With modern economic and social development, the technical and economic requirements of highway maintenance and construction projects have become increasingly complicated. Meticulous and in-depth investigation and demonstration guided by scientific theories and methods are of considerable importance to highway maintenance scheme decision. As basis for the selection of highway asphalt pavement recycling maintenance scheme, the factors influencing the decision are analytically demonstrated and an evaluation system is proposed, including three major decision indexes: applicability of recycling mode, recycled pavement quality recovery index, and economic benefit. According to the principles of data statistics and analysis, this study proposes a calculation method for the recycled pavement quality recovery index, analyzes the economic benefits of decision schemes using economic models such as recycling ratio and cost, and puts forward an optimal evaluation method of engineering cost and its fuzzy score intervals. Index weights are calculated through the analytic hierarchy process, and the comprehensive decision evaluation system and comprehensive evaluation method are established. Subsequently, the decision-making method is analyzed on the basis of the decision system by combining the related data. Results show maximum weight of the pavement quality recovery index and minor differences among four recycling schemes in the quality recovery index and applicability. The decision-making results are simplified with clear hierarchical feature because of the fuzzy score intervals of each index. Findings can provide a reference for the asphalt pavement recycling scheme decision.

This method can also be extended to more the enterprise the competitive ability for transverse comparison.

With the rapid development of China's transportation and the improvement of people's living standards, China's highways have entered the peak maintenance period. According to the old road conditions and financial conditions, how to choose the appropriate maintenance technology to meet the technical and economic requirements of highway maintenance and construction projects has become a difficult problem faced by highway maintenance management departments. Therefore, based on the principle of index selection, this study comprehensively considered the impact of various factors on maintenance decision-making, determined four evaluation indexes, and systematically studied the compre-hensive decision-making system of asphalt pavement recycling maintenance. Based on the subjective-objective linkage and probability statistics method, the eigenvalue of the applicability of recycling mode was transformed to the same scale of 0 to 100, and the fuzzy scoring interval of the four bids was proposed. The calculation method of pavement quality recovery index (PQRI) and the analysis basis of economic benefits were clarified. Finally, the weight of each index was calculated by analytic hierarchy process, and the multi-index comprehensive decision-making method of pavement maintenance is constructed and used to theoretically verify and guide the actual road section. Results demonstrate that the proposed PQRI can realize the operability of quantifying the later operation of pavement. The weight of each index from big to small is PQRI > economic benefit > applicability of recycling mode. The recycled pavement quality recovery indices and applicability of the four recycling modes have small differences, and the proposed four bids interval makes the decision-making evaluation process more simple and explicit. The decision evaluation results of actual road section verify the rationality and practicability of the decision method. The conclusions are important for the maintenance and management of asphalt pavement recycling technology. According to advantages of airfield runway on highway, at first the building effect and significance are analyzed, and then the utilization characteristic of asphalt pavement of airfield runway on highway is discussed through the aspects of transit load type, wheel imprint transversal distribution, traffic volume and service requirement, etc, in combination with practical situation of prevailing of asphalt pavement in China. In order to provide reference to management and maintenance of asphalt pavement of highway-runway, and satisfy the service requirement of vehicle and airplane, related discussion issues are proposed, such as pavement evaluation index system, performance comprehensive evaluation, residual service life prediction, evaluation system software, external quality evaluation method, etc.

AbstractIn order to protect the offshore environment and strengthen the comprehensive rectification of sewage outfalls, an evaluation method of regional sewage outfalls by combining the marine numerical simulation and comprehensive evaluation technology was constructed, considering the marine environmental capacity and the ecological impact of sewage discharge from outfalls on the marine eco-environment sensitive areas. Then the layout rationality of each outfall was evaluated and the discharge scale was optimized with a case study of existing sewage outfalls in Xiamen. The results show that, the comprehensive evaluation score of Yundang outfall was 3 points in 2025, evaluated as the outfall with irrational layout. In 2035, the comprehensive evaluation scores of Fenglin and Dalipu outfalls were 3 and 2 points respectively, evaluated as the outfall with irrational discharge scale. It is suggested to control the scale of expansion or increase the reclaimed water reuse rate in Jimei and Gaoqi Wastewater Treatment Plants. This method has enriched the evaluation system for layout optimization of sewage outfalls, providing scientific supports for comprehensive improvement of sewage outfalls and marine environmental management.

This paper introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to deal with the evaluation data, and Practice has proved that this method produced results more equitable to reflect on teaching level. To solve the problem of third-party logistics (3PL) evaluation and selection, a hybrid method with AHP and gray theory is proposed. First, the literature review about the 3PL evaluation method and technology is introduced. Furthermore, TPL comprehensive service capability evaluation system is established from aspects of service, time, cost and enterprise qualification. Besides, a comprehensive evaluation model process with gray entropy and AHP is introduced. Finally, a detailed evaluation process of 3PL supplier service capability in F company is introduced by an example, and the results show that the evaluation method in the paper is helpful to choose the TPL for logistics outsourcing.

The low-carbon economy becomes a hot issue in every country after Copenhagen’s meeting, and Logistics enterprise is an important economic entity to achieve a low carbon economy, so how to effectively evaluate the effect of logistics enterprises and low-carbon benefits of emission reduction become a problem that really needed to solve. Therefore, it evaluated the effects of low-carbon benefits of logistics respectively from the economic benefits, logistics operational efficiency and CO2 emission reduction by AHP. Based on it, logistics enterprise evaluation model of low-carbon benefits was built in the way of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and finally verified the effectiveness of the evaluation system with a case.

The hydrocarbon trap evaluation is theoretical guidance for the practical exploration of hydrocarbon traps, the present complicated exploration targets requires the conclusion of hydrocarbon trap evaluation more scientific and reliable so as to adapt to the requirement of high frequency, high precision trap exploration. With the guidance of system theory and modern scientific evaluation theory, modern hydrocarbon traps evaluation has already become a system engineering, which obviously characterized by the comprehensive evaluation, quantitative evaluation and comprehensive decision. In this paper the comprehensive evaluation system for hydrocarbon traps has been established, it indicated that the comprehensive evaluation tends to be a whole procedure which involves such aspects including evaluation contents, data, methods, techniques, and evaluation process specifically, so its main components includes: evaluation object characteristics, theoretical guidance, evaluation contents, methods, techniques, and database establishment. Furthermore, it emphasize closely on the analysis of the exploration objects, focus on the comprehensive geological research, supported by scientific exploration and thinking and computer technology, considered evaluation method and technology research as the key contents, and finally enable to provide reference for the modern hydrocarbon trap exploration when it appear to become increasingly complicated and subtle.
