Public relations in this study is a way of interaction and communication between the school and the community in building trust and how the school promotes the school. The purpose of this study is to obtain in-depth information related to the principal's public relations strategy to increase public trust. The research method used a qualitative approach through surveys. Data were taken from observations, interviews and documents. The research participants were teachers, education staff, and the public relations team. Data analysis consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. The results of data analysis show that the principal already has a public relations strategy through media such as websites, social media (Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels).

This study aims to analyze and explain the quality of public services at Tomohon Municipal Market Agency. The research method used a qualitative approach and informants as data sources were determined by purposive (purposive sampling) and snowball sampling. Data was collected through interview, observation, and documents. Data analysis is an interactive qualitative analysis with data analysis activities, which are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that the public service quality of Tomohon Municipal Market Agency responded by the community as service recipients, traders or sellers and visitors of Tomohon Beriman Market was not satisfactory. This response is based on an assessment of 4 out of the 5 dimensions used to analyze and measure service quality, (1) physical aspects (tangibles), (2) dimensions of awareness or desire to help the community or customers and provide fast service, (3) dimensions of politeness, trust, and respect for consumers, and (4) dimensions of approaching, and trying to determine consumers’ wants and needs have not been implemented properly, excluding for dimension (5) the ability to provide services appropriately and correctly has shown the professionalism expected in carrying out its services.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan mengenai tahap membagikan, mengoptimalkan, mengelola serta mengikutsertakan pada  pengelolaan cyber  public  relations  dalam  membentuk  corporate  branding  di PT  Len Industri (Persero). Konsep  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsep  model melingkar  untuk  sosial  media  menurut Regina  Luttrell . Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode deksriptif dengan pendekatan kualitiatif. Pengumpulan  data  yang  digunakan  yaitu dengan wawancara, dan observasi.  Hasil  penelitian dilapangan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktisi  humas  PT Len Industri (Persero) dalam pengelolaan cyber public relations guna membentuk corporate branding memiliki  empat  tahapan  yakni : 1) tahap  membagikan  konten terdiri dari: a) berpartisipasi  menggunakan  media  sosial , b) saling terhubung dengan publik, c) membangun  kepercayaan publik . 2) tahap pengoptimalan pesan  yang dilakukan  yakni  dengan : a) melakukan  pengecekan hashtag, b) melakukan postingan lima kali sehari, dan c) melakukan  postingan yang memiliki unsur teknologi. 3) mengelola dibagi menjadi tiga, yaitu : a) media monitoring, b) interaksi dalam waktu yang sebenarnya, dan c) memberikan respon cepat. 4) mengikutsertakan publik dengan tiga unsure yaitu : a) menjalin hubungan dengan para influencer, b) mengetahui dimana dan siapa audiens, serta c)  meraih target audiens. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan; Cyber Public Relations; Corporate Branding. ABSTRACT The  purpose  of  to  find  out and describe the sharingstage,optimize,manage  and engage in cyber public relations management in forming a corporate branding in PT Len Industri (Persero). The concept  used  in  this research is the concept of  The Circular model of Some to Regina Luttrell. The research method using  an  adaptive  method  with  a  qualitative  approach. Data collection used in this study is by interview,and observation. The results of the research in the field can be concluded that PT Len Industri (Persero) public  relations  practitioners  in  the management  of  cyber  public  relations  to  form  corporate  branding  has  four  stages : 1) The share stage consists of: a) participating  in  social  media  (participate), b) connect with public (connect), c) build  public  trust (build trust). 2) optimize phase messages that are carried out by: a) checking hashtag, b) posting  five time a day, c) do posts that have technological elements. 3) The  manage  divided  into: a) media  monitoring, b) interaction  in  real  time, c)  provide quick response. 4) engage  the  public  : a) establish  a  relationship  with  influencer, b) where and  who  is  the  audience, c)  reach  the target  audience. This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

The purpose of this study is to formulate a redefinition of vocabulary related to language wars. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model consisting of three analysis components: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The activities of the three components are carried out in an interactive form with the data collection process. The rise of legal cases related to language is in line with the increasingly massive use of social media in society. These cases are part of the language war. Society, in general, is still common and even misunderstands related speech that is categorized as language war and has the potential to be caught in the law. Language war is the use of the language of a speaker/writer intentionally as a tool/weapon for self or group interests. Language wars are carried out directly or indirectly that attack the ideas, thoughts, behaviour, honour, or physical condition of a person or group of speech partners. Language wars include suggestions, criticism, ridicule, incitement, defamation, insults, and slander. More detailed definitions and socialization efforts to the public regarding various language criteria are preventive measures for various legal cases related to language.

The purpose of the study is to introduce and understand the paradigm of Islamic moderation to the public through social media in terms of separating from Islamophobia. The research method is qualitative by using library research. The data analysis technique used is Critical Discourse Analysis. Misunderstanding Islam will have the potential to cause Islamophobia. Social media can be used to provide an understanding of Islamic moderation to public. Given the enormous epidemic of hoaxes on social media, media literacy education and culture of clarification must be encouraged along with grounding Islamic moderation.                                            Keywords: Islamic moderation; Islamophobia; Social Media; Literacy.

The purpose of this study is to find and explain the language of traders in the interaction of buying andselling in the Kawasan Makam Gus Dur Tebuireng Jombang (KMGD) market. The research method used is adescriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were: 1. Technique survey, 2. Recordingtechnique, 3. Listening technique and 4. Note technique. The data analysis technique uses the followingtechniques: 1. Data collection, 2. Data reduction, 3. Data presentation, 4. Conclusing drawing / verification. In thisstudy, the validity of the data used data triangulation: 1. Technique triangulation, 2. Time triangulation. Theresults of the research that can be formulated that the language expressions used by merchants are Javanese,Indonesian and Madurese.

The main problem of this research is that there is no special budget for flood disaster management in Cibiru Hilir Village. This study aims to analyze the design of village funds in flood disaster management and analyze village efforts to raise additional funds for flood disaster management in Cibiru Hilir village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis was carried out, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that the embodiment of the principle of transparency is quite well implemented with the ease of expressing opinions and openness, the accountability process for budget management issued, accountability to the public, and follow-up on irregularities by the rules, and the application of value for money in 2020 and 2021. still not running optimally in the absence of a special budget for flood disaster management and 2018 and 2019 it has been running economically and flood disaster management services have been running well.

This study aims to analyze social media and public relations that have been implemented at SMK Gema Gawita Tangerang. This research uses a qualitative approach. There were 2 informants of the research informant and interview transcripts were processed. The interview results show that the community prefers to communicate using social media managed by the school to provide information and obtain information to make it easier and more practical. Based on research that has been done, these findings have 3 selective coding namely; Utilization of Social Media, Communicating with the Public, and Reactions Generated.

Abstract: The purpose of the research is to find out and study the Instagram social media role in the publication of photography results of X-Flash student activity unit and photo publication on Instagram supporting the creativity of members. Technology advance nowadays make it easier for people to find out the needed information easily just by using the internet and what's new in the internet world is social media. One of the most popular social media today is Instagram with its advantages that it can beautify photos with various existing features, distribute photos and to market products or sell online. The existence of Instagram is used by those who have a hobby of photography to show their works. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of Instagram social media on the publication of the X-Flash photography results. The data analysis technique used were data reduction, data presentation and verification. Based on the result of data analysis, it was found that the role of Instagram social media were as a media for publication and promotion to increase popularity, increase the existence of X-Flash, give or receive online invitation from off-campus photography communities and introduce the work of X-Flash to the public. There were ways to increase the creativity of members, namely by sharing, hunting together, holding exhibition and re-uploading members' work.Keywords: Social Media Instagram, Instagram, Photography, UKM X-FlashAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari peran media sosial instagram terhadap publikasi hasil fotografi UKM X-Flash serta publikasi foto di instagram yang mendukung kreativitas anggota. Kemajuan teknologi saat ini memudahkan masyarakat untuk mengetahui informasi yang dibutuhkan dengan mudah hanya dengan menggunakan internet dan yang baru di dunia insternet adalah media sosial. Salah satu media sosial yang terpopuler saat ini adalah instagram dengan kelebihannya yang bisa memperindah foto dengan berbagai fitur yang ada, menyebarkan foto dan untuk memasarkan produk atau berjualan online. Adanya instagram ini dimanfaatkan oleh mereka yang memiliki hobi dalam dunia fotografi untuk memperlihatkan hasil karyanya. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini ingin meneliti peran media sosial instagram terhadap publikasi hasil fotografi UKM X-Flash. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh peran media sosial instagram yaitu sebagai media publikasi dan promosi untuk meningkatkan popularitas, meningkatkan eksistensi UKM X-Flash, memberikan atau menerima undangan online dari komunitas fotografi luar kampus dan mengenalkan hasil karya UKM X-Flash kepada khalayak. Adapun cara untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anggota yaitu dengan melakukan sharing, hunting bersama, mengadakan pameran dan mengunggah kembali karya anggota.Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Instagram, Fotografi, UKM X-Flash
