Sugar Commodity in Gorontalo: Production, Export, Import, Pricing and Distribution System

This research is directed to find out more about sugar activities in Gorontalo Province by exploring more deeply about Production, Export, Information, Pricing and Distribution Systems at PT. PG Gorontalo Tolangohula Unit. Using qualitative research methods that aim to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of the object or subject being studied appropriately. The results of the study found that the development of sugar production for Large Plantations (PB) and People's Plantations (PR) in Gorontalo tended to fluctuate, sugar exports from Gorontalo abroad did not yet exist, because sugar production was still needed for the needs of Gorontalo Province and its surroundings, namely North Sulawesi and Central Sulawesi Province, to determine the price of sugar refers to the main decision of the Surabaya Board of Directors, of course taking into account several factors, including production which will determine the cost of goods sold from the factory, and in the market, for the system of selling sugar from the factory to the hands of the community is through the auction system.

The Cost

Regulation of the financial services authority (OJK) No. 31/POJK.05/2016 on Venture had arranged that the financial services agency on the basis of the law of pledge is in coaching and supervision OJK. Yet the existence of laws – invitation to Governing Enterprise pawn shops causing business activities conducted by the above parties are not yet regulated. The condition is feared could cause harm to the consumer society. The purpose of this research is to know the procedures, mechanisms, protection of goods and guarantee the consumer on an informal pledge financing, methods of determination of the cost of maintenance of the goods and the goods of the execution mechanism of the pledge as well as protection for the collateral items are viewed from the side of the consumer by looking at laws-invitations and Sharia. To find out whether the pledge have gotten permission from OJK. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of library research, field data and simulations. The approach used in this study is the empirical juridical approach. Elaboration upon the results is discussed further in this article.

General Election Commission's readiness in carrying out simultaneous elections is still minimal and immature, this is evidenced by the still many patches of the electoral stages due to lack of legal certainty of the Election Commission's Regulations regarding the schedule of stages and about other regulations that always change during the election stage, this creates obstacles in the implementation of the stages, as well as a lack of understanding of grassroots electoral regulations which results in the accumulation of public distrust of the election organizers. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods using empirical facts about the 2019 election due to delays in the distribution of logistics that have an impact on the Advanced Voting. in Banggai Regency. Even though the KPU of Banggai Regency has experience in conducting simultaneous elections for regional heads of the Regent and Deputy Regent of Banggai Regency along with the Governor and Deputy Governor of Central Sulawesi, there are still logistical management failures. The need to pay attention to the legal drafting of Election Commission Regulations to be consistent and not loose so that PKPU changes do not always occur during implementation, there is a need to understand understanding of statutory regulations by stakeholders to avoid ambiguity (multi-interpretation), and election regulations have strength and legal certainty formally to regulate the mechanism and resolve all issues related to the election, the general election itself is not the task of the Commission alone so that it becomes responsible and its own obligations, but it is the government's obligation to facilitate election activities.

The Cost

The practice of pawn has existed since the era of Rasullullah Saw. And even practicedby the prophet, and likewise until now, the practice of mortgage is still done by society. Thestudy of the practice of pawnshop has been widely discussed by scholars, including the fourpriests of the sect. The view of the scholars about the ability to do the same pledge but stillthere are some differences in terms of the use of mortgage goods by the recipient of Pawn(murtahin). This research aims to know the Fiqh law to the practice of soil pledge that iscarried out by the community Hamlet Sindangrasa Sindangbarang Village, whether inaccordance with the provisions that are sharia or not. Because as already mentioned abovethat there are still differences in the opinion of the scholars about the utilization of pawngoods. The methods used in the writing of this thesis are qualitative research methods. Thisresearch is based on the utilization of pawn goods in this case the rice fields are takenadvantage by the creditor. Most scholars argue that the pawn goods can be utilized onlythe livestock that are biased to be ridden or used by milk is because instead of the cost oftreatment. Meanwhile, for the utilization of pawn goods by the recipient of pawn other thanthose mentioned above, most of the scholars do not expect it to be assessed to harm oneof the parties.
