreement murabaha and Ijarah in accordance with Islamic law, 2) the implementation of the financing agreement murabaha and Ijarah, and 3) the factors that caused the broken promise in murabaha and ijarah financing agreement in BMT Fastabiq Jepara well as a way to resolve. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach, the research has the characteristics that the data declared in a state appropriately or as their (natural setting), with no change in the shape of symbols or numbers and descriptive based on questions how. And data processing technique is to use a qualitative descriptive technique. The results of the analysis show that: 1) The principles of murabaha financing agreement on BMT Fastabiq Jepara accordance with Islamic sharia as the murabaha financing agreement executed included also wakalah. The principle of Ijarah financing agreement yet on BMT Fastabiq Jepara accordance with Islamic sharia because it is not included wakalah in it. 2) Execution of Murabahah and Ijarah financing agreement in Jepara Fastabiq BMT carried out according to established procedures BMT Fastabiq Jepara. And 3) the factors that led to broken promises in murabaha and Ijarah financing agreement in BMT Fastabiq Jepara is internal and external factors. The steps undertaken BMT Fastabiq Jepara in overcoming these factors include identifying the problem, if there is a problem that complicated it will be a step family, but if they can not be resolved then it will be taken legal action.</p>

One of the important components involved in teacher coaching is supervisors. Madrasah supervisors are people who are given the task and responsibility of assisting teachers to overcome teaching difficulties and improve the professionalism of teachers in learning. In today's era of education reform and autonomy, guidance on supervisory professionalism is essential in driving education through its basic duties and functions. The main duties of supervisors are as coordinators, consultants, motivators, evaluators, and portray leadership in educational activities. To carry out these basic tasks, the education supervisor should be competent with his/her duties. This research uses a qualitative approach with field research that is ¬descriptive and uses two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Some of the conclusions obtained in this study, namely: 1) Objective conditions of implementation of the supervision process in strengthening teacher professionalism are carried out in a runout starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning; 2) Supervision efforts in strengthening teacher professionalism, namely by helping teachers make learning planning, present learning, vaccinate learning, manage classes, develop curriculum, evaluate curriculum, and evaluate themselves; 3) Supporting factors and inhibition of the implementation of supervisory professionalism in strengthening teacher professionalism, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely work motivation, dedication, discipline, religious motivation, academic qualifications, and competence. While the external factors are policy, personnel, facilities, and leadership. The factors that become obstacles to the implementation of supervision are the recruitment of supervisors, placement, assignment, empowerment of supervisors, quality and quantity, communication media, the existence of pokjawas, facilities / sectarian, discipline, and work motivation as well as guidelines for the implementation of supervisory duties.

Abstrak Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi UMKM yaitu pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan. Untuk memudahkan UMKM melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan, DSAK mengeluarkan SAK-EMKM. Restoran Delli Tomohon merupakan satu diantara banyak UMKM yang belum melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti melakukan riset dengan tujuan mengetahui dan menyusun laporan keuangan berbasis SAK-EMKM pada Restoran Delli Tomohon. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan field research, sedangkan teknik analisis data dengan mengintregasikan data ke dalam kategori, memerincikan dan menyusun data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Restoran Delli Tomohon belum mampu melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan. Kata Kunci : SAK-EMKM, Restoran, Laporan Keuangan     Abstract One of the obstacles faced by MSMEs is financial recording and reporting. To make it easier for MSMEs to record and report financial, DSAK issued SAK-EMKM. Delli Tomohon Restaurant is one of the many MSMEs that have not done financial recording and reporting. Based on this, the researcher conducted research with the aim of knowing how to record and compiling SAK-EMKM-based financial reports at Delli Tomohon Restaurant. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data. The data collection technique used field research, while the data analysis technique was to integrate the data into categories, detailing and compiling the data. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran Majelis Ta’lim Selaparang dalam pembinaan keagamaan masyarakat dan mengetahui hambatan dan solusi dalam pembinaan keagamaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verification. Adapun hasil penelitian mengenai peran Majelis Ta’lim Selaparang dalam pembinaan keagamaan masyarakat adalah majelis ta’lim sebagai tempat meningkatkan pengetahuan keagamaan, pendidikan seumur hidup berbasis masyarakat, pendidikan gratis, dan menjalin silaturrahim. Hambatan-hambatan dalam penyelenggaraan ta’lim ini terdapat pada dua faktor, yaitu internal dan eksternal. Pertama, faktor internal antara lain pengasuh atau jama’ah yang sakit, adanya musibah. Kedua, faktor eksternal antara lain penyelenggaraan PHBI dan begawe. Kata Kunci: Majlis ta’lim, pembinaan keagamaan Title: The Role of the Majelis Ta’lim Selaparang In Developing Community Religious Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the role of the Majelis Ta’lim Selaparang in developing community religious; know the obstacles and solutions to solving these problems. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The collecting data uses observation, interview and documentation. While data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study found that the Majelis Ta’lim Selaparang as a place to increase religious knowledge, establish friendship, community-based education, for long-life, and all for free. The obstacles in the implementation are in two factors, namely internal and external factors. First, internal factors include caregivers or pilgrims who are sick, the accident. Second, external factors include organizing Islamic holidays (PHBI) and traditional Sasak wedding rituals (begawe).

The purpose of this study is to describe and to analyze government implementation after developing in political district east sempaja. This study used descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection technique by observation, interview, and study of documentation, and they were analyzed by using analysis technique of interactive model data, through, step of data condensation, data presentation, and determine conclusion/ verification. Data validity testing used technique of source triangulation credibility test. The result of this study showed that government implementation after developing in political district east sempaja looked from political district function in doing the task government affair implementation, development, and social showed that all of those function have been done but in doing it still got obstacle and obstruction because of lacking coordination and preparation in doing government administration process after developing between government of political district east sempaja and other institution.Keyword: implementation, political distric government, after developing

The purpose of this study are: 1) To describe the steps Implementation of values ​​of Ethics, Moral and Morals in learning behavior in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto. 2) To describe the supporting and inhibiting factors Implementation of Ethics, Morals and Morals values ​​in the behavior of learning in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto This research type is field research research using qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique uses descriptive explorative, that is by describing state and phenomenon status. Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people.
