Abstract Background: Despite evidence that loneliness increases during times of transition, and that the incidence of loneliness is highest in young adults, loneliness during pregnancy and new parenthood has not been developed as a program of research. Because loneliness research has primarily focused on older adults and other high-risk populations, the concept of loneliness and its effects on this population are not well understood, leaving a gap in our understanding of the psychosocial needs and health risks of loneliness on pregnant people and new parents. A scoping review has been completed in order to map and synthesize the literature to date on loneliness experienced during pregnancy and the first five years of parenthood. Methods: To address the aim of this review, a wide net was cast in order to detect experiences of perinatal or parental loneliness, and/or instances where loneliness was measured in this population. Among the inclusion criteria were loneliness in people who were pregnant, who were parents in the postpartum period, or who had children aged five years or younger. A search for literature was conducted in December 2020 using nine databases: MEDLINE (Ovid), EMBASE (embase.com), SCOPUS (scopus.com), Cochrane Library including CENTRAL (Wiley), CINAHL (Ebscohost), PsycINFO (Ebscohost), Dissertations & Theses Global (ProQuest) and Sociological Abstracts (ProQuest) and the Web of Science Core Collection (Clarivate).Discussion: Perinatal and parental loneliness studies are limited and have rarely been targeted and developed through a program of research. Loneliness inquiry in this population has frequently been studied in relation to other concepts of interest (e.g., postpartum depression). Alternatively, the importance of loneliness has emerged from study participants as relevant to the research topic during qualitative inquiry. Across studies, the prevalence of loneliness ranged from 32% to 100%. Loneliness was commonly experienced alongside parenting difficulties, with parents feeling as though they were alone in their struggles. As loneliness has been called a sensitive indicator of wellbeing, we believe screening will help healthcare professionals identify common difficulties and early signs of depression experienced during pregnancy and parenthood. The protocol is available on Open Science Framework at DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/BFVPZ.

The development of approaches to understanding integrated reporting and the identification of the scientific landscape in this area are becoming increasingly important, as the requirements and requests for information from stakeholders are constantly growing. The article contains a bibliometric content analysis of scientific publications on the topic of integrated reporting. The selection of information for bibliometric analysis was carried out in the two most authoritative scientometric databases Scopus and Web of Science on the keyword “integrated reporting” (integrated reporting) during the period 1990-2020. The study identified 308 and 393 publications in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, respectively. It was established that the databases from the total number of publications are dominated by articles 213 (69.2 %) and 300 (66.1 %), respectively. The interest among scientists on this topic is growing, as the number of publications has been increasing in recent years. Since 2014, there has been a sharp increase in published works on this topic. This is primarily due to the fact that in 2014, at the plenary session of the XIX World Congress of Accountants, the International Council on Integrated Reporting approved the gradual adoption of the International Framework for Integrated Reporting over the next three years, which sparked public debate. The using of VOSviewer software allowed to build and visualize bibliometric maps. The bibliometric maps made it possible to identify the most commonly used keywords (reporting, integrated report, information disclosure) and authors in the studied articles (W. Maroun, C. De Villiers, J. Dumay), which form individual scientific schools. This study reflects trends in integrated reporting and provides scientists with guidance for further scientific development. In particular, this study helps create a conceptual framework, provides a source for scientists to conduct new research by assessing gaps, and provides opportunities for comparison and analysis.

Abstract Background: Prostate cancer accounts for about 10% of cancers affecting and claiming the lives of men. Studies have reported that women are better than men in recognition of the early manifestations of various cancers. Besides, women have been recognized to show a profound interest in their partners' health and hence, make observations that men don't know. Several studies have reported on the knowledge gaps of prostate cancer among patients and the general population. It is vital to comprehensively review the available evidence and identify research gaps in our current understanding of knowledge of women on prostate cancer. Methods: A search of bibliographic databases, MEDLINE (EBSCOhost), CINAHL (EBSCOhost), PsycINFO (EBSCOhost), Web of Science, and EMBASE (Ovid) will be undertaken from January 1999 to December 2019. The search will be limited to studies published in the English language. Duplication of studies will be removed using the EndNote citation manager. After deduplication, citations will be screened independently by two authors according to prespecified criteria. Data extraction and quality assessment of the selected studies will be done independently by two authors. Meta-analytic methods will be used where appropriate. The convergent segregated method of synthesis will be adopted in this review. Ethics and dissemination: Primary data collection will not be involved in this study, hence formal ethical clearance will not be needed. The results of the study will be presented through a peer-reviewed journal and conference presentation.Patient and public involvement: Patients or the public will not be engaged in the conduct of this study.Trial registration number: Open Science Framework (OSF) registration DOI: https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/EYHF2

Abstract BackgroundHonorary authorship refers to the practice of naming an individual who has made little or no contribution to a publication as an author. Honorary authorship inflates the output estimates of honorary authors and deflates the value of the work by authors who truly merit authorship. This manuscript presents the protocol for a systematic review that will assess the prevalence of five honorary authorship issues in health sciences.MethodsSurveys of authors of scientific publications in health sciences that assess prevalence estimates will be eligible. No selection criteria will be set for the time point for measuring outcomes, the setting, the language of the publication, and the publication status. Eligible manuscripts are searched from inception onwards in PubMed, Lens.org, and Dimensions.ai. Two calibrated authors will independently search, determine eligibility of manuscripts and conduct data extraction. The quality of each review outcome for each eligible manuscript will be assessed with a 14 items checklist developed and piloted for this review. Data will be qualitatively synthesized and quantitative syntheses will be performed where feasible. Criteria for precluding quantitative syntheses were defined a priori. The pooled random effects double arcsine transformed summary event rates of five outcomes on honorary authorship issues with the pertinent 95% confidence intervals will be calculated if these criteria are met. Summary estimates will be displayed after back-transformation. Stata software (Stata Corporation, College Station, Texas, USA) version 16 will be used for all statistical analyses. Statistical heterogeneity will be assessed using Tau2 and Chi2 tests and I2 to quantify inconsistency.DiscussionThe outcomes of the planned systematic review will give insights in the magnitude of honorary authorship in health sciences and could direct new research studies to develop and implement strategies to address this problem. However, the validity of the outcomes could be influenced by low response rates, inadequate research design, weighting issues, and recall bias in the eligible surveys. Systematic review registration This protocol was registered a priori in the Open Science Framework (OSF) link: https://osf.io/5nvar/

Based on the articles on interface usability collected by CNKI and Web of Science (WOS), the current research status, trends, and recommendations on interface usability were analyzed in terms of the number of articles published, literature sources, institutions, authors, and keywords by combining the CNKI and WOS bibliometric analysis tools and CiteSpace information visualization software. Using digital technology methods such as bibliometric analysis, data visualisation and knowledge mapping analysis, the following conclusions were drawn. Research on interface usability mainly focuses on usability testing and interface optimization. At present, the research methods of interface usability are relatively mature, and the evaluation direction of interface usability tends to combine the eye movement experiments, the subjective and objective evaluation of users. The use of digital tools to study the current situation, hotspots and trends in interface usability can provide advice and assistance in the design of relevant interfaces.
