The introduction of Education 5.0 aims to strengthen the use of technology to inculcate values into students’ lives. This is seen as an opportunity to explore how moral values are applied in line with the goals of education in Malaysia.The inculcation of moral values through education will enable the students to internalise the values and this brings a good impact on their lives. . However, annual statistics have shown the decline in the moral values in Malaysia. Thus, this concept paper discusses the notion of Education 5.0 in the Malaysian education context and the importance of moral values in education 5.0. This study employed a qualitative method by analysing documents related to moral values as well as the Education 5.0 guideline book. The data were managed by ATLAS.ti 8 software. The themes revolve around the importance of moral values application in education and they include; the goals of the National Philosophy of Education; the formation of a society that is good, moral and has an identity as well as; religious demands. This study's findings are significant to be used as a guide to ensure that the elements of moral values are not neglected in line with the advancement of education.Keywords: Moral values, Education 5.0, InculcationAbstrakPengenalan terhadap Pendidikan 5.0 yang bertujuan untuk memperkasakan penggunaan teknologi dalam membantu untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai murni dalam diri pelajar dilihat sebagai peluang untuk mendalami sejauh manakah nilai-nilai murni  mampu diterapkan sesuai dengan matlamat pendidikan di Malaysia. Pendidikan yang menerapkan nilai-nilai murni akan mampu dihayati oleh pelajar serta membawa kepada kesan baik terhadap kehidupan mereka. Namun, statistik kes keruntuhan nilai di Malaysia dilihat semakin meningkat saban tahun. Justeru, kertas kerja konsep ini membincangkan tentang konsep Pendidikan 5.0 dalam konteks pendidikan di Malaysia serta kepentingan nilai murni dalam pendidikan 5.0. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kualitatif dengan membuat analisis dokumen yang berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai murni serta buku garis panduan Pendidikan 5.0 melalui perisian Atlas.ti8 dan menghasilkan beberapa kod serta tema kepentingan penerapan nilai murni dalam pendidikan iaitu; matlamat Falsafah Pendidikan Kebangsaan; pembentukan masyarakat yang baik, berakhlak dan mempunyai jati diri serta; tuntutan agama. Dapatan kajian ini adalah penting untuk digunakan sebagai panduan bagi memastikan elemen nilai murni tidak diabaikan selaras dengan perkembangan sistem pendidikan yang telah pun mengorak langkah dengan lebih maju. Kata kunci: Nilai Murni, Pendidikan 5.0, Penerapan

Values education is activity which help students in order that they have instruction which determine all of their actions. Values education is considered urgent in education activity. It is purposed to build social solidarity, especially in religion and cultural plurality era. The reality of social, religion, and cultural conflict, showed education functions as transfer of moral values still optimal yet. Therefore, values education include moral training must be aplicated to help students be up against social problems in their life.

This study aims to describe the comparison of moral values ​​in the novel Ivanna Van Dijk by RisaSaraswati with the moral values ​​of the novel AnantaPrahadi by RisaSaraswati. The research method uses descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study were obtained by reading, recording and concluding techniques. After the data is collected, data reduction is then performed. The selected data are then classified for further analysis of similarities and differences to be compared until the conclusion of the research results. The results of this study indicate that there are differences and similarities in the moral values ​​of human relations with oneself, human relations with humans, and human relations with God. Comparison of the moral values ​​of the two novels from the aspect of moral values ​​there are differences. In the novel AnantaPrahadi by RisaSaraswati the moral values ​​of human relations with oneself are 19 quotations, human relationships with humans there are 50 quotations, human relationships with God are 8, and the total of these quotations is 149 quotations. Whereas in Ivanna Van Dijk's novel the moral value of human relations with oneself is 26 quotations, human relationships with humans there are 49 quotations, human relationships with God there are 3 quotations, and the total of these quotations is 105 quotations. Conclusion, the comparison of moral values ​​in the two novels is on the number of citations, while the equation lies in the form of quotations of moral values, which dominates the moral values ​​of relationships with others. In addition, the form of expressing the moral values ​​of the two novels is slightly different, namely the implied and explicit meaning. Keywords: Comparison, Novel, Moral Value

Children short stories are one way among other literature studies to educate children about moral values and social life around them. In order to be able to socialize with other people, one of the important moral values that an individual must have is ethics. Most of children short stories, both classical and contemporary, are trying to present ethics as the main theme. This paper explores the way ethics is being conveyed in classical and contemporary children short stories. This paper uses Narrative Inquiry of Qualitative Method. This method is used to explore the background of the stories and authors with diverse culture as it is shown through the stories. There are 6 children short stories being analyzed. Three stories are classical, and the other three are contemporary. This paper also shows the results of comparison of ethic in classical and contemporary children short stories.

The title of this undergraduate thesis is The Psychological Analysis of Jamie Sullivan’s Behaviours in Nicholas Sparks Novel “A Walk to Remember”. The discussion of this study focused on psychoanalysis of the behavior of the main character Jamie Sullivan and the most dominant psychoanalysis concepts of the main character based on Freud's personality theory. Documentation method was applied to collecting the data of this study, which were analysed using descriptive qualitative method; then the result of analysis was presented in the form of sentences using informal method. The result of this study shows that Jamie’s dominant personality in Freud's tripartite personality theory is Superego as she behaves according to the civilized manner. Jamie tends to help others. She makes decisions based on morals and judgments about what is right and what is wrong, and her decisions are based more on moral values.

The purpose of this research is to study the infusion of moral values in teaching of Thirukkural in Tamil Language, among form 4 students. The objective of this study is to examine how teachers apply moral values in teaching Thirukkural and to identify the problems faced by teachers in order to infuse moral values in teaching Thirukkural. Researcher used qualitative method to collect data to reach the objectives of this study. Hermeneutic approach was used to observe teacher’s teaching and analyse document to reach the first objective. Interview was carried out to identify the problem faced by the teachers on infusing moral values in teaching Thirukkural. The finding of this study indicates that teachers used story telling as a technique to infuse the moral values. Time constraints and deficiency of learning aid are the problem faced by the teachers on infuse moral values in teaching Thirukkural. In conclusion, this study shows that teaching moral values in teaching Thirukkural infused moral values among students.

Moral Values in Guru Aini Written by Andrea Hirata ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berisi tentang nilai-nilai Akhlak Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan dalam novel Guru Aini karya Andrea Hirata. Nilai akhlak menjadi fokus utama pada penelitian ini karena akhlak merupakan salah satu pondasi dasar dari sifat manusia yang sangat erat kaitannya dengan perilaku manusia dengan Tuhannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai nilai-nilai akhlak berupa nilai takwa, tawakal, kejujuran, keikhlasan, sabar  dan syukur dari novel Guru Aini karya Andrea Hirata. Novel tersebut memiliki nilai akhlak yang perlu diterapkan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat serta menjadi khazanah keilmuan berkaitan antara agama dan sastra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan analisis isi. Metode kualitatif ini dapat menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau atau isi komunikasi berupa percakapan, teks tertulis, dan fotografi. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian ini terdapat 6 kutipan dari nilai takwal, 14 kutipan nilai tawakal, 18 kutipan dari nilai kejujuran, 4 kutipan dari nilai keikhlasan, 1 kutipan dari nilai sabar, dan 14 kutipan dari nilai syukur. Kata kunci: Nilai-nilai akhlak, karya sastra, novelABSTRACTThis study contains moral values based on Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata. The value of akhlak (moral) is the main focus of this research because it is one of the basic foundations of human nature which is very closely related to human behavior with God. This study aims to gain deep understanding of akhlak (moral) values in the form value of piety/morals, resignation/never giving up, honesty, sincerity, patience and gratitude from the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata. The novel has a moral value that needs to be applied in social life and becomes a scientific treasure related to religion and literature. This research uses qualitative method and content analysis approach, this qualitative method can produce descriptive data in the form of written words or communication content in the form of conversation, written text, and photography. Moral Value is a value that affects individual and social behavior in behaving. The current study aimedto find the categories of moral values that John Green tries to convey in The Fault in Our Stars noveland to interpret its meaning by using the theory of Universal Moral Values by Kinnier et. al with fourmajor moral values. To be able to understand moral values in the story without misinterpretation andthe lessons can be applied in real life. This study used the qualitative method because it focuses ondescribing and interpreting the moral values in descriptive. The primary source of data is taken fromthe novel The Fault in Our Stars in the form of narrations and the secondary data is from previousstudies in the form of statements that comes from the study findings. The results of the current studyshow that the categories of moral values found in the novel are (1) Commitment to something greaterthan oneself, (2) Self-respect, but with humility, self-discipline, and acceptance of personalresponsibility, and (3) Respect and caring for others, while the moral value that is not found is (4)Caring for other living things and environment which indicates that John Green inserted moral valuesin the novel more about the personal lives of the characters and the relationships between them, whichto civilize it, readers, to have the moral as an individual, being good to other people and to believe tosomething greater.

This research aims at investigating the main character's disobedience toward Sati tradition in Around the World in 80 Days: a Sociological Approach. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method so the researcher analyzes the data in this research through description. There are two main results of this research. First, the main character’s disobedience toward Sati tradition are (1) the main character’s disobedience in India Forest (being displeased with government authority, hope of reform); (2) the main character’s disobedience in Calcutta (law enforcement); (3) the main character’s disobedience in United States of America (injustice occur). Second, the moral values can be taken from the novel are divided into positive and negative values.

The purpose of this research is to find out; The value of Islamic education and traditional values contained in the Mandi Safardi procession, Jin City Village, Atinggola District, North Gorontalo Regency.The method used is a qualitative method, the data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using reduction, display, and verification techniques, while the validity of the data was obtained by using triangulation techniques with methods and sources.The results of this study indicate that the Safar Bathing Tradition is believed to have existed since their ancestors first occupied the Jin City Village area. The Safar Bathing tradition carried out by the Jin City Village community contains Islamic educational values, namely: Worship Values, Moral Values, Moral Values, and Aqidah Values, 4) The Safar Bathing Tradition is maintained and passed down from generation to generation by the Jin City Village community. can be seen as an expressive symbol of the Jin City Village community Inspired by constitutive (religious) symbols that have a corelative-integrative and dynamic relationshipSuggestions from this research include; The Mandi Safar tradition as an ancestral cultural heritage should continue to be preserved for future generations by not eliminating the local Indonesian religious and cultural values contained in it as a medium for introducing ancestral traditions that are full of moral and religious values without ignoring the shari'ah. Islam in practice.
