ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi sosial pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri1 Argamakmur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi dengan instrument angket. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi sosial teknik  korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil yang di peroleh dalam penelitian adalah hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dengan interaksi sosial dengan nilai rx1y 0,512. Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dengan interaksi sosial f dengan nilai rx2y 0,802 dan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi dengan nilai rx1x2y 0.684. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan korelasi yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Argamakmur dengan tingkat hubungan kuat.Kata kunci:  Penyesuaian Diri, Rasa Empati, Interaksi Sosial CORRELATION OF  ADJUSTMENT AND EMPAHTY TO SOCIAL INTERACTIONS OF TWO GRADE STUDENTS MAJORINGIN SOCIAL PROGRAMAT SMANEGERI 1 ARGAMAKMUR  ABSTRACTThis study aims to study the relationship between self and empathy with social interaction in social studies class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Argamakmur. This study is a correlation study with a questionnaire instrument. Data collection techniques through a questionnaire the relationship between adjustment and empathy with social interaction product moment correlation techniques and multiple correlation. The results obtained in the study are significant relationships between adjustment and social interaction with a value of rx1y 0.512. There is a significant relationship between adjustment and social interaction f with a value of rx2y 0.802 and a significant relationship between adjustment and a sense of empathy with interactions with a value of rx1x2y 0.684. From the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between the adjustment and empathy with the interaction in students of class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Argamakmur with a strong relationship levelKey Word:  Adjustment, Empathy, Social Interactions

This study was designed for comparing between manic and mixed episodes and the relationship between these episodes and special scores were evaluated.This analytical - observational study was performed in Kerman Beheshti hospital / Kerman / Iran : one hundred and eighty six bipolar inpatients with diagnosis of manic and mixed episodes were included in study. They were assessed with the Young mania and Beck Depression Inventory.Frequency of pure mania was 22.6%. The mean of age of onsent was lower in mixed type (P = 0.02). Young score was higher in pure mania (p = 0.026).Spearman's correlation coefficient show strong relationship between duration of hospitalization and young score (p = 0.0001).These is significant relationship between Beck score and family history of bipolar disorder (p < 0.05). and there was significant relationship between Beck score and patient’s insight overlay,comorbidity of personality disorder was 26.3 was similar in both groups.There were significant relationships between age of onset of illness and positive familial history of bipolar disorder and major depressive disorder,and between suicidal attept and panic disorder and social phobia,however rapid cycling was higher in mixed patients significantly (p = 0.009).As far as we know This is the first study regarding relationship between bipolar subtypes and severity of mood disorders in Iran. This study is a part of a larger study including several provinces in Iran.We believed the prevalence of mixed state is not well known and in many cases it could be underdiagnosed.

The purpose of this study is to determine the presence or absence of prince relationships with patient satisfaction in hospitals Bhakti Medicare, Cicurug, Sukabumi. The population of this research are Bhakti Medicare hospital patient, Cicurug, Sukabumi consisting of jasmine room patient, rose room, dahlia room and orchid room with a population of 130 patiens where to get the minimum sample amount used slovins formula. After the calculation obtained by the sample of 100 repondents. The collected data is then processed using simple correlation and multiple correlation techniques using SPSS (statistical Package for social science) software. Result of research : There is positive relation between price with correlation coefficient value equal to (ry.1) = 0.679 included in strong relationship category. While Price contribution to patient satisfaction equal to r2 = (ry.1)2 = 46,2%. The results of the international study provide some implications with the results of the hypothesis obtained include: proce contribution is considered strong against patient satisfaction which means increased price will ensure patient satisfaction in Bhati Medicare hospital, Cicurig, Sukabumi regency. The results of the international study provide that price hace trong relation with costomer satisfaction equal to (r) = 0.348 units. In the most important dimension proce variable the relationship is the dimension of patment period (X14) which has the strongest relationship with consistency dimension (Y3) on patient satisfaction variable with correlation coefficient 0,641 (strong relation). Thus it can be concluded that the price dimension that most determine patient satisfaction at Bhakti Medicare Hospotal, Cicurug, Sukabumi Regency is the dimension of price. The present research aims to determine relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational trust. It was a descriptive correlation study. The statistical population of the research included all female teachers of high schools of district 4 of Isfahan City. Organizational support questionnaire developed by Eisenberger et al. (1986) and Sashkin's organizational trust questionnaire (1988) were instruments used in this research. 1986questionnaire. For organizational trust questionnaire, alpha was equal to 0.90 and for perceived organizational support, it was equal to 0.83. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational trust. Furthermore, the results showed that there are significant relationships between perceived organizational support and 10 dimensions of organizational trust except for manager’s honesty for predicting future results.

The movement of professionals from one organisation to another in quest for satisfaction has been a matter of serious concern to health organisations especially Shisong hospital in Kumbo east health district, Bui Division of the Northwest Region of Cameroon. This hospital sought to reduce this labour turnover and increase employee satisfaction through promotion, which is one of its internal recruitment sources. The question has been whether the use of promotion will lead to employee satisfaction and commitment and reduce the urge to leave this organisation. An investigation has been done using a close ended questionnaire with 166 employees of this hospital to prove if significant relationships exist between promotion and employee satisfaction; employee satisfaction and employee commitment; and promotion and employee intention to quit the organisation. Correlation analysis concluded that there is a significantly strong relationship between promotion and employee satisfaction, a significantly very strong relationship between employee satisfaction and employee commitment and a negatively weak significant relationship between promotion and employee intention to quit this Hospital. Specially, it has been realised that even employees who have not experienced promotion in Shisong hospital are not willing to quit their job as a result of promotion. There will therefore be need to investigate the reason for this special result. Based on promotion alone, much is left to be desired from Shisong hospital.

<p>This study aimed to examine the alleged causality between the dependent and independent variables. This study is a descriptive research using survey method. Datan collected by using questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis to test the hypothesis. Engineering analysis will be determined by SPSS data analysis program. The result of the study were; 1) Leadership style has a significant relationship with the performance of officials local government in Gorontalo city. It is seen in the calculation of the product r correlation counted is 0.811 at the significance level (0.05), r table at 0,239 then count r &gt; r of the table so that we can conclude the existence of a significant relationship, while the relationship is based on arithmetic interval coefficient criteria r is 0.811, which means relatively strong relationship with the leadership style of performance in local government apparatus city Gorontalo relatively strong. While t is 0.957 and compared t table with a significance level of 0.044 (0.05) turns out t count&gt; t table with the sense of the hypothesis is accepted which stated the existence of a significant relationship. 2) Organizational Culture has a significant relationship performance in local government apparatus city Gorontalo, it can be seen that the calculation of the product correlation r counted is 0.922 at the significance level (0.05)r price table is 0.098 then the count r &gt; r table. It conclude the existence of a significant relationship, while the relationship is based on interval arithmetic coefficient criteria r is 0.922, which means has relatively strong relationship with the organizational culture apparatus as very strong performance. While t is 0.957 and compared t table with a significance level of 0.044 (0.05) turns out t &gt; t table. It means the hypothesis is accepted which states the existence of a very significant. 3) Relationship between Leadership Style and organizational culture have significant performance relationship in local government of Gorontalo apparatus city. It is seen in the strength of mastery skills and cultural organization along with the performance of the apparatus, comparing the r counting with r table it is known that 0.811 &gt; 0.239, the correlation both have strong significant relationship.</p>

This study aimed to examine the extent to which the relationship variables (gender, age, level of education and class) to the discipline of civil servants in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat Bengkayang, to analyze the factors that have a positive and significant relationship with the discipline in General District Secretariat Office Bengkayang. The sample in this study population using all Civil Servants in the General Section Regional Secretariat Bengkayang of 60 people (saturated sampling technique). The analytical method used was a bivariate analysis with chi square test (χ2) and the hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results of the chi square test showed that four factors have a positive and significant relationship with the discipline of civil servants, namely Gender, the value of χ2 count = 6173> Asymp. sig. (1-sided) = 0.013. Age to calculate χ2 = 23.741> Asymp.Sig. (1-sided) = 0.000. Education level with χ2 count = 11 507> Asymp.Sig. (1-sided) = 0.009. and a group with a value of χ2 count = 10 446> Asymp. sig. (1-sided) = 0.005.

One of negative behavior that is mostly done by adolescents is bullying, this behavior is prevalent in the school enviroment. Generally, the factor that influence bullying behavior are family factors, shool factor, peer factor. The focus was on the influence of parenting style because it has a correlation between parenting on an aggressive behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of parenting to bullying behavior in Bolangitan 1 N Senior High study approach. The total population was 48 respondents. The result of study by using the Chi Square statistical tes tah there is a significant relationship between parenting of bullying behavior in Bolangitan N 1 School with a value (p value: 0,000). It can concluded there is a significant relationship between parenting style towards bullying behavior in Bolangitan 1 Senior High School. It suggest that counseling can be held about bullying behavior and its response to adolescents.

The learning process has a benchmark that refers to the achievements experienced by students, namely learning outcomes. Learning outcomes achieved by students have two influencing factors namely internal and external factors. These two factors that influence learning outcomes are interest and learning difficulties. The results of observations on the learning outcomes of students of SMPN 11 Padang in science are still low. Students say that science learning are numerous and difficult. The existence of students who score below the average and the lack of student interest shows the student's interest in learning in science is less and it can be assumed that students have difficulty learning science. Research is a descriptive study. Research uses a correlational study approach. Research subjects consisted of 30 people in class VIII G of SMP 11 Padang. To find out the relationship between variables expressed by the correlation coefficient, data analysis techniques are used using the Sperman Rank correlation. The correlation between student interest and learning outcomes is weak, that is -0.32, the contribution of 10.24% does not have a significant relationship. There is a significant relationship between learning difficulties and learning outcomes, medium criteria w ith a value of 0.59, contribution value is 34.81%. Correlation criteria for interests and difficulties with strong learning outcomes with a value of 0.66 and a contribution of 43.56%, as well as a significant relationship between variables. The results of the relationship between learning interest and learning difficulties with learning outcomes are strong and each variable has a significantly relationship.

Teachers begin to experience symptoms of fatigue due to heavy workload characterized by working ineffectively in the classroom so that the interest of the students declined. This study aims to test whether there is relationship between self-regulation and burnout in teachers. The population was junior high school’s teacher. This study use population research, where all the population used as a sample. Researchers use all certified teachers in the school, participants are 35 teachers. The approach used is quantitative method. Data collected using self-regulation and burnout scales, and analyzed using pearson product moment correlation test. The results obtained from this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between self-regulation with burnout in teachers. Significant relationships are seen from the p-value of 0.017 and r value of -0.401. The r value indicates that the relationship between the two variables have a negative direction, meaning that the higher of self-regulation, the lower of burnout. Individual’s good self-regulation be able to cope stress and emotions, because of burnout arising drag on stress experienced by the individual.Abstrak: Guru mulai mengalami gejala kelelahan akibat beban kerja yang berat yang ditandai dengan kurang bekerja efektif didalam kelas sehingga minat kepada peserta didik menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ada hubungan antara regulasi diri dengan burnout pada guru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian populasi, dimana semua populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Peneliti menggunakan semua guru yang sudah sertifikasi di sekolah tersebut yang berjumlah 35 orang guru. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala regulasi diri dan burnout, dan dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasional pearson product moment. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara regulasi diri dengan burnout pada guru. Hubungan yang signifikan tersebut dilihat dari nilai p sebesar 0,017 dan nilai r sebesar -0,401. Nilai r tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel memiliki arah negatif, artinya semakin tinggi regulasi diri maka semakin rendah burnout. Regulasi diri yang baik yang dimiliki individu akan mampu mengatasi stres dan emosi dalam dirinya, karena burnout timbul akibat stres yang berkepanjangan yang dialami individu.

<p>This research assessed the social interaction and the academic performance of the deaf and hard of hearing students in a school for the deaf in Cebu City, Philippines. There were 49 respondents who were assessed in terms of their social interaction and academic performance. A survey questionnaire was used to assess the level of their social interaction and their grades were used to measure their academic performance. Data gathered were treated statistically using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results showed that the respondents had an average age of 19.5 years old that are deaf with 3 to 4 siblings. The respondents had high social interaction with their teachers and peers but had moderate social interaction with their family members and very low social interaction with the hearing students. They perform satisfactorily in school. There were significant relationships between their interaction with their family members and the hearing students. Thus, school administrators are encouraged to design programs that would improve the social interactions of the deaf and hard of hearing students within the school community and at home. </p><p> </p><p><strong> Article visualizations:</strong></p><p><img src="/-counters-/edu_01/0970/a.php" alt="Hit counter" /></p>
