Heating network constraint is one of the important factors that affect the scale of electro-thermal coupling scheduling. This paper first establishes an electrothermal coupling scheduling model considering the multi-source ring heating network pipe structure and then proposes a method of simplifying a multi-source cyclic heating network topology approximation. Second, the electrothermal coupling scheduling system is coordinated and solved. Finally, Through the simulation example results, the annular heating network topological approximate equivalent can simplify the model complexity of the original heating network while also retaining the thermal dynamic characteristics of the initial multi-source ring heating network. This study will greatly improve the efficiency of solving the electrothermal coupling system.

Scheduling is defined as the process of sequencing the manufacture of a product as a whole on several machines. All industries need proper scheduling to manage the allocation of resources so that the production system can run quickly and precisely as of it can produce optimal product. PT. Sari Warna Asli Unit V is one of the companies that implements a make to order production system with the FCFS system. Thus, scheduling the production process at this company is also known as job shop production scheduling. The methods used in this research are the CDS method, the EDD method and the FCFS method. The purpose of this research is to minimize the production time and determine the best method that can be applied to the company. The results of this research showed that the makespan obtained in the company's scheduling system with FCFS rules was 458 minutes, and the results of scheduling using the CDS method obtained a makespan value of 329 minutes, then the best production scheduling method that had the smallest makespan value was the CDS method.

To solve the Dual Resource Constrained Job Shop Dynamic Scheduling Problem with heterogeneous workers (DRCJDSP-HW),a three-tier dynamic scheduling system including dynamic disturbance analysis, dynamic disturbance evaluation and dynamic scheduling method was constructed based on the idea of scheduling with local time window. To minimize the revision of old scheduling scheme in DRCJDSP-HW, a hybrid dynamic scheduling algorithm was proposed based on the chromosome reduction mechanism and the scheduling optimization of local job in stages. The outstanding application effect of the dynamic scheduling system and the hybrid dynamic scheduling algorithm were validated reducing the influence of dynamic disturbances effectively by simulation experiment at last.

In terms of characteristics of scheduling problem in multi-varieties and small-batch production mode, three additional constraint conditions including combination constraint, priority scheduling and machine load balance are supplemented based on classical Job-shop scheduling model in order to reflect the actual scheduling activities better. An improved genetic annealing algorithm is proposed aiming at the above model, and the requirement of supplemented constraint conditions is satisfied by means of improving the decoding process of chromosomes. The key technologies of algorithm are discussed in detail. The feasibility and validity of the proposed model and algorithm is demonstrated through simulated computation.

For the regenerative electric heating system, on the premise of ensuring reliable heat supply to users, a day-ahead optimization scheduling method for the regenerative electric heating system considering the load imbalance is proposed. First, users' heating demand under normal working conditions and grid power rationing scenarios are calculated by estimate index method. Then, in order to match the heating demand of users and reduce the load imbalance caused by thermal storage electric heating in the distribution network, comprehensive consideration of grid constraints and the adjustable capacity of regenerative electric heating load, the operating strategy of the thermal storage electric heating system is studied. Reasonable control of heat storage and release in regenerative electric heating can not only reduce the distribution line pressure during heating period, but also maximize the accommodation of low-cost electricity such as surplus renewable energy and improve the economic benefits of the system. Taking the regenerative electric heating system in Chongli area of Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province as an example, the multi-objective optimal scheduling model is simulated and analyzed, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed optimal scheduling strategy are verified.

an optimal imaging plan, plays a key role in coordinating multiple satellites to monitor the disaster area. In the paper, to generate imaging plan dynamically according to the disaster relief, we propose a dynamic satellite task scheduling method for large area disaster response. First, an initial robust scheduling scheme is generated by a robust satellite scheduling model in which both the profit and the robustness of the schedule are simultaneously maximized. Then, we use a multi-objective optimization model to obtain a series of decomposing schemes. Based on the initial imaging plan, we propose a mixed optimizing algorithm named HA_NSGA-II to allocate the decomposing results thus to obtain an adjusted imaging schedule. A real disaster scenario, i.e., 2008 Wenchuan earthquake, is revisited in terms of rapid response using satellite resources and used to evaluate the performance of the proposed method with state-of-the-art approaches. We conclude that our satellite scheduling model can optimize the usage of satellite resources so as to obtain images in disaster response in a more timely and efficient manner.

Power scheduling of the Intelligent Community is an important issue, and it is also an important part of the Smart Grid. With the target of saving and rationally distributing energy, this paper studies the power scheduling problem of the Intelligent Community. Firstly it designs a framework of power scheduling system. Then, based on the framework, it proposes a power balanced scheduling model among users of the Intelligent Community, and uses the classical simplex method and the improved table-working method respectively to solve the model. Simulation results show that the proposed model and the designed methods can realize power balanced scheduling and minimize the loss in the power scheduling process, and therefore make the electrical power fully utilized.
