The image of the cooperative, trust and service quality is one of the factors that influence member satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative image, trust and service quality on the satisfaction of KSU members. Wahyu Artha Sedana. The method used in this research is accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out through observation, library research, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the image of the cooperative, trust and service quality had a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. Based on the results obtained in this study, KSU.Wahyu Artha Sedana should pay attention to all things related to the satisfaction of cooperative members, so that each member can feel comfortable when making transactions.

Customer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or satisfaction from customers that arise after using or consuming a product / service. The purpose of this study is to determine how promotion and quality influence Grab customer satisfaction in Denpasar City partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results show that the effect of promotion and service quality on Grab service satisfaction in Denpasar City is partially and simultaneously significant.

ABSTRACT  This research aims to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction in using BRIMobile (BRImo) partially and simultaneously. The sample in this research consisted of 100 customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with analysis tools, namely SPSS Version 26.0. The results of this research partially indicate that service quality and customer trust have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction in using BRI Mobile (BRImo). Based on the results of the simultaneous test, it was found that service quality and customer trust had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction in using BRI Mobile (BRImo).   Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Trust, Mobile Banking, BRI, Customer Satisfaction ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam menggunakan BRI Mobile (BRImo) secara parsial dan simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 nasabah Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu analisis yaitu SPSS Versi 26.0. The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of   tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy of service quality to consumer satisfaction of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The questionaires were distributed to the 100 respondent of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. Hypothesis testing using the T test. Result shows that  partially, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy variables has significant effect on consumer satisfaction  of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. Based on the analysis of known coefficient of determination value of Adjusted R Square is  0.477, this means 47,7% variable consumer satisfaction is influenced by variables service quality.

 This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract This study aims to determine and explain the effect of social media promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions. To achieve this goal, research was conducted at Social Media Café Abdullah Lubis using 100 people as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: First, social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Second, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Third, service quality plays a greater role in increasing the sensitivity of consumer purchases when compared to social media promotion. Fourth, consumer characteristics are also important variables in increasing consumer decisions in buying products. Fifth, social media promotion and service quality are able to explain variations in purchasing decisions by 87.7 percent.

This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate and the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Klungkung Regency. The number of samples taken as many as 42 employees, with non-probability sampling method, proposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, discipline, and competence simultaneously had a significant effect on supervisory performance. This shows that the implementation of a good organizational culture, the application of discipline and the establishment of competency standards for employees, the performance of supervision will improve. Partially organizational culture, discipline, and competence also influence supervisory performance. This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.

Tujuan dari penlitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Luas Lahan, Luas Bangunan dan Tata Letak Tanah terhadap Penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan di Kabupaten Minahasa pada tahun 2015 sampai tahun 2017. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 25 kecamatan yang berada di Kabupaten Minahasa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik library research dan teknik dokumentasi, dan teknik untuk mengolah data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel  dependent secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) dengan hasil Fhitung  > Ftabel (18,594 > 2,736) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (0,0%) < 5%. Secara parsial hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Tata letak tanah secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai Thitung < Ttabel (1,802<1,994) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,076>0,05. Dengan hasil Ajusted R2 sebesar 0,416 artinya variabel independent pada penelitian ini menjelaskan variabel dependent sebesar 41,6% sedangkan sisanya 58,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of land area, building area and land layout on land and building tax revenues in Minahasa district from 2015 to 2017. The population of this study were 25 sub-districts in Minahasa district. The data collection method uses library research techniques and documentation techniques, and the technique for processing data uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the dependent variable simultaneously influences land and building tax (PBB) revenues with the results of Fcount> Ftable (18.594> 2.736) with a significance value of 0.000 (0.0%) <5%. Partially the results of this study show that partially the land layout has no significant effect with the value of tcount <ttable (1.802 <1.994) with a significance level of 0.076> 0.05. With the results of Ajusted R2 of 0.416, it means that the independent variable in this study explains the dependent variable of 41.6% while the remaining 58.4% is explained by other variables outside of this study.
