A sensitization procedure is used to enhance the thermoluminescence (TL) sensitivity of phyllite to emit radiation. Phyllite is a type of foliated metamorphic rock made from slate. This study examines naturally grown phyllite rock, which had not been previously studied. Using a Thermo 3500 manual reader, the TL sensitivity of phyllite as a function of dosage was measured. The doses required to perform this study were administered using a 60Co source. The statistical regression test of the data had a significance level of p < 0.05. The study also included thermal and pre-dose effects. Using the sensitization procedure, the nonlinearity in TL dose–response was removed, and the sensitivity was increased 44 times that of its original value. The fading study showed a dependence on the test dose. According to the obtained results, the combination of linear dose–response and high sensitivity to gamma radiation makes phyllite an important rock for dating and retrospective dosimetry.

ABSTRACT Thirteen patients with prolonged secondary amenorrhoea and 5 with anovular cycles each provided sufficient data to establish their individual sensitivity to FSH. The parameters used were based on the rise in excretion of oestriol and of pregnanediol. The sensitivity expressed as the ED 50 (that dose which is effective in 50 per cent of times it is given) varied between patients over at least a sevenfold range but the difference between the 2 groups of patients was not significant. After adjusting for differences between patients a dose-response relationship was established and it was found that a dose equal to half the ED 50 would be expected to produce a response in less than Io per cent of the times it is given while a dose equal to twice the ED 50 would be expected to produce a response in more than go per cent of the times it is given. Such a dose would be likely to produce an excessive response. An excessive response occurred three times in 140 months of treatment. Sixteen of the I8 patients became pregnant. The 2 who failed gave up treatment prematurely. A test of individual patient's sensitivity to FSH was established which depended on single injections of the hormone mixed with HCG. The test was repeated at 2 to 3 weekly intervals with increasing dosages until a positive response was obtained as judged by an increase in excretion of oestriol. The rate at which the dose should be increased was investigated and a 30 per cent rate was selected. When the effective test dose was established a standard schedule of dosages was recommended for treatment using 3 equal doses of FSH in 8 days and HCG on the tenth.

The aim of this research was to prove the effectiveness of the use of Tapertis Media towards the 4 graders of Elementary Schools’ multiplication concept understanding. The type of this research is experimental research. Using the intact-group comparison type of pre-experimental design. With 9 students as the sample of this research. Using purposive sampling technique. The methods used were the multiplication concept understanding test, observation, and documentation. Using validity of media expert, validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, paired sample T-Test, and regression test for the data analysis. The result showed that Jarimatika with Tapertis media has effectiveness in improving the 4 graders elementary schools’ multiplication concept understanding. The result of paired T-Test showed the significance level of < 0.05 is 0.00 < 0.05, then 𝐻𝑎 is accepted. The result of T-test showed that the average of learning achievement of the experimental class was higher than the average of the learning achievement of the control class, and the significance level was < 0.05, then 𝐻𝑎 is accepted. The result of regression test showed that significance value of pre-reading skills is 0.038 where the value is less than 0.05, therefore, the hypothesis is accepted. The data of the multiplication concept understanding value also showed that the learning average of the experimental class was greater than the control class. The data analysis result showed that Jarimatika with Tapertis media has effectiveness in improving the students’ multiplication concept understanding.

This study aims to determine the influence of work stress and work conflict on employee performance in The Environmental Office of Palu City. Method of study is descriptive. Yype of data is qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing conclude that: (1) regression test shows sig. f equals to 0.003<0.05, which can be interpreted that work stress and work conflict simultaneously have positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) regression test shows that job stress has significance level t sig. of (0.029) <α (0.05), and work conflict has significance level t sig. of (0.007) <α (0.05), which means that work stress and work conflict partially have positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel stres kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,029) < α (0,05) dan variabel konflik kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.007) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment and Non Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Palu City. The method used is an associative method. The type of data used in this study is the qualitative and quantitative data while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on the regression test results obtained Sig.F of 0,000 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variables of Physical Work Environment and non physical work environment simultaneously affect the performance variables. (2) based on the regression test results obtained the physical work environment variable has significance level t sig. (0,000) <α (0.05) and non-physical work environment has a significance level of t sig. (0.000) <α (0,05), so the variable of physical work environment and non working physical environment partially influence to employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Non Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode assosiatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,000) < α (0,05) dan variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.000) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak dan parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 49 pelanggan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Operational cash flow is cash from operational activities of a company. By operational cash flow, the company can decide the fund available for the operational activities. The operational cash flow will be paid attention by the company management because it’s beneficial for decision making. Operational cash flow which increases can be expected to increase profitability due to the operational cash flow of the company will be able to decide how to utilize the fund available for the operational activities, but it must be accompanied by efficiency in the matter of operational expenses and the main cost of selling. By the increase of operational cash flow, it can be expected to raise the companies growth in selling due to the increase of operational cash flow of the company, it can rise production capacity which will be able to rise selling. In this study the author used a formula for operational cash flow (X) is operational cash flow on selling, a formula for profitability is profit margin, while for the company’s growth is salest – salest-1 – to salest-2. Moreover, the author utilized common size analysis, that is horizontal common size and vertical common size. Regression test result on PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk shows significance result of 0% from operational cash flow toward profit, which indicates that operastional cash flow has an effect with significance level as high as 10%. From regression test result of operational cash flow on the company’s growth, it’s obtained significance result of 9,2%, which indicates that there is an effect with significance level as high as 10%.   Keywords : Operational cash flow; profitability; growth

<p><em>The study aimed to determine emotional intelligence and independence in learning on mathematics</em><em> </em><em>learning outcomes</em><em> to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Ngombol Sub-district in academic year of 2020/2021. It was correlational quantitative method. </em><em>The prerequisite test used linearity, normality, and multicolinearity tests.</em><em> The data analysis used </em><em>regression test and</em><em> correlation test</em><em> with a significance level of 5%. It concludes that there is positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence and independence in learning on mathematics learning outcomes to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Ngombol Sub-district in academic year of 2020/2021. The emotional intelligence and learning independence contribute 19.3% on mathematics learning outcomes and the remaining 80.7% was influenced by other factors</em><em>.</em></p>
