Nowadays technology grow extremely fast and it is helpful in communication and transactions, this effect to human behavior that people consider using technology intentively in daily activites cause of its facilities, one of facilities is digital economic transactions or e-money. Due to increasing of technology, there are some companies run their business form e-money based applications, one of the applications is the PayTren. The purposed of this research is to examine the satisfactory of the user who apply PayTren applications, such as the influence of information quality, system quality, service quality and security. The method of the research is based on DeLone and McLean models, then it will be modified. The research’s data is quantitative data. researchers collected 89 questionnaires from the population of PayTren application users in Batam by using a purposive sampling technique.  The conclusion of the research show that there is an influence between the quality of information, service quality and security on the satisfaction of e-money users based on the PayTren application, while it is found that there is no influence between the quality of the system on the satisfaction of e-money users based on PayTren applications.

This study analyzed the relationship between humans as users of the system and application software as object an inseparable relationship. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of variable quality system to the perception of the quality system, the effect of perceived quality system and quality of information on the intensity of use and user satisfaction, and the influence of the intensity of use and user satisfaction of the impact of individual performance. This research is an empirical study using purposive sampling technique in data collection. Data were collected through  questionnaires to 39 BMT’s operational employees. Then, performed an analysis of the data obtained used path analysis. This included: testing hypotheses through path analysis. The results of tests performed using path analysis to get the results that each variable in the model of equation 4 had a coefficient with a positive direction. This means that the improvement of the quality of the system will be able to improve the quality of information for the individual impact of the use and satisfaction of employees through the use of the system.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between frequent turnover (churn) of the chief executive officer (CEO), quality manager and members of the governing board with the management of quality in eight Australian hospitals. Design/methodology/approach A mixed method three-year longitudinal study was conducted using validated quality system scales, quality indicators and focus groups involving over 800 board members, managers and clinical staff. Findings There were unexpected high levels of both governance and management churn over the three years. Churn among CEOs and quality managers was negatively associated with compliance in aspects of the quality system used to plan, monitor and improve quality of care. There was no relationship with the quality of care indicators. Staff identified lack of vision and changing priorities with high levels of churn, which they described as confusing and demotivating. There was no relationship with quality processes or quality indicators detected for churn among governing board members. Practical implications Governing boards must recognise the risks associated with management change and minimise these risks with robust clinical governance processes. Originality/value This research is the first that we are aware of that identifies the impact of frequent leadership turnover in the health sector on quality management.

The strategic goal of the state policy of the Russian Federation concerning education is to ensure the quality of functioning of additional professional education (APE) as means of social development, and in this regard, the creation of a modern system of continuous education, i.e. the implementation of the concept of lifelong learning. The solution of this problem is possible on the basis of the development and integration into the overall management system of the educational organization of the quality management system (QMS) of additional professional education, taking into account the specifics of this type of activity. The paper is proposed to develop the QMS of APE of higher education on the basis of a standard model of quality system proposed in 2006 by a consortium of representatives of educational institutions of secondary vocational and higher education of the Russian Federation. The creation of quality systems of educational organizations on the basis of the model of QMS of OO considered in the article, adapted to the specifics of APE will contribute to the creation of conditions for ensuring the quality of training of students of professional educational programs.

A quality system for production software should be part of the quality management system of an organization and can be expressed as objectives in the form of processes, procedures, tools and responsibilities, designed and developed to fulfil the quality requirements. These usually are addressing the customers (external or internal), compliance with standards (effectiveness) waste reduction and better use of resources (efficiency) for continual improvement. Such systems are designed according to the requirements of the standards for quality management, software engineering and information security. Quality systems themselves could not provide all necessary means for driving the organization to the quality and excellence of a product. Still there are some gaps in the processes which are not covered by too generic standards and it is the organizational ability to cover the gaps in an appropriate way. The aim of this paper is to examine the effectiveness of our proposed conceptual QSPS model to reduce the gaps in the processes of an organization by enhancing the quality of production software. In order to achieve that goal, a mathematical representation of QSPS has been derived and an evaluation has been realized among different software quality methods. The reliability and validity of the QSPS has been examined through the practical application to the automotive industry considering the elements like: (i) Planning, time and cost evaluation (ii) Software requirements (management, risk, quality and security) (iii) Validation and verification of the implemented software before release (iv) Internal release of the software (v) Client release of the software (vi) Functional monitoring after release in the production and continuous improvement process (vii) Customer satisfaction. The results of mathematical simulation and practical application revealed that the proposed QSPS model showed superior phenomena compared with other known software quality methods and also expressed significant advantages, while using it on the production software. So, an effective application of QSPS would result in the smooth running of the production software to get a high quality product according to customer and standard requirements.

Academic information systems are designed to manage academic-related data using computer technology. The quality of the information system helps provide satisfaction for the organization and increases competitiveness, providing added value to STMIK Widuri. To measure the success of a system can apply the success model of Delone and McLean. By testing the system using DeLone and McLean it is known that the STMIK Widuri academic information system as a whole has a good quality system and scores 81.63%.
