Corporate Social Responsibility is a form of corporate responsibility towards shareholders, parties with an interest in the company and the community. CSR is also an important factor that is the basis for investors' consideration to make investment decisions on the company so that the company can manage investor capital to carry out company activities to achieve profits. This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility on corporate profitability, this study uses the ratio of return on assets and return on equity to calculate the company's profitability. This research uses quantitative research method with simple linear regression, where this study uses only 1 independent variable and 2 dependent variables. The population use in this study are manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sample of this study used 59 manufacturing companies that met the sample selection criteria. Sample selection uses purpose sampling technique. The results show that corporate social responsibility has a significant effect on return on assets and return on equity.

<p><em>This study aims to measure and analyze corporate social responsibility and profitability of the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples which are companies engaged in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 55 companies. The data collected is secondary data with the documentation method through www.idx.com. Testing is done using multiple regression analysis. The analytical tool used to measure hypotheses is SPSS 24. The results of this study are (1) CSR that is positive for the value of the company. (2) Positive profitability towards the value of the company. (3) Profitability moderates the positive influence of CSR on firm value.</em></p>

This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence on the effect of firm age, foreign ownership, board of commissioners, audit committee, and industry type on corporate social responsibility disclosure. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2019, totalling 180 companies. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 96 companies that met the criteria for the research samples. This study applies a quantitative approach with secondary data types. Data collection uses documentation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis employed SPSS version 21 program. The results show that the company’s age, the board of commissioners and the type of industry have a positive effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility, while foreign ownership and the audit committee do not affect the corporate social responsibility disclosure.

This research aims to determine whether the financial performance as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ration and Return on Assets and institutional ownership have a significant effect on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. This research used corporate social disclosure index (CSDI) as an indicator of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure by using the Global Reporting Initaatives (GRI). Research method used is descriptive and verification method. Population in this research was categorized as high-profile companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 totaling 189 companies. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique with iteration. The result was a company that became the research sample as many as 46 companies. The data used in this study was a secondary data obtained through the study of the documentation to get a company's annual report data form samples, idx statistics and Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) in 2012. Data analysis used multiple regressions. Classical assumption test used before regression of that includes normality test, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and autocorrelation. It also examined the hypothesis with the t-test and F-test to examine the influence of independent variables to the dependent variable. The result of data anlaysis indicated that Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Assets were partially no significant effect on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. Return on Assets and Institutional Ownership partially significant effect on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). And Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Assets, Return On Assset and Institutional Ownership simultaneously significant effected on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ration and Return on Assets dan institutional ownership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility. Penelitian ini menggunakan corporate social disclosure index (CSDI) sebagai indikator pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility dengan menggunakan Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai perusahaan high-profile yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2012 sebanyak 189 perusahaan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik pengambilan sampel acak dengan iterasi. Hasilnya adalah perusahaan-perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 46 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui dokumen laporan tahunan perusahaan public di IDX statistik dan Direktori Pasar Modal Indonesia (ICMD) tahun 2012. Analisis data yang digunakan regresi berganda. Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan sebelum regresi yang meliputi uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas dan autokorelasi. Selain itu juga meneliti hipotesis dengan t-test dan F-test untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil data anlaysis menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio dan Aktiva Lancar secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility. Return on Assets dan Kepemilikan Institusional secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Selain itu Debt to Equity Ratio, Aktiva Lancar, Return on Assset dan Kepemilikan Institusional secara bersamaan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

This study aims to prove the influence of corporate social responsibility, investment decisions and managerial ownership on value of the company. Theories used in this research are agency theory and signal theory. This research was done on all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that corporate social responsibility and managerial ownership have no influence on value of the company, while investment decisions have a positive influence on value of the company. Few suggestions for the further research are adjust research periods, use other criteria of sample, use other indicators such as funding decisions, company size, other corporate governance indicators, or use other methods to measure value of the company.

ABSTRACT   This research aims to examine the financial performance viewed from corporate social responsibility in manufacturing companies enlisted in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017. The population of research consisted of manufacturing companies enlisted in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample employed was manufacturing companies enlisted in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling one. Data analysis was conducted using a multiple linear regression. The result of research showed that media exposure and firm size affect positively and significantly the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. Meanwhile, leverage and profitability affect positively but insignificantly the disclosure of corporate social responsibility in manufacturing companies. The result of adjusted R2 test in this research showed value of 0.297. It means that the disclosure of corporate social responsibility is affected by media exposure variable, firm size, leverage and profitability by 29.7%, while the rest of 79.3% was affected by other factors excluded from this study.   Keywords: financial performance, corporate social responsibility

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of Voluntary disclosure andCorporate social responsibility toward Earnings response coefficient at manufacturingcompanies in Islamic Index of Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2014. Thedata used in this research was secondary data and there were 29 samples taken by applying Purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis was Multiple linearregression and Classical Assumption test. The result of analysis simultaneouslyindicated that the Voluntary disclosure influenced significantly on Earning responsecoefficient at manufacturing companies in Jakarta Islamic Index with the level ofsignificance about 0.000. Corporate Social Responsibility influenced positively andsignificantly toward Earning response coefficient at manufacturing companies inJakarta Islamic Index with the level of significance about 0,000. Simultaneously,Voluntary disclosure and Corporate social Responsibility influenced positively andsignificantly on the Earning Response Coefficient at manufacturing companies inJakarta Islamic Index.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab soaial perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening, dan umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian mengambil sampel perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).  Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan. Selama periode 2014-2018, terdapat 142 perusahaan manufaktur, dan populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 perusahaan. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu metode pengambilan sampel yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti sesuai dengan kriteria tertentu sehingga total sampel adalah 19 perusahaan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan path analysis.  Hasil penelitian meliputi (1) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, (2) umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab soaial perusahaan, (3) profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, (4) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, (5) umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, (6) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening, (7) umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening.Kata Kunci :   ukuran perusahaan, halaman perusahaan, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, profitabilitas.AbstractThis study aims to examine whether company size has an effect on corporate social responsibility, company age has an effect on corporate social responsibility, profitability has an effect on corporate social responsibility, company size has an effect on profitability, company age has an effect on profitability, company size has an effect on responsibility social enterprise with profitability as an intervening variable, and company age affect corporate social responsibility with profitability as an intervening variable. This study aims to analyze and test the effect of profitability, leverage, and managerial ownership on firm value with the moderating variable, namely Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The population used in this study is all manufacturing companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the last three years, namely 2017-2019. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The results of this study explain that profitability and leverage do not have an effect on firm value, while managerial ownership has a negative effect on firm value. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is able to moderate the effect of profitability and managerial ownership on firm value, while Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is unable to moderate the effect of leverage on firm value.

The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2013 - 2017. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling method that is non-random selection of information obtained using certain considerations. The research sample consisted of 60 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which were sampled during the 2013-2017 period. The measurement of CSR disclosure is based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) -G4 of 91 CSR disclosure index items. Whereas, abnormal returns are calculated using the market adjusted model. The results show that disclosure of CSR affects abnormal returns. Research shows that investors consider CSR information to make decisions. The implication of this research is that investors care about corporate social responsibility in making decisions to invest.

This study aims to determine the influence of Eco-Efficiency, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Accrual Quality on Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 The sample selection uses a purpose sampling which is as many as 100 samples of manufacturing companies. To measure the hypothesis is done by t test and test f. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test.In addition, all variables are declared free of interference from existing classical assumptions. From the results of multiple linear regression tests the results of the test f obtained a significant value of 0.000 or <0.05. This means that Eco-Efficiency, Corporate Social Responsibility and Accrual quality in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 have a significant simultaneous effect. Partial testing shows the results that all independent variables significantly influence the value of the company
