The Industry 4.0 technologies are in ascension in the worldwide market, in Brazil still needs to be explored. It was made a Systematic Review to measure the application of IoT in the food industry. Some platforms were used to select works, applying the string “IoT AND Raspberry Pi AND Cheese”. It was possible to evidence the majority of IoT applications in the food industry, focus on the control of temperature, humidity, color, traceability of productive chain, and enlargement of sustainability in the food industry. The most difficulties faced in the conventional application of IoT are related to the high cost of proprietary arquitectures, qualified manpower and obstacles of data security implementation. There are alternatives that aim to reduce the costs of implementation, like the utilization of Raspberry Pi. The food industry presents potential application of technologies that aim for the quality of products, being an excellent opportunity.

Development of nutrient-dense foods is one of the most important goals of today’s food industry. High protein content of foods helps to provide energy and aminoacids for human body. In our study protein enriched filling was developed for doughnuts. The main ingredients of the product were pudding powder and egg white product (TOTu, ToTu milk, ToTu cream, and ToTu cream extra). The texture of samples was analyzed by Anton Paar Mcr 92 rheometer and the quality of products was evaluated by sensorial tests. Microbiological decontamination of HHP was investigated (500 MPa, 5 min). Our results show that high protein content did not influence the sensorial quality of filling, as long the microbiota of the products is highly improved by HHP treatment. Rheological properties is highly influenced by the concentration of egg proteins. The overall quality will be better, if egg white products are used for the product.

On the recent process of reflection on the values of a based-on consumption society, the analyst put in check the global capacity to attend the demand for capital goods and consumption combined with the simultaneous quality of life. Sustainability, in turn, as a field of disputes, seeks to extend practices in the industrial environment as a carrier of dimensions beyond the environmental, and also seeks to present new paradigms of production and consumption for the creation of new industrial value, seeking to mitigate impacts and externalities of the production process, through sustainable development. This article proposes to understand that interactions can be established between the fourth industrial revolution and the dimensions of sustainability, presenting their characteristics and their interconnections in the literature search. Through a systematic review of the literature, using the PRISMA method, the leading publications on the levels of integrated technologies of the so-called Industry 4.0 that are related to the dimensions of sustainability and its main trends in the academic field were analyzed.

It has been determined that the investment activities and its strategic planning must take a leading place in the socio-economic activities and the development of food enterprises in general terms by the action of uncertainties and cyclical financial crises. This is needed to find sources of investment finance companies to maintain or improve their competitiveness, investment restructuring provision as a factor of improving the efficiency, modernization and development of new product samples as a response to the demands and challenges of the external and internal environment of the food market. Investment activity is the key for solving environmental problems and socio-economic problems that accompany the development of the food industry. Investments are needed to improve the quality of products, its standardization and certification.

Industry 4.0 has changed the thinking of industry owners in terms of technological usage. With the help of modern digital technology, industry can fulfill the requirements of customers easily and compete strongly against their competitors. In order to achieve good quality of products at an affordable price, industry needs skilled people who are aware of autonomous and intelligent components. To prepare skilled people compatible with Industry 4.0, education plays a very important role. The chapter starts with which kind of qualifications are needed to fit in the smart factory era. In next section, the chapter deals with challenges that emerge in education in order to implement skills suitable for Industry 4.0. Lastly, the chapter describes opportunities for the education sector as far as the smart factory is concerned.

The purpose of this article examines changes in the technological capabilities of the supplier firms in the automotive sector after the introduction of Industry 4.0. The Industry 4.0 policy has recently been introduced to revive the manufacturing industry and promote competitiveness in the global market. Questionnaire data were collected from 32 supplier firms of the automotive component industry in Indonesia. The questionnaire was designed to measure variables, including production, investment, innovation, and linkage capabilities. The result shows that the Indonesian supplier firms, mainly large firms, are engaged in Industry 4.0, which affects their capabilities. Production capabilities have been improved among most firms, including large, small, and medium enterprises. There is an improvement in the volume of production and the quality of products. However, Indonesian small and medium firms acknowledged the limitation of investment and innovation capabilities. Compared with large firms, small and medium firms have limited resources that hinder them from investing in technology or human capital. During the introduction of advanced technologies, supplier firms' linkage relationship and their customers remain relatively stagnant. Moreover, in terms of linkages, in which the arrangement between assemblers and suppliers has been set, the automotive firms are highly independent.

Purpose We sought to critically analyze and evaluate published evidence regarding feasibility and clinical potential for predicting neurodevelopmental outcomes of the frequency-following responses (FFRs) to speech recordings in neonates (birth to 28 days). Method A systematic search of MeSH terms in the Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied HealthLiterature, Embase, Google Scholar, Ovid Medline (R) and E-Pub Ahead of Print, In-Process & Other Non-Indexed Citations and Daily, Web of Science, SCOPUS, COCHRANE Library, and ClinicalTrials.gov was performed. Manual review of all items identified in the search was performed by two independent reviewers. Articles were evaluated based on the level of methodological quality and evidence according to the RTI item bank. Results Seven articles met inclusion criteria. None of the included studies reported neurodevelopmental outcomes past 3 months of age. Quality of the evidence ranged from moderate to high. Protocol variations were frequent. Conclusions Based on this systematic review, the FFR to speech can capture both temporal and spectral acoustic features in neonates. It can accurately be recorded in a fast and easy manner at the infant's bedside. However, at this time, further studies are needed to identify and validate which FFR features could be incorporated as an addition to standard evaluation of infant sound processing evaluation in subcortico-cortical networks. This review identifies the need for further research focused on identifying specific features of the neonatal FFRs, those with predictive value for early childhood outcomes to help guide targeted early speech and hearing interventions.

Abstract. Borderline Intellectual Functioning (BIF) refers to a global IQ ranging from 71 to 84, and it represents a condition of clinical attention for its association with other disorders and its influence on the outcomes of treatments and, in general, quality of life and adaptation. Furthermore, its definition has changed over time causing a relevant clinical impact. For this reason, a systematic review of the literature on this topic can promote an understanding of what has been studied, and can differentiate what is currently attributable to BIF from that which cannot be associated with this kind of intellectual functioning. Using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) criteria, we have conducted a review of the literature about BIF. The results suggest that this condition is still associated with mental retardation, and only a few studies have focused specifically on this condition.
