The house renovation program provided by the Aceh Besar regional government, especially in Gampong Bira Lhok, Montasik District, is an assistance program for the welfare of villagers whose housing conditions are far from livable. The problem faced by the Gampong government in the decision system for recipients of house renovation assistance at this time is that it still uses the decision system of deliberations between the Gampong apparatus and the Village Head so that it takes time to make decisions. Therefore, it is necessary to have a Decision Support System (SPK) to determine the acceptance of the house rehab program for residents with livable housing conditions based on computer information systems. This final project research aims to build a decision-making information system for home rehabilitation recipients using the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method in Bira Lhok Village, Montasik District. The system development method used is the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method using PHP and MySQL programming. The final project research resulted in a decision making information system for home rehabilitation recipients using the web-based Weighted Sum Model (WSM) with a factor weighting form interface, a form for prospective beneficiaries, a form for income criteria, assets, food and buildings, as well as a report on the assessment list of prospective recipients of rehabilitation assistance. House. Based on the results of the system that was built, the presence of an information system for decision making for home rehabilitation recipients using the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method has made it easier for the Gampong Bira Lhok government to make decisions for recipients of home rehabilitation assistance quickly.

Abstrak I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan adalah  Perusahaan jasa cuci kendaraan sepeda motor dan mobil yang beralamat di Kp. Padurenan RT. 11 RW 2 Cibinong – Bogor. I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan belum memanfaatkan teknologi sistem informasi untuk medukung pengolahan data jasa cuci kendaraannya. I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan masih memanfaatkan kertas untuk mencatat data pelanggan serta membuat nota transaksi yang akan menggunakan jasa cuci kendaraan di I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan. sehingga data dapat rusak, hilang, dan keamanan tidak terjamin. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut pada penelitin ini dirancangan Sistem Informasi Kasir di I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan menggunakan metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan cara analisis atau melakukan pendekatan investigasi karena biasanya peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan cara bertatap muka langsung dan berinteraksi langsung dengan orang-orang ditempat penelitian. Metode Pengembangan sistem yang di gunakan menggunakan metode prototyping.   Kata Kunci : sistem, informasi, kasir,  sistem informasi, sistem informasi kasir   Abstract I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan is a motorcycle and car wash service company located in Kp. Padurenan RT. 11 RW 2 Cibinong - Bogor. I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan has not utilized information system technology to support the processing of Cuci Kendaraanservices data. I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan still uses paper to record customer data and making transaction notes that will use the Cuci Kendaraan services at I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan. So that often causes problems between the calculation errors, the length of time in preparing reports, and data loss. To overcome this problem in this final project designed by the Cashier Information System at I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan uses the research method used in this design is a qualitative research method that uses an analysis or research approach because researchers usually collect data in a face-to-face manner and can be relied on directly with the people in the research place. Production House 8Production films is one of the production houses enganged in services that include multimedia, video shooting and photography in Palembang. The creation of this final project, entitled “Production House Information System In 8Production Films Based on Website”. Because currently the production process include visual shooting and shooting, visual image editing and photos are still not well scheduled, only initiative, and no scheduling systematically. In addition, the management of internal operational information in the processing data from the order receipt is only stored in the form of .doc files and some are still handwritten, so that the same data recording and processing (double storage), and acces to information is slow. The System development method used in this research is Prototype. Based on the problem that have been analyzed through exixting business process observation methods. Then the system is designed by making UML (Unifield Modeling Languange). And using PHP as a programming language that will be used to create the website PHP has the extension of PHP Hypertext Preprocessor, a programming language that is anabled to build a dynamic website. While MySQL is an RDBMS software (or database server) that can manage databases very quickly. Thw result of this study are a web-based 8Production Films Production House Information System that makes ordering users easy and makes it easier for 8Production films staff to perform member absences, managing filming schedules and weekly agendas to be more effective, and making monthly reports of transactions at web-based 8Production films production houses

In this final project, design a web-based sales information system for CV. SINAR CREATION in marketing all information about its products through the media website, so that finally this website is expected to increase sales efficiency in the business world. To support system development, researchers use the PHP and MySQL programming languages as their databases and on this website it is hoped that the sales of this product will be better for the company itself, because this website is equipped with proof of payment which is more efficient and accurate for this company.

When is an information system development outcome considered a success and when is it considered a failure? What factors contribute to a conclusion of either success or failure? How does the situation arise to create the environment which contributes to the above conclusions? Generally, an information system is considered a success when it does what it is supposed to and/or the user is satisfied with the system’s performance in support of the information-providing and decision-making responsibilities. Naturally, this area is fraught with the problems inherent in divergent interpretations of “what it is supposed to do,” “satisfaction,” and “systems performance.” Suffice it to say, when the systems developer and user are in positive agreement about these interpretations, the information system development outcome may be considered successful.

The research was conducted at PT. Sinkona Indonesia Lestari is a manufacturing company engaged in the industry that produces quinine salt of quinine and its derivatives. The Company requires cash flow of financial statements information that is fast, precise, accurate and up to date for management decision making. Authors are interested with the title "Accounting Information System Design Method With Decision Support System (DSS”). Design studies using primary data and secondary data, system development methodology using output oriented methodology, process oriented methodology and the data oriented methodology. While the structure of system development used by the authors is Waterfall. Accounting information system design using a context diagram, data flow diagrams, system flowcharts, and Entity Relationship Diagram. With accounting information systems managers can improve the quality of decision making.

The final project service is a supervision service from the lecturer for students who prepare the final project. Satisfactory service can be an effective promotion to prospective students. The Quality Control Group (GKM) of STMIK Indonesia Padang carries out one of their responsibilities, namely analyzing student satisfaction with final assignment services as an evaluation of the performance of final assignment supervisors and also to improve final assignment services. Therefore, we need an information system that can help GKM employees obtain accurate results to analyze student satisfaction. The system development method used is to use an object-oriented methodology. The website-based information system that was built (named WALTA (Final Project Service Satisfaction Analysis Website)) used the Likert scale measurement method to measure the level of student satisfaction with the services of the final assignment supervisor with 5 category levels, namely very satisfying, satisfying, quite satisfying, less satisfying and unsatisfactory. The existence of WALTA, GKM STMIK Indonesia Padang employees worked more effectively and efficiently because there was no need to collect students locally to fill out the questionnaire, no need to print out the questionnaire and process the questionnaire data, and the results of the questionnaire were immediately displayed on WALTA. 32 lecturers supervised the final assignment of Odd Semester 2018/2019. It was found 9 lecturers provided final assignment services with a very satisfying category and 23 lecturers with a satisfactory category. Furthermore, the results of this assessment were one of the lecturers' performance evaluation instruments.

Abstrak - Kegiatan evaluasi penjualan pada instansi atau perusahaan perdagangan yang mempunyai banyak produk dan memiliki banyak cabang merupakan proses yang sangat penting untuk mengetahui perkembangan usaha dari perusahaan tersebut. Data penjualan dalam bentuk laporan pada seluruh cabang perlu diketahui dan dievaluasi oleh pimpinan perusahaan. Studi kasus pada Toko XYZ yang merupakan usaha pada bidang perdagangan fashion muslim mempunyai toko cabang, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap transaksi penjualan. Laporan data penjualan adalah dengan dicatat pada buku laporan oleh karyawan yang berada di toko cabang kemudian dilaporkan ke kantor pusat melalui e-mail atau media sosial. Laporan penjualan dari masing-masing cabang kemudian dilakukan evaluasi penjualan oleh kantor pusat untuk mengetahui perkembangan usaha pada toko tersebut.  Sistem informasi evaluasi penjualan ini, sangat diperlukan untuk mempermudah pimpinan toko pada proses evaluasi penjualan pada toko tersebut yang bertujuan untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan pimpinan. Analisis sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan PIECES sebagai analisis dari sistem yang ada serta untuk mengetahui kebutuhan sistem yang kan dikembangkan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi evaluasi penjualan dengan mengintegrasikan sistem informasi penjualan yang ada pada perusahaan cabang. Sistem infrmasi evaluasi penjualan dengan memproyeksikan data penjualan pada perusahaan cabang. Sistem Informasi Evaluasi Penjualan dirancang dengan alat bantu perancangan sistem diagaram arus data (DAD) dan prototipe sebagai pengembangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi evaluasi data penjualan sebagai alat alat bantu pimpinan toko dalam proses evaluasi data penjualan pada seluruh toko cabang. Hasil keluaran dari sistem ini dapat dijadiken oleh pimpinan sebagai data dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.Kata Kunci : sistem, informasi, evaluasi, penjualan, prototype Abstract - Sales evaluation activities in agencies or trading companies that have many products and have many branches is a very important process to determine the business development of the company. Sales data in the form of reports on all branches needs to be known and evaluated by company leaders. The case study at XYZ Store, which is a business in the Muslim fashion trade sector, has a branch shop, so it is necessary to evaluate the sales transaction. Sales data reports are recorded in the report book by employees at branch stores then reported to the head office via e-mail or social media. Sales reports from each branch are then evaluated by the head office to determine business developments at the store. This sales evaluation information system is indispensable to facilitate shop leaders in the sales evaluation process at the store which aims to assist the leadership decision-making process. System analysis in this study uses PIECES as an analysis of existing systems and to determine the system requirements that are being developed. This study develops a sales evaluation information system by integrating existing sales information systems at branch companies. Sales evaluation information system by projecting sales data at branch companies. Sales Evaluation Information System is designed with data flow diagram system design aids (DAD) and a prototype as a system development. The result of this research is sales data evaluation information system as a tool for shop leadership in evaluating sales data in all branch stores.
