The problem of quality control of agricultural machinery parts by means of dynamic non-destructive methods of impact indentation of conical shape indenters is considered. Quality of the crucial parts is considered from the point of view of a set of mechanical characteristics that determine the strength, hardness, wear resistance and deformability. These characteristics must be known and be able to control on all the details promptly and accurately both in the manufacturing process and in operation. The mechanical characteristics of metals are stochastic in nature. For this purpose, an impact indentation device was developed, and the method based on probabilistic laws of dispersion of mechanical characteristics is obtained.

PUBLIC BANKERS IN ROMAN LAW SOURCESSummaryThe Romans had an extensive terminology for persons who engaged in banking activities; however, only nummularii and mensarii pursued activities on behalf of the State. Their operations may be regarded as public banking in the broad sense of the term, and were conducted from the 4th century BC until the 3rd century AD. Banking was of key importance in the peak period of growth for Roman trading and financial operations, and this is confirmed in the sources for Roman law. We do not have any records for the bankers referred to as nummularii until the period of classical Roman law, when we get fragmentary references to them in the writings of Roman jurists. There are only two passages on their public activities in the quality control and exchange of coinage; the first is by Sextus Caecilius Africanus, and the second is Ulpian’s commentary on the duties of the prefectus Urbi. Other references to them in the works of Roman jurists relate to their operations concerning deposits and credit, and as such do not belong to the sphere of public law. We get more mentions of public bankers in the Roman non-legal literature. Mensarii, who performed a certain type of public banking duties, are referred to in Livy’s Ab urbe condita. Cicero, Suetonius, and Festus also wrote about them. Moreover, Grammaticus treated the term mensarii as synonymous with nummularii. Presumably the two categories of public bankers were considered to be generally respected individuals. We also have mentions of the nummularii in the non-legal literature. In his Satyricon Petronius esteemed their skills of assessing the quality of coins; they were also held in high regard by Martial, Suetonius, and Apuleius. Suetonius wrote of the severe penalties imposed on the nummularii by the Emperor Galba. On the other hand, all we get in the epigraphic sources, mostly tombstone inscriptions from Rome, elsewhere in Italy, and the western provinces, are records of the activities of the nummularii for the quality control and exchange of coinage, considered an important duty from the point of view of the State. In fact the non-legal and epigraphic literature of Rome tells us more about public bankers than do the sources on Roman law. Their work did not give rise to many legal problems, as we may conclude from the fact they are mentioned only in two juridical passages. The assessment of the quality of coins and their exchange, and other banking activities on behalf of the State were sufficiently supervised by Roman administrative officers, so there was no need for jurists to comment on them at length.

In 2015, in Republic of North Macedonia, a new law for narcotics has been adopted, where the changes include legal cultivation of cannabis for medicinal use as well as legal production of cannabis extracts for medicinal use. In order to gain high quality of cannabis and cannabis products for medicinal use and to meet some quality standards that will guarantee consistency, traceability and continuous quality of the product, it is necessary to implement Quality Systems. Good quality system is ISO standard system but for cannabis for medicinal use, GACP, GMP and GLC standards are used more often. Production of cannabis for medicinal use consists of: process of cultivation where GACP standards are applicable, primary processing where GMP standards are the most important and quality control of final product regulated with GLP standard. In this review, explanation of these standards as well as overview of modes of their implementation has been made. Keywords: GxP, GMP, GACP, GLP

The paper examines in detail the problems of audit market quality. The modern audit quality control system in Ukraine is analyzed, the main indicators characterizing the development trends of the audit services market are considered. When representatives of different segments of society use the services of independent audit firms to make effective management decisions, it is necessary to conduct high-quality audits. To achieve this goal, we have given and described the structure, given a description of its elements, identified ways to develop to improve the quality of auditing. The market for audit services has an extremely high level of competition. In such circumstances, each individual audit firm must maintain a sufficiently high degree of image among current and potential users of their services. This can be achieved only by maintaining the impeccable quality of audits and constant review of the personnel structure of the audit firm. The purpose of writing the paper is to analyze the problematic aspects of quality control of audit services, functional aspects of audit quality control from the point of view of the external user, and the internal organization of quality work of specialists. In the context of globalization of the economy, the growth of commercial activity, production of goods, works and services, the main competitive advantage is quality, including this is typical for auditing. The main product of audit services is documentary evidence of financial (accounting) statements. With regard to related and other services, the result of audit activities is the provision of advice and development of measures for effective management of financial and economic activities of the enterprise. The quality and effectiveness of the audit product cannot be assessed before or at the time of service, only after all audit procedures have been performed. Quality control of audit activities is a set of measures aimed at improving financial and economic activities and reducing the risks of audit organizations. The decisive role for clients in choosing an audit company is played by an impeccable business reputation, so only organizations that provide their services in a quality and honest manner can count on competitive advantages in the audit market and profitability of sales.

Aim: The aim of this study is to determine the quality of our tissue processing through participation a multicentre research programme as part of external quality control. Study Design: A analytical retrospective study. Place and Duration of Study: Department of Pathology University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, July 2019. Methodology: An analytical study reviewing the performance of lymphoma tissue contributed to a Sub-Saharan African Lymphoma consortium study commissioned in 2008/2009 for which results were published in 2012. Twelve formalin fixed paraffin embedded lymphoma tissue were tested with a panel of 40 immunohistochemistry antibodies. The tissues were cut into 480 cores placed on slides before the test. Results: The tissues were from 5 women and 7 men. The mean age was 37years, median age 45 years and modal age was 60 years. Twenty six percent of the sectioned cores lifted at test and could not therefore produce results. The reason for the lift off was tissue brittleness. Seventy four percent (74%) had intact cores on slides and produced a staining reaction although fragile antibodies like Ki 67 and bcl6 produced non reliable results while hardy antibodies like CD20 were more reliable. Conclusion: The quality of histopathology biopsy results in the Department of Pathology University of Calabar teaching hospital needs to be improved. The strategies to achieve this involves the institution of continuous quality control and quality assurance.

One of the products of PT. Kurnia Mustika Indah Lestari is the inner body of K56. In one month the product rejects amounted to 2.0%, which exceeds the tolerance limit set by the company, namely 0.5%. It is necessary to carry out research aimed at determining the root of the dominant problem that causes rejection of the inner K56 body and determining the quality improvement proposal. The method used is quality control with the DMAIC stage. The results of the research findings show that the dominant root cause of reject burry is that work instructions are not carried out (Method) and working in a hurry to quickly rest (Human). The reject scratch type is due to lack of skill (Method) and pursuing a lot of rest time (Human). The recommendation to improve the quality of the reject burry is to carry out work instructions, be more careful when loading the material into the dies, always clean the inside of the dies, checkman supervises the manpower of the production process so that it works according to cycle time. For the reject scratch type, it is to provide training for man power, give warning instructions for the placement of parts while running the process, set rules for working times that are not too fast, take advantage of spare time to clean the machine. Keywords: Quality, Reject,  DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).
