Entities both business and public, will improve the quality of service with dimensions that are well applied so that it becomes the key to success in the business and public sector. Good quality service will provide customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the key to business success. Related research to discuss and analyze the effect of services quality based on Information Technology to customer satisfaction of the Regional Water Supply Company of Bondowoso Regency. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population of this study is active customers in the service area of ​​the Regional Water Supply Company of Bondowoso Regency with a total sample of 100 people and accidental sampling. For data analysis, the authors used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be stated that simultaneously Information Technology (IT) based service quality variables consisting of Reliability, Tangible, Assurance, Empaty and Responsiveness affect customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Partially, the variable quality of service based on Information Technology (IT) consisting of Reliability, Tangible, Assurance, and Responsiveness affects customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Where as the variable quality of service based on Information Technology (IT) measured by Empathy partially did not affect customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Variables in service quality based on Information Technology (IT) as measured by reliability are the dominant variables in influencing the level of customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. The study is devoted to identifying the customer’s expectation for the service quality of the regional water supply company (PDAM) of Kolaka Regency, describing the customer’s perception of its service quality, and projecting the managerial implication to improve the quality of its services. The analysis methods used are conformity level analysis and important performance analysis. The analysis indicates that the highest expectation of the customer rests on the continuous supply of water without rotation system. The best performance of the company in the customer’s perception is in the explanation of the water system installation procedure which is simple and uncomplicated. Based on Important Performance Matrix, it is apparent that quadrant 1 (Primary priorities) has eight attributes, quandrant 2(maintained) has six attributies, quandrant 3(low priority) has four attributies and quandrant 4(excessive) has two attibuties.

This study aims to find out and analyze 1) Perception of customers on the price, quality of service and customer satisfaction of GrabBike  online transportation services in Kupang City; 2) impact of Price partially on Customer Satisfaction of GrabBike  online transportation service in Kupang City; 3) The partial effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of GrabBike  online transportation services in Kupang City; 4) The effect of Price and Quality of Service simultaneously on the Customer Satisfaction of GrabBike  online transportation service customers in Kupang City. The number of samples in this study as many as 100 respondents obtained using accidental sampling techniques. The data was collected using questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS 16 applications. From the results of the analysis showed that: 1) Based on the results of descriptive table analysis respondents gave a very high categorized assessment of the three variables studied; 2) The price partially affects the customer satisfaction of GrabBike  Kupang City; 3) the quality of service partially affects the customer satisfaction of GrabBike  Kupang City; 4) The price and quality of service simultaneously have a significant impact on the customer satisfaction of GrabBike  Kupang City. Based on Adjusted R2 value shows variable contribution of Price and Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction of 57.8%. While 42.2% were influenced by other variables outside the focus of this study.  Keywords: Price, Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction

<p><em>This study aims to invest</em><em>i</em><em>gate whether there is an influence of service quality on customer loyalty, determine whether there is an influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, find out if there is partial effect between corporate image on customer loyalty and determine whether there are influence service quality, customer satisfaction and corporate image of the customer loyalty. </em><em>S</em><em>tudy sample in this research </em><em>is 60 a sample and the technical sampling</em><em> using</em><em> </em><em>incidental sampling. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression.</em><em></em></p><em>The analysis showed that the effect of service quality on customer loyalty and has a significant relationship, customer satisfaction variables found to influence positive but not significant and the Corporate's image variables showed no effect on customer loyalty. Variable quality of service, customer satisfaction, and corporate image have influence and have a significant level of good relationship on customer loyalty.</em>

This study aims to determine the Effects of Marketing Strategies and Customer Satisfaction Quality Of Service / Student. Samples are 32 respondents drawn from a population of 36 students with Saturated sampling method. Data collection using questionnaire techniques, engineering research questionnaires, and observation. Processing of primary data using Analytical Methods Descriptive Analysis Method. From the discussion following results were obtained:First, There is the influence of Marketing (X1) on Customer Satisfaction / Student (Y) . Marketing significant value in the variable is equal to 0.966 (<0.05) which means that there is no influence of marketing variables partially on Customer Satisfaction. So H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. There is the influence of Quality of Service (X2) are positive and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction / Student (Y) . The value of significance in the variable quality of service is equal to 0.000 (< 0.01), which means with a confidence level of 99 percent variable partial Service Quality Customer Satisfaction is very real influence . So H0 H1 is rejected. There is positive and significant, Marketing Variables (X1) and Quality of Service (X2) jointly against Employee Morale (Y). Through the significance test using the F distribution, obtained Significance calculated F of 0.000 ( < 0.05 ) . This means that H0 is accepted or rejected H1. And the value of the coefficient of determination obtained with SPSS calculation amounted to 0.718. This indicates that 71.8 % of this value indicates that the total variation influences all independent variables to variable Quality Customer / Students. The influence of other variables beyond the variables studied was 28.2 percent. variables beyond the variables studied was 28.2 percent .Secondly, Strategy Marketing and Service Quality, both individually and jointly influence on customer satisfaction / student.

Research In Motion (RIM) is the official producer of mobile phones that are currently most popular especially in Indonesia which is the Blackberry. Indonesia is a large market share to Blackberry because of Indonesia's population. 47 percent mobile circulating in Indonesia is Blackberry.The goal of this research is to know the influence of quality of service and brand equity to the satisfaction of consumer users blackberry curve 9300 district Sario the city of manado.In this research, the methods of analysis used is regression analysis method. The population was taken is the blackberry curve 9300 user with samples as much as 100 people. Sampling techniques research using simple random sampling.Research results by using regression analysis showed that partially variable quality of service significantly influential to the variable satisfaction but rather to brand equity, does not affect the consumer's satisfaction. And simultaneously variable quality of service and significant impact on brand equity consumer satisfaction.For the RIM Blackberry mobile phone manufacturers should be as much again to improve the quality of service that is better to consumers so that consumers do not migrate or switch to other parties. More manufacturers to optimize quality of service to the higher customer satisfaction. The RIM also should pay attention to brand equity. If the RIM is not paying attention to the brand equity will be decreased to the level of consumer satisfaction that have an impact on decreasing the level of product sales.Keywords: service quality, brand equity, and customer satisfaction

This research was conducted to find out and measure the variable quality of service (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty) significantly influence customer satisfaction PT. Pelindo II Cab. Bengkulu. The method of data collection is carried out by observation and questionnaire methods. The results showed the dimensions of Tangible service quality (X1), Reability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Emphaty (X5), together had a positive effect. Regression equation Y = 4.721 + 0.207 X1 + 0.222 X2 + 0.182 X3 + 0.350 X4 - 0.394 X5. F test amounted to 27,221 while F table 2,31, means F-count> F-table (27,221> 2,31). The results show the quality of tangible, reability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy services together have a positive and significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction. The t test is known to show the Tangibles Variable t count of 3.384. This value is greater than t table (3,384> 1,986). Reliability Variables t count at 3.058 this value is greater than t table (3.058> 1.986). The Responsiveness variable t counts for 1,992 this value is greater than t table (1992> 1,986). Variable Assurance t count at 6,576, this value is greater than t table (6,576> 1,986). Empathy variable has a value of t count of -7,259. This value is greater than t table (-7.259 <1,986)

This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate image and reputation on service quality and its impact on customer satisfaction in PT. Bank Artha Graha Tbk. This research used quantitative methods. The data is the primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study was customers of Bank Artha Graha, Tbk. The number of samples was determined by using Hair et.al. (1998) sampling method that is at least 5 times the number of parameters used in the study. The number of sample collected was 215 respondents. Using multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that corporate image and company reputation to have  direct and significant positive effect on service quality and customer satisfaction on Bank Tabungan Graha Bank Tabungan Graha. Corporate image and company reputation has contributed 77.1% to the quality of service. In addition, the quality of service has direct and significant positive impact on service satisfaction on the Bank Tabungan Graha Bank Tabungan Graha. Contribution of company influence, company reputation and service quality equal to 71,5% to customer satisfaction. Corporate image has indirectly affected customer satisfaction through service quality at Bank Artha Graha Tbk that is 5,5% similarly, Company Reputation has indirectly influence to customer satisfaction through service quality at Bank Artha Graha Tbk that is equal to 5,3%. To improve customer satisfaction the company must maintain the corporate image abd reputation of the company through the quality of service.

If the customer is greater than acceptable level of service, the cutomer is not satisfied. Conversely, if an acceptable level of service greater than the expectations of customers, the customer will be satisfied. This means that if Bank BRI branch Fatmawati can improve service quality to its customer it will affect the level of satisfaction. In this research found evidence that, in terms of the creation of quality services, Bank BRI branch Fatmawati is one of the branches that participate to implement the established policies and service in accordance with the exiting service standard in the banking world. Amount of influence the determination of quality of service policies applied by the Bank BRI branch Fatmawati indicated by r2. r2 value only 45 % and the rest 55 % influenced by other variables not studied. Meanwhile, the variable relationship of service quality to customer satisfaction can be seen from the values r = 0,67. This shows the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of service quality to customer satisfaction. This means there are strong relationships between the independent variable X (quality of service) to the dependent variable Y (customer satisfaction). Since r = 0,67 (67 %) greater then 50 %.

Business banking is a service business based on principles of trust and t5he customer is a major asset. Competitive advantage can be obtained from the quality of customer servicr, so the focus on customers (customer focus), responsive to the development of customer desires and continuously innovate is an acitivity that can be done to anticipate the cimpetitive conditions. In this case, the bank should always evaluate the quality of service given to customers and is reflected in the level of customer satisfaction obtained. These attributes is the main priority of service quality improvements are intensive and comprehensive.           Customer service strategy to be implemented by the management of bank syariah mandiri in perspective five dimensioris of service quality(tangibles, realiability,responsiveness, assurance and empathy) looks not optimal. In an effort to provide the best service (service excellence) and focus to the customer(customer focus), then the customer satisfaction can be obatained with significantly improved and the improvement of quality of serivice aspects and impticalions of the strategy need to be consldered

Customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality factors, this study aims to find out and analyze how much influence the quality of service on customer satisfaction is felt by customers who use the service of Poor Rice (Raskin) at the Office of Public Companies Logistics Agency (Perum BULOG) in Sampit City Regency East Kotawaringin. The research method used in this study is the method of observation, questionnaire/questionnaire and documentation using a Likert scale and the method of determining the sample used is the error rate of 5% as many as 213 samples. Testing the hypothesis used is a statistical test with the formula "Product moment person". The results showed that there was a very strong correlation between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction of the Office of Public Company of the Logistics Affairs Agency (Perum BULOG) in the District of East Kotawaringin. As much as 0.9968514278 based on the calculation of Pearson Product Moment value.
